the barrel separation device comprises a rack, a barrel clamping mechanism, a barrel grabbing mechanism, a barrel overturning mechanism and a barrel pulling mechanism; an inclined slide plate used for sliding the barrel from the barrel grabbing position to the overturning position is arranged between the barrel grabbing mechanism and the barrel overturning mechanism;
the barrel clamping mechanism comprises a hanging bracket and two barrel clamping units, wherein the hanging bracket is arranged on the rack, the two barrel clamping units are symmetrically arranged, each barrel clamping unit comprises an arc-shaped clamp and a barrel clamping driving mechanism, the arc-shaped clamp is matched with the outer wall of the steel barrel, two ends of the arc-shaped clamp are respectively provided with an upper barrel guide wheel, the barrel clamping driving mechanism drives the arc-shaped clamp, and two ends of the hanging bracket are provided with guide grooves matched with the upper barrel guide wheels; the upper barrel guide wheel moves up and down along the guide groove; the arc-shaped clamp clamps in the two clamping barrel units are matched with each other to clamp the steel barrel;
the barrel pulling mechanism comprises a sliding table and a sliding table driving mechanism, and the sliding table is connected with the sliding table driving mechanism;
the barrel grabbing mechanism comprises a barrel grabbing driving mechanism, a fixed plate, a moving plate and at least two groups of claw units, wherein each claw unit comprises a four-bar mechanism and a claw, the fixed end of the four-bar mechanism is hinged with the fixed plate, the movable end of the four-bar mechanism is connected with the claw and is hinged with the moving plate, and the barrel grabbing driving mechanism drives the moving plate; the barrel grabbing mechanism is arranged on a sliding table of the barrel pulling mechanism;
the barrel overturning mechanism comprises an overturning motor, an overturning frame, an arc barrel supporting plate and an arc guide plate, wherein the overturning motor drives the overturning frame, and the arc barrel supporting plate is arranged at the end part of the overturning frame;
the front end of the shot blasting device is provided with a burner;
the steel shot conveying device comprises a screw propeller and a bucket elevator.

The steel drum renovating processing line according to claim 1, wherein the upper drum device comprises an upper drum rotating disc and an upper drum rotating cylinder, the upper drum rotating cylinder driving the upper drum rotating disc to rotate to feed the drum; the barrel collecting device comprises a barrel collecting rotary table, a barrel collecting rotary cylinder and a barrel collecting bucket, wherein the barrel collecting rotary cylinder drives the barrel collecting rotary table to rotate, and steel barrels are sent into the barrel collecting bucket.
3. The steel drum refurbishment line of claim 1, further comprising a drum feeding mechanism comprising an upper drum frame, and a transmission mechanism and an upper drum motor mounted on the upper drum frame, the upper drum motor driving the transmission mechanism.
4. The steel drum renovating treatment assembly line according to claim 1, wherein guide rails are arranged at the upper part in the bin body, two sides of each lifting appliance are respectively connected with drum moving guide wheels, and the drum moving guide wheels move along the guide rails.
5. The steel drum renovating processing line of claim 1, wherein the bin body is formed by connecting an upper bin body, a middle bin body and a lower bin body.
6. The steel drum refurbishment line of claim 1, wherein the slip table driving mechanism includes a drum pulling motor and a crank link mechanism, the drum pulling motor being connected with the slip table through the crank link mechanism.
7. The steel drum renovating processing line according to claim 1, wherein a limit baffle is installed on the sliding table at a position corresponding to the jaw unit, and the inclined sliding plate is installed on the sliding table at a lower end of the limit baffle.
