The invention discloses an automatic page turning device which comprises a backup plate, a page turning assembly and a page pressing assembly. The page turning assembly comprises a page turning transverse driving piece, a page turning steering engine, a rotating shaft, a sliding frame, a guide rail and a turning absorption piece. The guide rail is fixed with the mounting side surface of the backup plate; the middle part of the sliding frame and the guide rail form a sliding pair; the sliding frame is driven by a page turning transverse moving driving piece; the rotating shaft is supported on the sliding frame; the rotating shaft is driven by a page turning steering engine. Social development makes knowledge more and more important, and more people reading books, but for some disabled people, it is very laborious or impossible to turn pages of books. And seek help to other people, not only can disturb the living rule of other people, but also can cause the self-esteem of the disabled to be hurt to a certain extent. Therefore, it is important to design an automatic page turning device that can help disabled people complete the page turning work.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic page turning device comprises a backup plate 1, a page turning assembly 2 and a page pressing assembly 3. The lower edge of the working side surface of the backup plate 1 is fixed with a supporting bar 4. The page turning assembly 2 comprises a page turning transverse movement motor, a page turning steering engine 2-6, a rocker arm 2-1, a rotating shaft 2-2, a sliding connecting rod 2-3, a sliding frame 2-4, a guide rail 2-5 and a turning absorption part. The guide rail 2-5 is fixed to the installation side (back side of the working side) of the backup plate 1 and is provided along the length direction of the backup plate. The middle part of the sliding frame 2-4 and the guide rail 2-5 form a sliding pair. The rotating shaft 2-2 is supported on the carriage 2-4. One end of the rocker arm 2-1 is hinged with the backup plate 1, and the other end is hinged with one end of the sliding connecting rod 2-3. The other end of the sliding connecting rod 2-3 is hinged with the sliding frame 2-4. The rocker arm 2-1 is driven by a page turning traversing motor. The page turning steering engine 2-6 is fixed with the sliding frame 2-4. An output shaft of the page turning steering engine 2-6 is fixed with one end of the rotating shaft 2-2.
The turnover adsorbing piece comprises a first connecting rod 2-7, a second connecting rod 2-8, a third connecting rod 2-9, a fourth connecting rod 2-10, an extension shaft 2-11 and an adsorbing block 2-12. The first connecting rod 2-7, the second connecting rod 2-8, the third connecting rod 2-9 and the fourth connecting rod 2-10 are sequentially hinged end to form a parallelogram mechanism. The first link 2-7 is of equal length to the third link 2-9. The second link 2-8 is of equal length as the fourth link 2-10. Both ends of the third connecting rod 2-9 are respectively fixed with one ends of the two extension shafts 2-11. The other ends of the two extension shafts 2-11 are respectively fixed with the two ends of the adsorption block 2-12. One of the extension shafts 2-11 is a hinge shaft of the second connecting rod 2-8 and the third connecting rod 2-9. The other extension shaft 2-11 is the hinge shaft of the third connecting rod 2-9 and the fourth connecting rod 2-10. The vacuum chuck is fixed on the adsorption block 2-12. The air inlet of the vacuum chuck faces the mounting side of the backup plate 1. The air outlet of the vacuum sucker is communicated with the air inlet of the vacuum generator through an air pipe. When the vacuum generator is started, the air inlet of the vacuum chuck generates negative pressure for adsorbing pages.
The number of the turnover absorbing parts is two. The first connecting rods 2-7 in the two overturning and absorbing parts are respectively fixed with the two ends of the sliding frame 2-4. The hinge shafts of the first connecting rod 2-7 and the second connecting rod 2-8 in the two overturning and absorbing parts are both rotary shafts 2-2. The second connecting rods 2-8 in the two overturning and absorbing parts are fixed with the rotating shaft 2-2. When the rotating shaft 2-2 rotates, the second connecting rods 2-8 in the two overturning and absorbing parts synchronously rotate. The central axes of the third connecting rods 2-9 in the two overturning and absorbing parts are parallel to the length direction of the backup plate 1. The adsorption blocks 2-12 in the two turnover adsorption parts are positioned between the third connecting rods 2-9 in the two turnover adsorption parts.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the page pressing assembly 3 includes a stopper 3-1, a pressing wheel 3-2, a roll-over stand 3-3, a pressing shaft 3-4, and a page pressing motor. The limiting block 3-1 is fixed at one end of the backup plate 1. The roll-over stand 3-3 and the limiting block 3-1 form a revolute pair. The page pressing motor is fixed on the limiting block 3-1. The output shaft of the page pressing motor is fixed with the roll-over stand 3-3. The roll-over stand 3-3 is supported with a pressing shaft 3-4. The axis of the pressing shaft 3-4 is not coincident with the axis of the output shaft of the page pressing motor. Pinch rollers 3-2 are fixed at both ends of the pinch shaft 3-4. A plurality of pressing convex blocks for pressing books are arranged on the side face of the pressing wheel 3-2. The pinch roller 3-2 is made of rubber material.
The backup plate 1 is fixed on a desk. One side of one desk leg of the desk is fixed with a page turning foot switch and a page turning foot switch. The lower page turning foot switch and the upper page turning foot switch are respectively connected with two signal input ends of the controller. The two signal output interfaces of the controller are respectively connected with the control interfaces of the page turning traversing motor and the page turning steering engine. The page turning-down foot switch and the page turning-up foot switch are respectively used for controlling the page turning-down and page turning-up.
The page turning method of the automatic page turning device comprises the following steps:

The page turning steering engine 2-6 rotates to drive one page of the book to be read to be turned to the side far away from the page pressing assembly 3.
And step six, after one page of the book to be read needs to be turned over, the vacuum generator is turned off, and the page turning traversing motor rotates, so that the vacuum suction cups on the two turning suction parts are separated from the book to be read. The page pressing motor rotates positively, and the pressing wheel 3-2 presses books to be read. And (3) entering a step III.
