本发明涉及一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,所述基层材料包括水泥、黄砂、熟石灰、贝壳粉、糯米浆和纸筋灰;所述面层材料包括贝壳粉、纸筋灰、糯米浆、腻子粉、水和矿物质颜料,经过合理配比,在墙面上施工后可以吸附、分解有害气体净化空气,净味、除异味,防火阻燃、调节空气湿度、吸音降噪、防静电及抗菌、抑菌,绿色环保,同时也解决了墙面开裂、龟裂及灰面剥落的问题,大大提高了生活工作环境质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙面材料领域,尤其涉及一种新型环保墙面材料。
背景技术
随着国家及人们对空气环境的重视,和对空气环境质量要求的不断提高,人们城市中居住人群急切解决各种居住环境中空气质量问题。使的室内环境治理的产业技术迅猛的发展。墙面饰面新型材料就是新兴的环保技术,吸附、分解有害气体净化空气,防火阻燃、调节空气湿度、吸音降噪、防静电及抗菌、抑菌,解决空气质量等问题,并使室内墙面美观、墙面不开裂、龟裂及灰面剥落。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够呼吸净化环境,阻燃调节空气湿度,吸音降噪,防静电,抗菌、抑菌的新型环保墙面材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,所述基层材料包括如下组分,按重量百分比分别为:水泥50-65%、黄砂20-30%、熟石灰8-12%、贝壳粉1-5%、糯米浆5-10%、纸筋灰1-2%;所述面层材料包括如下组分,按重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉1-5%、纸筋灰1-5%、糯米浆5-15%、腻子粉50-80%、水5-15%、矿物质颜料1-2%。
作为优选,所述基层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:水泥50-65%、黄砂20-30%、熟石灰10%、贝壳粉5%、糯米浆5-10%、纸筋灰1-2%;所述面层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉1-5%、纸筋灰1-5%、糯米浆5-15%、腻子粉50-80%、水5-15%、矿物质颜料1%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于:通过本发明能够呼吸净化环境,阻燃调节空气湿度,吸音降噪,防静电,抗菌、抑菌内墙面,改善居住环境;贝壳粉不添加任何有害物质,不仅具备不散发甲醛、苯、氨气、TVOC(挥发性有机化合物)等有害气体,而且具有吸附、分解这些有害气体的功能,去除异味,在防火阻燃、调节空气湿度、吸音降噪、防静电及抗菌、抑菌作用方面也很出色,吸附性能强,比重小,更具质感柔滑的视觉效果;纸筋灰是一种用草或者是纤维物质加工成浆状,主要成分是草纸和麦秸纤维,草纸的细小纤维有很强的拉力作用于防止墙体抹灰层裂缝,增加灰浆连接强度和稠度;糯米浆有很强的粘力,掺入了糯米汁的纸筋灰的墙面受到了均匀的拉力,这有效解决了墙面开裂、龟裂的问题;矿物质颜料颜色艳丽,持久不褪色。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
实施例1:
一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,所述基层材料包括如下组分,按重量百分比分别为:水泥50-65%、黄砂20-30%、熟石灰8-12%、贝壳粉1-5%、糯米浆5-10%、纸筋灰1-2%;所述面层材料包括如下组分,按重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉1-5%、纸筋灰1-5%、糯米浆5-15%、腻子粉50-80%、水5-15%、矿物质颜料1-2%。
施工时,将基层材料搅拌均匀后墙面批荡厚度1-2cm找平,待墙面干燥后再进行面层材料的搅拌制作,根据用户对色彩的需求,添加适量的无机矿物质颜料。也可采用呼吸性乳胶漆在面层喷刷。使用后墙面颜色持久,整体美观实用,绿色环保。
实施例2:
一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,其中基层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:水泥50%、黄砂25%、熟石灰10%、贝壳粉4%、糯米浆7%、纸筋灰4%;所述面层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉4%、纸筋灰5%、糯米浆12%、腻子粉65%、水13%、矿物质颜料1%。
施工方式和实施例1相同。
实施例3:
一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,其中基层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:水泥60%、黄砂20%、熟石灰10%、贝壳粉3%、糯米浆6%、纸筋灰1%;所述面层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉5%、纸筋灰3%、糯米浆15%、腻子粉60%、水15%、矿物质颜料2%。
施工方式和实施例1相同。
实施例4:
一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,所述基层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:水泥65%、黄砂20%、熟石灰8%、贝壳粉1%、糯米浆5%、纸筋灰1%;所述面层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉5%、纸筋灰4%、糯米浆10%、腻子粉70%、水10%、矿物质颜料1%。
施工方式和实施例1相同。
实施例5:
一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,所述基层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:水泥55%、黄砂20%、熟石灰10%、贝壳粉5%、糯米浆8%、纸筋灰2%;所述面层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉3%、纸筋灰2%、糯米浆5%、腻子粉80%、水9%、矿物质颜料1%。
施工方式和实施例1相同。
该墙面材料可以吸附、分解有害气体净化空气,净味、除异味,防火阻燃、调节空气湿度、吸音降噪、防静电及抗菌、抑菌,同时也解决了墙面开裂、龟裂及灰面剥落的问题。大大提高了生活工作环境质量。

1.一种新型环保墙面材料,包括基层材料和面层材料,其特征在于:所述基层材料包括如下组分,按重量百分比分别为:水泥50-65%、黄砂20-30%、熟石灰8-12%、贝壳粉1-5%、糯米浆5-10%、纸筋灰1-2%;所述面层材料包括如下组分,按重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉1-5%、纸筋灰1-5%、糯米浆5-15%、腻子粉50-80%、水5-15%、矿物质颜料1-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保墙面材料,其特征在于:所述基层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:水泥50-65%、黄砂20-30%、熟石灰10%、贝壳粉5%、糯米浆5-10%、纸筋灰1-2%;所述面层材料中组分的重量百分比分别为:贝壳粉1-5%、纸筋灰1-5%、糯米浆5-15%、腻子粉50-80%、水5-15%、矿物质颜料1%。
