Abstract

本发明提供一种废纸回收再造的方法。本发明的方法包括(1)粉碎溶解:将废纸原料分类进行粉碎溶解;(2)过滤:将溶解后的废纸原料进行过滤,去除废纸原料中杂质;(3)浓缩脱墨:将过滤好的材质放入浓缩机进行浓缩,浓缩后进行洗涤脱墨,去除表面的浮色;(4)漂白处理:对脱墨后的废纸原料进行漂白,制浆,成为再生纸浆;(5)用植物纤维制造长纤维纸浆;(6)造纸:将步骤(5)中制得的长纤维纸浆和步骤(4)中制得的再生纸浆按照质量比为1:(0.6‑2.5)的比例进行使其均匀的交织和脱水,再经干燥、压光、卷纸;(7)裁切、选别、包装。本发明的方法所得纤维质量高,可作为各种高级纸张的备选原料。

废纸回收再造的方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种废纸回收再造的方法,属于造纸工艺技术领域。
背景技术:
废纸回收的成本问题废纸回收利用,最有吸引力的一直是因其成本低而占优势。然而废纸是不可能无限度地被反复循环回用的,其极限是取决于纤维质量的劣化速度和程度。在处理旧报纸浆料中,其中含有的高得率机械木浆,包括化学热磨机械浆和压力磨石磨木浆,保留有较高的木素,纤维挺硬。经机械碎解处理后,纤维变得更加柔软和微纤维化,有利于纤维结构的键合,可抄出更紧密、更平滑的新闻纸。但旧报纸中的化学浆纤维,因在成纸过程中曾被键合过,纤维本身结构密实,空腔减少很多,表面难于水化,纤维变得“僵硬”,粘度降低,成纸强度下降。
实验室和工厂的实践证明,随着废纸循环次数的增加,废纸纸浆的物理强度呈直线下降趋势,每循环一次,耐破和抗张强度下降至原来纤维浆料强度的60—70%。由此可见,纸料中单根纤维循环回用是有一定限度的。这给废纸的回收利用带来了一定的局限性。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种废纸回收再造的方法,所得纤维质量高,可作为各种高级纸张的备选原料。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
废纸回收再造的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)粉碎溶解:将废纸原料分类进行粉碎溶解;
(2)过滤:将溶解后的废纸原料进行过滤,去除废纸原料中杂质;
(3)浓缩脱墨:将过滤好的材质放入浓缩机进行浓缩,浓缩后进行洗涤脱墨,去除表面的浮色;
(4)漂白处理:对脱墨后的废纸原料进行漂白,制浆,成为再生纸浆;
(5)用植物纤维制造长纤维纸浆;
(6)造纸:将步骤(5)中制得的长纤维纸浆和步骤(4)中制得的再生纸浆按照质量比为1:(0.6-2.5)的比例进行使其均匀的交织和脱水,再经干燥、压光、卷纸;
(7)裁切、选别、包装。
所述的废纸回收再造的方法,步骤(3)中所述的脱墨处理是采用质量百分比为5%的氢氧化钠、5%的硅酸钠、6%的烷基苯磺酸钠的混合溶液作为脱墨剂,将脱墨剂与废纸浆按照质量比1:5的比例,在60℃浸喷1h,再用60℃的水于碎浆机中稀释至5%,碎解10~15min,再稀释至3%,用泵打入盘磨机中磨浆,最后稀至1%,并用浮选法分出油墨,经筛选可得白度75.8%的纸浆。
所述的废纸回收再造的方法,步骤(4)中所述的漂白处理是采用过氧化氢作为漂白剂,pH10.5-11.0,温度50-80℃的条件下进行。
所述的废纸回收再造的方法,步骤(5)中所述的植物纤维选自木材、稻草、麦秸、玉米秸秆中的一种或者多种的组合。
所述的废纸回收再造的方法,步骤(6)中所述的长纤维纸浆和再生纸浆的比例为1:1.8。
有益效果:
本发明将长纤维纸浆与再生纸浆联合使用,克服了废纸纸浆物理强度低的问题,所得纤维质量高,可作为各种高级纸张的备选原料。

Claims (5)

1.一种废纸回收再造的方法,其特征是:该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)粉碎溶解:将废纸原料分类进行粉碎溶解;
(2)过滤:将溶解后的废纸原料进行过滤,去除废纸原料中杂质;
(3)浓缩脱墨:将过滤好的材质放入浓缩机进行浓缩,浓缩后进行洗涤脱墨,去除表面的浮色;
(4)漂白处理:对脱墨后的废纸原料进行漂白,制浆,成为再生纸浆;
(5)用植物纤维制造长纤维纸浆;
(6)造纸:将步骤(5)中制得的长纤维纸浆和步骤(4)中制得的再生纸浆按照质量比为1:(0.6-2.5)的比例进行使其均匀的交织和脱水,再经干燥、压光、卷纸;
(7)裁切、选别、包装。
