本专利涉及一种全自动研粉仪,尤其是对肉类、水果、蔬菜能够快速、高效、超细粉碎的仪器。
背景技术
近几年来,随着国家及百姓对食品安全的重视,肉类、果品、蔬菜等与百姓生命健康息息相关的各种食材的检测愈来愈受到重视,随之而来的是检测品类和数量的急剧增加,这就要求检测的前处理必须快速可靠,因此设计一款适合多品种,小批量的全自动研磨仪就显得尤为迫切。
发明内容
本专利要解决的技术问题是提供一种全自动研粉仪,根据研磨物料的特性设计而成。
本专利要解决的技术问题由以下结构来实现:全自动研粉仪,包括研磨杯定位板,定位沉孔,研磨杯,杯盖,杯盖定位孔,密封垫,压紧片,压垫螺钉,中心孔,刀杆,打粉刀片,搅拌刀片,紧固螺钉,导向锥面,夹持导套,引导锥面,夹持孔,电主轴,气动压紧机构,其特征是:所述全自动研粉仪在其底部装有研磨杯定位板,定位板上有多个安装研磨杯的定位沉孔,研磨杯和杯盖通过螺纹连接,杯盖中心处有杯盖定位孔,其上有密封垫,密封垫上部为压紧片,压紧片中间开有中心孔,刀杆下部装有打粉刀片,搅拌刀片,紧固螺钉,刀杆前端为导向锥面,刀杆由夹持孔夹在电主轴上,夹持孔外面是夹持导套,夹持导套下端是引导锥面。
本专利工作原理是:全自动研粉仪在其底部装有研磨杯定位板,定位板上有多个安装研磨杯的定位沉孔,定位沉孔直径略大于研磨杯外径,研磨杯可轻松放入定位沉孔内,研磨杯放入定位沉孔后研磨位置就固定不动了,在研磨杯放入到定位板上之前,首先要靠人工把研磨刀杆插到杯盖定位孔内,然后将杯盖拧到研磨杯上,接着手工转动刀杆并向下压刀杆,让刀杆最下端与杯底顶住为止,杯盖定位孔会将刀杆固定在杯子中心,杯底会将刀杆上下位置固定一致,当开始工作时电主轴和气动压紧机构先移到研磨杯上方,气动压紧机构首先向下移动将杯盖紧紧压住,然后电主轴向下移动接近刀杆,首先夹持导套下端的引导锥面与刀杆顶端的导向锥面最先触碰在一起,在引导锥面与导向锥面的共同作用下,刀杆会很容易进入电主轴夹持孔内,当刀杆进入电主轴夹持孔一定距离后,夹持孔将刀杆牢牢夹住,接着电主轴夹着刀杆向上移动一定距离,确保紧固螺钉不与杯子底面接触就行,否则刀杆转起来会摩擦产生热量,紧接着电主轴带动刀杆高速旋转,直到将杯内全部物料研碎。
本专利的优点:自动研粉仪,无论刀杆和杯盖垂直与否,在刀杆引导锥面与夹持导套导向锥面的共同作用下,刀杆会很容易进入电主轴夹持孔内,电主轴会可靠的将每个刀杆牢牢夹住,极大地提高了夹持的可靠性,另外每个研磨杯内都装有单独的研磨刀具,没有交叉污染的风险,弹性密封垫与刀杆紧密贴合密封可靠,无粉尘泄漏,高速旋转产生的摩擦热量小,可长时间工作。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,全自动研粉仪在其底部装有研磨杯定位板17,定位板17上有多个安装研磨杯的定位沉孔3,定位沉孔3直径略大于研磨杯16外径,研磨杯16可轻松放入定位沉孔3内,研磨杯16放入定位沉孔3后研磨位16置就固定不动了,在研磨杯16放入到定位板17上之前,首先要靠人工把研磨刀杆2插到杯盖定位孔4内,然后将杯盖14拧到研磨杯16上,接着手工转动刀杆2并向下压刀杆2,让刀杆2最下端与杯底顶住为止,杯盖定位孔4会将刀杆2固定在杯子中心,杯底会将刀杆2上下位置固定一致,当开始工作时电主轴12和气动压紧机构13先移到研磨杯16上方,气动压紧机构13首先向下移动将杯盖14紧紧压住,然后电主轴12向下移动接近刀杆2,首先夹持导套19下端的引导锥面9与刀杆顶端的导向锥面10最先触碰在一起,在引导锥面9与导向锥面10的共同作用下,刀杆2会很容易进入电主轴夹持孔11内,当刀杆2进入电主轴夹持孔11一定距离后,夹持孔11将刀杆2牢牢夹住,接着电主轴12夹着刀杆2向上移动一定距离,确保紧固螺钉1不与杯子底面接触就行,否则刀杆2转起来会摩擦产生热量,紧接着电主轴12带动刀杆2高速旋转,直到将杯内全部物料研碎,刀杆2下部的打粉刀片15和搅拌刀片18由紧固螺钉1拧在刀杆2的底部,这种安装结构确保研磨效率最高,研磨效果最好,当研磨杯16内全部物料彻底研碎后,夹持孔11将刀杆2松开,电主轴12向上运动把刀具留在研磨杯16内,接着气动压紧机构13也向上运动离开研磨杯盖14,紧接着电主轴12和气动压紧机构13移动到下一个研磨杯16的正上方,开始新的研磨工作,动作流程和前一个完全一样,循环往复直到所有研磨任务完成,在整个研粉过程中,柔性密封垫5与刀杆2紧密贴合密封可靠,压紧片8,压垫螺钉7将柔性密封垫5紧紧压住,确保无粉尘泄漏。

1.全自动研粉仪,包括研磨杯定位板,定位沉孔,研磨杯,杯盖,杯盖定位孔,密封垫,压紧片,中心孔,刀杆,打粉刀片,搅拌刀片,紧固螺钉,导向锥面,夹持导套,引导锥面,夹持孔,电主轴,气动压紧机构,其特征是:所述全自动研粉仪在其底部装有研磨杯定位板,定位板上有多个安装研磨杯的定位沉孔,研磨杯和杯盖通过螺纹连接,杯盖中心处有杯盖定位孔,其上有密封垫,密封垫上部为压紧片,压紧片中间开有中心孔,刀杆下部装有打粉刀片,搅拌刀片,紧固螺钉,刀杆前端为导向锥面,刀杆由夹持孔夹在电主轴上,夹持孔外面是夹持导套,夹持导套下端是引导锥面。
2.根据权利要求1所述全自动研粉仪有研磨杯定位板,其上有定位沉孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述全自动研粉仪杯盖中心处有杯盖定位孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述全自动研粉仪杯盖定位孔上平面装有密封垫,密封垫上面有压紧片,压紧片中间开有中心孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述全自动研粉仪其刀杆顶端有导向锥面。
6.根据权利要求1所述全自动研粉仪夹持孔外围有夹持导套,夹持导套下端有引导锥面。
7.根据权利要求1所述全自动研粉仪有打粉刀片和搅拌刀片。
