Abstract
The invention provides a yarn feeding device and a yarn feeding method of a doffing trolley, comprising a yarn grabbing mechanism of the doffing trolley, a grooved drum yarn protection plate, a yarn cleaner, a yarn guide plate and a control system, wherein the yarn grabbing mechanism comprises a yarn grabbing cylinder, a yarn grabbing cam and yarn grabbing scissors, and is characterized in that: the yarn grabbing mechanism further comprises a yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism, the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is fixed on the doffing trolley and used for pushing the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to move, and the driving part of the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is controlled by the control system to push the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to move so that yarns enter the knife edge of the yarn grabbing scissors. After the yarn grabbing failure, the single spindle can be re-spliced once or more times until the yarn grabbing is successful, so that the doffing success rate of the doffing trolley is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile machinery manufacturing, relates to improvement of a doffing trolley on a winder, and particularly relates to a doffing trolley head generating device and a head generating method.
Background
The doffing trolley is doffing equipment arranged on an automatic winder, and is a necessary configuration on a fine-winding automatic winder and a large-yarn-warehouse automatic winder. The doffing trolley replaces manual doffing and manual doffing with automatic equipment, and improves the automation level of the automatic winder on the whole. The automatic cylinder falling machine aims at reducing the labor intensity of a car blocking worker and realizing the automatic cylinder falling.
When a single spindle sends out a full bobbin signal, namely, the bobbin yarn reaches a length or weight set value, the doffing trolley takes down the full bobbin yarn from the support arm, puts the prepared empty bobbin on the support arm, grabs the bobbin yarn from a designated position, winds the grabbed bobbin yarn to the designated position on the newly-replaced empty bobbin, and needs a yarn fixing device to collect and fix the yarn at a required position in the yarn movement process so as to smoothly fix the yarn head between the large end of the support arm and the empty bobbin and wind the yarn onto the empty bobbin as required.
In the existing doffing trolley, the yarn grabbing mechanism of the first yarn grabbing device is completely controlled by a cam, the cam is rotated by a certain angle after yarn grabbing is completed, and once the yarn grabbing mechanism grabs yarns, the whole doffing mechanism fails due to the irreversibility of rotation of the cam.
The device and the method for producing the yarn end of the doffing trolley can ensure that after one yarn grabbing failure, a single spindle can be re-spliced one or more times until the yarn grabbing is successful. This is a problem to be solved in the art at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a head generating device and a head generating method of a doffing trolley, which aim to solve the problems and the defects in the prior art, so that after one yarn grabbing failure, a single spindle can be spliced again or repeatedly until the yarn grabbing is successful, and the doffing success rate of the doffing trolley is improved.

The improvement of the technical scheme is as follows: the telescopic arm is formed by splicing a section of telescopic pipe and a section of telescopic rod, one end of the telescopic rod is provided with the yarn grabbing scissors, and when the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is driven, the driving part of the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is contacted with the middle part of the telescopic pipe.
Further improvement of the technical scheme is as follows: the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is a driving cylinder, and a driving telescopic rod of the driving cylinder is contacted with the middle part of the telescopic pipe.

(1) Stopping after the bobbin is full, enabling the yarn cleaner not to cut off the yarn, controlling the extension of the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder by the control system to send the yarn grabbing mechanism from the original position to the position above the yarn guide plate of the yarn cleaner, and pushing the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to move by the pushing mechanism of the yarn grabbing cylinder so as to lead the yarn into the knife edge of the yarn grabbing scissors;
(2) After the yarn grabbing scissors cut the upper yarn and clamp the lower yarn, the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism returns to clamp the yarn to push out the yarn outwards, so that the yarn grabbing scissors are prevented from being contacted with the groove drum yarn protection plate when the yarn grabbing scissors ascend, and the control system controls the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to retract and ascend to the initial position;
(3) The yarn clearer detects the yarn, and if the yarn exists, the yarn grabbing is successful; if the yarn clearer does not detect the yarn, the yarn grabbing failure is indicated;
(4) If the yarn grabbing is failed, because the yarn grabbing cam is not rotated at the moment, the doffing trolley is still in an initial state, the single spindle is knotted once again, the yarn grabbing is performed again according to the processes of the steps (1) - (3) until the yarn grabbing is successful, and finally the whole doffing process is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. according to the yarn grabbing device, the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is added, and is used for pushing the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to move, when the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is driven, the driving part of the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism is in contact with the telescopic arm, and the control system controls the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to move, so that yarns enter the knife edge of the yarn grabbing scissors. Therefore, after the yarn grabbing is failed, the yarn grabbing cam is not rotated, the doffing trolley is still in an initial state, the single ingot is knotted once again, and the single ingot can be spliced once or more times again until the yarn grabbing is successful, so that the doffing success rate of the doffing trolley is greatly improved;
2. the yarn grabbing mechanism is simple in structure, convenient to process and manufacture and low in manufacturing cost.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures:
referring to fig. 1-5, an embodiment of a yarn feeding device of a doffing cart according to the present invention includes a yarn gripping mechanism of the doffing cart, a slot drum 6, a slot drum guard 7, a yarn clearer 8, a yarn guide and a control system. The yarn grabbing mechanism comprises a yarn grabbing cylinder 1, a yarn grabbing cam 2, yarn grabbing scissors 3 and a yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism 4. The yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism 4 is fixed on the doffing trolley, and is used for pushing the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder 1 to move, and the driving part of the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism 4 is controlled by the control system to drive the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder 1 to move so that yarns enter the knife edge of the yarn grabbing scissors 3.
Specifically: the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder 1 is formed by splicing a section of telescopic pipe and a section of telescopic rod, one end of the telescopic rod is provided with a yarn grabbing scissors 3, and when the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism 4 is driven, the driving part of the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism 4 is contacted with the middle part or the lower end of the telescopic pipe.

Second kind: the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism 4 is a push-pull electromagnet, the main body of the push-pull electromagnet is arranged on the doffing trolley, and the magnetic core push rod of the push-pull electromagnet is contacted with the middle part of the telescopic pipe of the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder 1.
Third kind: the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism 4 is a linear motor, and a driving part of the linear motor is contacted with the middle part of the telescopic pipe of the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder 1.
The invention discloses a head-growing method by utilizing the head-growing device of the doffing trolley, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Stopping after the bobbin yarn 5 is full, enabling the yarn cleaner 8 not to cut the yarn 9, controlling the extension of the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder by the control system to send the yarn grabbing mechanism from the original position to the position above the yarn guide plate of the yarn cleaner, and pushing the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to move by the pushing mechanism of the yarn grabbing cylinder to lead the yarn into the scissor edge;
(2) After the yarn grabbing scissors 3 cut the upper yarn 9 and clamp the lower yarn 9, the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism returns to clamp the yarn to push out, so that the yarn grabbing scissors 3 are prevented from being contacted with the groove drum yarn protection plate 7 when the yarn grabbing scissors ascend, and the control system controls the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to retract and ascend to the initial position;
(3) The yarn clearer 8 detects the yarn 9, and if the yarn exists, the yarn grabbing is successful; if the yarn clearer does not detect the yarn, the yarn grabbing failure is indicated;
(4) If the yarn grabbing is failed, because the yarn grabbing cam is not rotated at the moment, the doffing trolley is still in an initial state, the single spindle is knotted once again, the yarn grabbing is performed again according to the processes of the steps (1) - (3) until the yarn grabbing is successful, and finally the whole doffing process is completed.

6. A method of generating a head using the head generating device of the doffing cart of any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
(1) Stopping after the bobbin is full, enabling the yarn cleaner not to cut off the yarn, controlling the extension of the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder by the control system to send the yarn grabbing mechanism from the original position to the position above the yarn guide plate of the yarn cleaner, and pushing the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to move by the pushing mechanism of the yarn grabbing cylinder so as to lead the yarn into the knife edge of the yarn grabbing scissors;
(2) After the yarn grabbing scissors cut the upper yarn and clamp the lower yarn, the yarn grabbing cylinder pushing mechanism returns to clamp the yarn to push out the yarn outwards, so that the yarn grabbing scissors are prevented from being contacted with the groove drum yarn protection plate when the yarn grabbing scissors ascend, and the control system controls the telescopic arm of the yarn grabbing cylinder to retract and ascend to the initial position;
