(3)将轻质碳酸钙、樟脑、发泡调节剂、硅藻泥、吐温80混合,加入到混合料重量6-7倍的水杨酸中,超声30-60分钟,送入反应釜中,通入氮气,升高温度为68-70℃,保温反应3.5-4小时,出料,将产物抽滤,用乙醇洗涤3-4次,置于70-80℃的烘箱中干燥至恒重,得物料Ⅱ;
(4)取超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、木质素酶、芳香精油、芦荟胶、大蒜素、0.1mlo/l磷酸缓冲溶液,加入其重量17-20%的基质胶溶液中,搅拌混合20-30分钟,滴加浓度为0.3-0.6mol/L的乙酸溶液,调节pH为6.5-7.0,通入氮气,加热至25-35℃保持30-60min,出料得物料Ⅲ;
(5)将上述物料Ⅰ、物料Ⅱ、物料Ⅲ混合,在27-35℃下预热40-60分钟,保温搅拌30-40分钟,过滤除去大的杂质物料得到除味剂基础底料;
(6)将上述除味剂基础底料与十二烷基磺酸钠、香精、活性炭粉、促进剂TMTM和剩余中药液混合,搅拌均匀,匀质,乳化,预热温25-35℃热炼2-5h即得除味剂。

(2)取上述中药液重量的50%,与海藻粉、椰子壳粉、葡萄籽油、碱粉,加入到混合料重量7倍的硬脂酸中,超声30分钟,送入反应釜中,通入氮气,升高温度为65℃,保温反应35小时,出料,将产物抽滤,用乙醇洗涤3次,置于50℃的烘箱中干燥至恒重,得物料Ⅰ;
(3)将轻质碳酸钙、樟脑、发泡调节剂、硅藻泥、吐温80混合,加入到混合料重量6倍的水杨酸中,超声40分钟,送入反应釜中,通入氮气,升高温度为70℃,保温反应3.5小时,出料,将产物抽滤,用乙醇洗涤3次,置于70℃的烘箱中干燥至恒重,得物料Ⅱ;
(4)取超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、木质素酶、芳香精油、芦荟胶、大蒜素、0.1mlo/l磷酸缓冲溶液,加入其重量17%的基质胶溶液中,搅拌混合20分钟,滴加浓度为0.3mol/L的乙酸溶液,调节pH为6.5,通入氮气,加热至30℃保持30min,出料得物料Ⅲ;
(5)将上述物料Ⅰ、物料Ⅱ、物料Ⅲ混合,在35℃下预热40分钟,保温搅拌30分钟,过滤除去大的杂质物料得到除味剂基础底料;
(6)将上述除味剂基础底料与十二烷基磺酸钠、香精、活性炭粉、促进剂TMTM和剩余中药液混合,搅拌均匀,匀质,乳化,预热温35℃热炼2.5h即得除味剂。
实施例2:
一种去除儿童毛巾异味的方法;
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种去除儿童毛巾异味的方法,使用本发明除味剂方法为:
方法一:将除味剂和水稀释(4:10)并放置于喷雾瓶中,通过喷雾形式喷于毛巾表面,毛巾放置挂起,10min后可使用或不使用挂起,待下一次使用亦可以。
方法二:毛巾使用时,向水盆中加入5滴除味剂,并可晃动,并将毛巾置于水盆中使用亦可。
上述使用方法中所述除味剂包括如下质量份数组分:木质素酶10份、轻质碳酸钙12份、樟脑13份、硬脂酸8份、水杨酸11份、海藻粉22份、椰子壳粉12份、葡萄籽油80份、碱粉7份、十二烷基磺酸钠4份、吐温806份、香精12份、发泡调节剂1.5份、芳香精油17份、芦荟胶7份、硅藻泥12份、活性炭粉14份、促进剂TMTM 6份、大蒜素1.5份、超氧化物歧化酶18份、溶菌酶14份、基质胶15份、中药液22份。
其中所述中药液中药包括:马钱子17份、生甘草16份、防风18份、穿心莲15份、绿豆172份、茵陈14份、龙胆15份、黄芩18份、远志17份。
所述轻质碳酸钙的粒度为1000-1200目。
其中所述发泡调节剂由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸4.5份,羧甲基纤维素0.8份,三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷0.35份,海藻酸钠1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.05-份,月桂酸单甘油酯0.6份、水12份;发泡调节剂的制备方法是先将十二烷基硫酸钠和羧甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入丙烯酸、海藻酸钠和三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷1000r/min搅拌0.8h,最后加入其余原料75℃反应3h,冷却后即得。
本发明提供上述除味剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择优质的马钱子、生甘草、防风、穿心莲、绿豆、茵陈、龙胆、黄芩、远志加入到10倍水中大火加热煮沸20min,后转为小火慢熬12h,后冷却至室温,室温静置沉淀过夜,后弃沉淀取上清2000rpm/min离心,弃沉淀取上清,后上清进行孔径为0.25μm超微滤膜过滤,取滤液得到中药液;
(2)取上述中药液重量的47%,与海藻粉、椰子壳粉、葡萄籽油、碱粉,加入到混合料重量7倍的硬脂酸中,超声50分钟,送入反应釜中,通入氮气,升高温度为77℃,保温反应35小时,出料,将产物抽滤,用乙醇洗涤3次,置于40℃的烘箱中干燥至恒重,得物料Ⅰ;
(3)将轻质碳酸钙、樟脑、发泡调节剂、硅藻泥、吐温80混合,加入到混合料重量6倍的水杨酸中,超声30分钟,送入反应釜中,通入氮气,升高温度为68℃,保温反应3.5小时,出料,将产物抽滤,用乙醇洗涤3次,置于70℃的烘箱中干燥至恒重,得物料Ⅱ;
(4)取超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、木质素酶、芳香精油、芦荟胶、大蒜素、0.1mlo/l磷酸缓冲溶液,加入其重量17%的基质胶溶液中,搅拌混合30分钟,滴加浓度为0.3mol/L的乙酸溶液,调节pH为6.5,通入氮气,加热至35℃保持30min,出料得物料Ⅲ;
(5)将上述物料Ⅰ、物料Ⅱ、物料Ⅲ混合,在35℃下预热40分钟,保温搅拌30分钟,过滤除去大的杂质物料得到除味剂基础底料;
(6)将上述除味剂基础底料与十二烷基磺酸钠、香精、活性炭粉、促进剂TMTM和剩余中药液混合,搅拌均匀,匀质,乳化,预热温35℃热炼2.5h即得除味剂。
对本发明提供的实施例中分别进行试验考察,通过实施例1和实施例2去除儿童毛巾异味的方法中检测项目进行考察,其结果如表1所示;

由以上结果显示:
本发明去除儿童毛巾异味的方法,使用方便,安全无毒,且具有很高的实用性,为儿童日常生活用品提供更安全、更便捷的毛巾使用方法;使用方法中制备的除味剂中加入活性炭粉,可显著增加除味剂的吸附性,有效吸附灰尘、菌类等;除味剂加入木质素酶、超氧化物歧化酶、淀粉酶和溶菌酶,并可以促进儿童毛巾除异味时的杀菌和抑菌力,亦可以长期起到分解异味物质作用。上述考察检测毛巾清理效果好,细菌减少、无异味、灰尘清洗干净。

Claims (3)

1.一种去除儿童毛巾异味的方法,其特征在于:本发明除味方法为:
方法一:将除味剂和水稀释(1-5:10)并放置于喷雾瓶中,通过喷雾形式喷于毛巾表面,毛巾放置挂起,5-10min后可使用或不使用挂起,待下次使用;
方法二:毛巾使用时,向水盆中加入1-5滴除味剂,并可晃动,并将毛巾置于水盆中使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去除儿童毛巾异味的方法,其特征在于:所述除味剂包括如下质量份数组分:木质素酶8-15份、轻质碳酸钙10-18份、樟脑11-18份、硬脂酸6-15份、水杨酸9-17份、海藻粉20-28份、椰子壳粉10-20份、葡萄籽油6-20份、碱粉5-20份、十二烷基磺酸钠12-23份、吐温804-12份、香精2-20份、发泡调节剂0.5-2份、芳香精油15-20份、芦荟胶5-10份、硅藻泥10-17份、活性炭粉12-19份、促进剂TMTM 4-12份、大蒜素1-3份、超氧化物歧化酶16-19份、溶菌酶12-18份、基质胶13-20份、中药液20-30份;
其中所述中药液中药包括:马钱子15-35份、生甘草14-25份、防风16-34份、穿心莲13-25份、绿豆15-32份、茵陈11-24份、龙胆13-26份、黄芩16-36份、远志15-31份;
其中所述发泡调节剂由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸3-5.5份,羧甲基纤维素0.6-1.2份,三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷0.35-0.55份,海藻酸钠1.5-3份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.05-0.1份,月桂酸单甘油酯0.2-2份、水12-21份;发泡调节剂的制备方法是先将十二烷基硫酸钠和羧甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入丙烯酸、海藻酸钠和三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷800-1000r/min搅拌0.5-1h,最后加入其余原料70-80℃反应2-4h,冷却后即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的去除儿童毛巾异味的方法,其特征在于:上述除味剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择优质的马钱子、生甘草、防风、穿心莲、绿豆、茵陈、龙胆、黄芩、远志加入到10倍水中大火加热煮沸10-30min,后转为小火慢熬12-24h,后冷却至室温,室温静置沉淀过夜,后弃沉淀取上清2000-5000rpm/min离心,弃沉淀取上清,后上清进行孔径为0.2-100μm超微滤膜过滤,取滤液得到中药液;
(2)取上述中药液重量的47-50%,与海藻粉、椰子壳粉、葡萄籽油、碱粉,加入到混合料重量7-8倍的硬脂酸中,超声30-50分钟,送入反应釜中,通入氮气,升高温度为60-97℃,保温反应35-40小时,出料,将产物抽滤,用乙醇洗涤3-4次,置于40-50℃的烘箱中干燥至恒重,得物料Ⅰ;
(3)将轻质碳酸钙、樟脑、发泡调节剂、硅藻泥、吐温80混合,加入到混合料重量6-7倍的水杨酸中,超声30-60分钟,送入反应釜中,通入氮气,升高温度为68-70℃,保温反应3.5-4小时,出料,将产物抽滤,用乙醇洗涤3-4次,置于70-80℃的烘箱中干燥至恒重,得物料Ⅱ;
(4)取超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、木质素酶、芳香精油、芦荟胶、大蒜素、0.1mlo/l磷酸缓冲溶液,加入其重量17-20%的基质胶溶液中,搅拌混合20-30分钟,滴加浓度为0.3-0.6mol/L的乙酸溶液,调节pH为6.5-7.0,通入氮气,加热至25-35℃保持30-60min,出料得物料Ⅲ;
(5)将上述物料Ⅰ、物料Ⅱ、物料Ⅲ混合,在27-35℃下预热40-60分钟,保温搅拌30-40分钟,过滤除去大的杂质物料得到除味剂基础底料;
(6)将上述除味剂基础底料与十二烷基磺酸钠、香精、活性炭粉、促进剂TMTM和剩余中药液混合,搅拌均匀,匀质,乳化,预热温25-35℃热炼2-5h即得除味剂。
