Abstract
本发明公开了一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,包括两条平行的可移动凹槽(1),所述可移动凹槽(1)分别设于车位纵向的两侧,并连接位于车位纵向两侧边缘的液压杆(2);所述可移动凹槽(1)随所述液压杆(2)伸缩运动;所述可移动凹槽(1)一端内设限位块(3);所述可移动凹槽(1)之间铺设发射线圈(4)。本发明在汽车停车入位时,汽车可直接驶入可移动凹槽,由于可移动凹槽位置相对于充电线圈是不变的,只是间距可调,于是就起到了规范停车位置的作用,使得发射线圈始终处于汽车底盘正中央,从而提高无线充电效果。

技术领域
本发明属于无线充电技术领域,具体涉及一种可校准位置的无线充电车位。
背景技术
电动汽车,是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的汽车。一般采用高效率充电电池或燃料电池为动力源。电动汽车在进行无线充电时,停放位置有时会不准确,使得发射线圈和接收线圈未完全对齐,充电效果差,充电时间长,充电效率低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,解决现有无线充电过程中,由于电动汽车停放位置不准确造成的地面的发射线圈和车载的接收线圈线圈未完全对齐导致的充电效率低的技术问题。
本发明可通过以下技术方案实现:一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,包括两条平行的可移动凹槽1,所述可移动凹槽1分别设于车位纵向的两侧,并连接位于车位纵向两侧边缘的液压杆2;所述可移动凹槽1随所述液压杆2伸缩运动;所述可移动凹槽1一端内设限位块3;所述可移动凹槽1之间铺设发射线圈4。
优选的,所述可移动凹槽1的槽宽大于汽车轮胎的宽度。
优选的,所述可移动凹槽1的槽的表面有防滑纹。
优选的,所述发射线圈4凸出于车位地面。
优选的,所述发射线圈4为圆形、椭圆形或矩形中的一种。
优选的,所述发射线圈4处于所述可移动凹槽1的中间位置。
优选的,所述限位块3为棱角光滑的长方体。
优选的,所述液压杆2被同时控制相向运动。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
汽车停车入位时,可直接驶入凹槽,由于凹槽位置相对于充电线圈是不变的,只是间距可调,于是就起到了规范停车位置的作用,使得发射线圈始终处于汽车底盘正中央,从而提高无线充电效果。

下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、2所示,本发明提供了一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,包括两条平行的可移动凹槽1,所述可移动凹槽1分别设于车位纵向的两侧,并连接位于车位纵向两侧边缘的液压杆2;所述可移动凹槽1随所述液压杆2伸缩运动;所述可移动凹槽1一端内设限位块3;所述可移动凹槽1之间铺设发射线圈4。
所述可移动凹槽1的槽宽大于汽车轮胎的宽度;所述可移动凹槽1的槽的表面有防滑纹;所述发射线圈4凸出于车位地面;所述发射线圈4处于所述可移动凹槽1的中间位置;所述限位块3为棱角光滑的长方体;所述液压杆2被同时控制相向运动。
本发明安装在用于无线充电的车位上,所述可移动凹槽1平直摆放在车位内侧两旁,平行于车停方向,所述可移动凹槽1外侧各安装一只所述液压杆2,保证所述可移动凹槽1可在所述液压杆2的移动方向上位移;所述可移动凹槽1一端内有一限位块3,用于阻停汽车;车位正中央的所述发射线圈4用于给汽车提供无线供电。汽车需要充电时,首先根据汽车轮距,操作所述液压杆2同时伸缩以调整所述可移动凹槽1的间距,由于凹槽的移动是同时相向位移,保证了所述发射线圈4永远处于所述可移动凹槽1内的中心位置,然后车主摆正车身驶入所述可移动凹槽1内,直至接触到所述限位块3停车,操作充电即可。

1.一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,包括两条平行的可移动凹槽(1),所述可移动凹槽(1)分别设于车位纵向的两侧,并连接位于车位纵向两侧边缘的液压杆(2);所述可移动凹槽(1)随所述液压杆(2)伸缩运动;所述可移动凹槽(1)一端内设限位块(3);所述可移动凹槽(1)之间铺设发射线圈(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,所述可移动凹槽(1)的槽宽大于汽车轮胎的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,所述可移动凹槽(1)的槽的表面有防滑纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,所述发射线圈(4)凸出于车位地面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,所述发射线圈(4)为圆形、椭圆形或矩形中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,所述发射线圈(4)处于所述可移动凹槽1的中间位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,所述限位块(3)为棱角光滑的长方体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可校准位置的无线充电车位,其特征在于,所述液压杆(2)被同时控制相向运动。
