Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于高速预涂膜的三辊AC涂布结构,包括:机架、胶水盆机构、递胶辊机构、计量辊机构、压合辊机构,本发明通过采用三辊排列的涂布结构,递胶辊将胶液传递至计量辊,膜材经过计量辊与压合辊之间,从而实现涂布,三组辊分别实现不同的功能,涂布速度远高于传统的两辊涂布结构,实现预涂膜三辊AC涂布的高速运行,并且调整涂布量简单清晰,涂布量小,节约生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及膜材涂布设备,特别是一种用于高速预涂膜的三辊AC涂布结构。
背景技术
现有用于预涂膜AC涂布的结构有两辊涂布等结构,两辊涂布又分半主动和全主动传动,半主动是涂布钢辊由电机减速机传动,胶压辊被动,压合在涂布钢辊上,这种方式压胶辊容易受到接触胶水而打滑,上胶量难控制和胶水飞溅问题;全主动是涂布钢辊由电机减速机传动,胶压辊传动通过同步带轮、磁粉离合器调节装置组成,解决了压辊因接触胶水打滑的问题,但是还是存在上胶量大和胶水飞溅问题,生产线速度超过200M/min,上胶量大,胶水飞溅也更严重,同时加重了生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种用于高速预涂膜的三辊AC涂布结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于高速预涂膜的三辊AC涂布结构,包括:
机架;
胶水盆机构,所述胶水盆机构包括胶水盆及能够带动胶水盆升降移动的升降驱动机构;
递胶辊机构,所述递胶辊机构包括固定设置机架上的递胶辊,所述递胶辊位于胶水盆机构上方,所述升降驱动机构能够带动胶水盆靠近递胶辊移动,使得递胶辊能够浸在胶水盆机构的胶水上;
计量辊机构,所述计量辊机构包括滑动设置在机架上的计量辊及能够驱动计量辊移动的计量辊驱动机构,所述计量辊位于递胶辊上方,所述计量辊驱动机构能够带动计量辊靠近递胶辊移动;
压合辊机构,所述压合辊机构包括滑动设置在机架上的压合辊及能够驱动压合辊移动的压合辊驱动机构,所述压合辊位于计量辊上方,膜材从压合辊与计量辊之间穿过,所述压合辊驱动机构能够带动压合辊靠近计量辊移动。
所述递胶辊的辊面宽度大于计量辊的辊面宽度,所述计量辊的辊面宽度大于压合辊的辊面宽度。
所述递胶辊的辊面宽度比计量辊的辊面宽度长20mm,所述计量辊的辊面宽度比压合辊的辊面宽度长20mm。
所述压合辊两端分别通过一直线滑轨机构滑动设置在机架侧面,所述压合辊驱动机构包括两组分别设置在机架两侧的压合辊驱动气缸。
所述计量辊两端分别通过一直线滑轨机构滑动设置在机架侧面,所述计量辊驱动机构包括两组分别设置在机架两侧的计量辊驱动气缸。
所述计量辊机构还包括一计量辊间隙调整机构,所述计量辊间隙调整机构能够调节计量辊与递胶辊之间的间隙。
所述计量辊间隙调整机构包括一计量丝杆驱动机构及能够由计量丝杆驱动机构带动移动的计量推压滑块,所述计量推压滑块具有一斜向推压面,所述计量辊上设置有与该计量推压滑块的斜向推压面配合的第一滚轮。
所述压合辊机构还包括一压合辊间隙调整机构,所述压合辊间隙调整机构能够调节压合辊与计量辊之间的间隙。
所述压合辊间隙调整机构包括一压合丝杆驱动机构及能够由压合丝杆驱动机构带动移动的计量推压滑块,所述计量推压滑块具有一斜向推压面,所述压合辊上设置有与该压合推压滑块的斜向推压面配合的第二滚轮。

所述胶水盆机构包括胶水盆21及能够带动胶水盆21升降移动的升降驱动机构,在本实施例中,所述升降机构为一蜗杆与螺杆的组合机构22,其可通过手轮或电机驱动,在此不作详述。
所述递胶辊机构3包括固定设置机架1上的递胶辊31,所述递胶辊31位于胶水盆机构上方,所述升降驱动机构能够带动胶水盆21靠近递胶辊31移动,使得递胶辊31能够浸在胶水盆机构的胶水上,实现胶液的传递。
所述计量辊机构4包括滑动设置在机架1上的计量辊41及能够驱动计量辊41移动的计量辊驱动机构,所述计量辊41位于递胶辊31上方,所述计量辊驱动机构能够带动计量辊41靠近递胶辊31移动,计量辊41与递胶辊31接触时,可将胶液传递至计量辊41上,优选的,所述计量辊机构4还包括一计量辊间隙调整机构,所述计量辊间隙调整机构能够调节计量辊41与递胶辊31之间的间隙,通过调整间隙可调节递胶量,以根据不同的膜材调整胶液的量,节约成本,并减少胶液的飞溅。
所述压合辊机构5包括滑动设置在机架1上的压合辊51及能够驱动压合辊51移动的压合辊驱动机构,所述压合辊51位于计量辊41上方,膜材从压合辊51与计量辊41之间穿过,所述压合辊驱动机构能够带动压合辊51靠近计量辊41移动,从而实现膜材的涂布,优选的,所述压合辊机构5还包括一压合辊间隙调整机构,所述压合辊间隙调整机构能够调节压合辊51与计量辊41之间的间隙,通过调整二者之间的间隙以满足不同涂布要求即不同厚度膜材的涂布,三组辊分别实现不同功能,涂布速度远高于传统的两辊涂布结构,实现预涂膜三辊AC涂布的高速运行,并且调整涂布量简单清晰,涂布量小,节约生产成本。
优选的,在实施例中,所述递胶辊31的辊面宽度大于计量辊41的辊面宽度,所述计量辊41的辊面宽度大于压合辊51的辊面宽度,本发明通过由上自下减少辊的辊面宽度,胶水不在相同辊面宽度的端面累计,从而解决了高速运转时胶水飞溅的问题。
优选的,所述递胶辊31的辊面宽度比计量辊41的辊面宽度长20mm,所述计量辊41的辊面宽度比压合辊51的辊面宽度长20mm,当然,该数值可以根据不同的辊的大小进行旋转,如可设计为15mm或25mm,在此不作详述。
优选的,在本实施例中,所述递胶辊31、计量辊41、压合辊51均独立配置有转动驱动机构,并通过万向联轴器连接,即均为主动轮,不会出现打滑的情况,保证涂布的质量。
优选的,所述压合辊51两端分别设置有轴承座,轴承座通过一直线滑轨机构滑动设置在机架1侧面,所述压合辊驱动机构包括两组分别设置在机架1两侧的压合辊驱动气缸52,即可实现压合辊51的移动驱动,当然,在具体实施过程中,还可采用丝杆机构,在此不作详述。
优选的,所述计量辊41两端分别设置有轴承座,轴承座通过直线滑轨机构滑动设置在机架1侧面,所述计量辊驱动机构包括两组分别设置在机架1两侧的计量辊驱动气缸42,即可实现计量辊41的移动驱动,当然,在具体实施过程中,还可采用丝杆机构,在此不作详述。
优选的,所述计量辊间隙调整机构包括一计量丝杆驱动机构43及能够由计量丝杆驱动机构43带动移动的计量推压滑块44,所述计量推压滑块44具有一斜向推压面,所述计量辊41的轴承座上设置有与该计量推压滑块44的斜向推压面配合的第一滚轮45,通过调节计量推压滑块44的位置即可微调计量辊41与递胶辊31之间的间隙,实现递胶量的调整。
优选的,所述压合辊间隙调整机构包括一压合丝杆驱动机构53及能够由压合丝杆驱动机构53带动移动的计量推压滑块54,所述计量推压滑块54具有一斜向推压面,所述压合辊51的轴承座上设置有与该压合推压滑块54的斜向推压面配合的第二滚轮55,通过调节计量推压滑块54的位置即可微调压合辊51与计量辊41之间的间隙,满足不同的生产需求。
优选的,在本实施例中,所述计量辊41与递胶辊31之间、压合辊51与计量辊41之间设置有间隙检测装置,如百分表或光栅装置,以配合间隙调整机构调节间隙。
当然,在具体实施过程中,还可通过凸轮机构实现上市的间隙调节功能,在此不作详述。

递胶辊机构(3),所述递胶辊机构(3)包括固定设置机架(1)上的递胶辊(31),所述递胶辊(31)位于胶水盆机构上方,所述升降驱动机构能够带动胶水盆(21)靠近递胶辊(31)移动,使得递胶辊(31)能够浸在胶水盆机构的胶水上;
计量辊机构(4),所述计量辊机构(4)包括滑动设置在机架(1)上的计量辊(41)及能够驱动计量辊(41)移动的计量辊驱动机构,所述计量辊(41)位于递胶辊(31)上方,所述计量辊驱动机构能够带动计量辊(41)靠近递胶辊(31)移动;
压合辊机构(5),所述压合辊机构(5)包括滑动设置在机架(1)上的压合辊(51)及能够驱动压合辊(51)移动的压合辊驱动机构,所述压合辊(51)位于计量辊(41)上方,膜材从压合辊(51)与计量辊(41)之间穿过,所述压合辊驱动机构能够带动压合辊(51)靠近计量辊(41)移动。
