the product positioning module comprises a mounting plate fixed on the track and the first front-and-back moving electric cylinder, a second front-and-back moving air cylinder arranged on the mounting plate, a product placing seat, a pricking air cylinder, a probe fixed on the pricking air cylinder, a second up-and-down moving air cylinder arranged on the second front-and-back moving air cylinder, and a pressing plate fixed on the second up-and-down moving air cylinder;
the product to be tested is limited in the product placing seat, and the screen detection module is used for adjusting the position of the product positioning module and performing touch screen and sliding screen detection on the product to be tested;
the camera module comprises a second support, a Z-axis adjusting module arranged on the second support, an XY sliding table module arranged on the Z-axis adjusting module, and a camera fixed on the XY sliding table module, wherein the camera is used for carrying out screen detection on the product to be tested;
the shading door module comprises a third bracket, a guide rail arranged on the third bracket, a push-pull air cylinder and a shading door pushed by the push-pull air cylinder and moving along the guide rail;
the light source module comprises a fourth support and a light source arranged on the fourth support through a three-axis adjusting assembly, and the light source is used for performing light source assistance on screen detection.
2. The product testing apparatus of claim 1,
the frame module includes the frame, sets up operation panel, display instrument, fan switch, frock wiring board, air outlet, mouse box, display, alarm lamp, truckle and spike on the frame.
3. The product testing apparatus of claim 1,
the test device is characterized by further comprising a touch screen arranged on the frame module, wherein the touch screen is used for adjusting test parameters and displaying the current test data of the product to be tested in real time.
4. The product testing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a button cartridge module and an electronic control module; wherein,
the button box module comprises a control button and an indicator light, and the electronic control module is in communication connection with an external test system and used for controlling the automatic operation of the product test device.
5. The product testing apparatus of claim 1,
a fixing plate fixedly connected with the mounting plate is arranged on the track and the first front-back moving electric cylinder, and a threaded hole and a positioning pin are arranged on the fixing plate;
and a screw counter bore corresponding to the position of the threaded hole and a copper sleeve corresponding to the position of the positioning pin are arranged on the mounting plate.
6. The product testing apparatus of claim 5,
the fixed plate is provided with a movable drag chain and an adapter plate, and the wire and the air pipe of the product positioning module are both arranged on the adapter plate.
7. The product testing apparatus of claim 1,
a sliding guide rail is arranged on the second bracket, and an upper fixing plate, a lower fixing plate and a lead screw positioned between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate are respectively arranged at two ends of the sliding guide rail;
the lead screw is provided with a lead screw nut, and the XY sliding table module is fixedly connected with the lead screw nut.
8. The product testing device of claim 7, wherein the camera module further comprises a position display, a rotating handwheel, and an anti-rotation assembly disposed on the upper mounting plate; wherein,
the rotating hand wheel is used for driving the lead screw to rotate in situ;
the position display is used for displaying the Z-axis coordinate of the camera;
the anti-rotation assembly is used for fixing the screw rod after the position adjustment is finished and providing supporting force along the axial direction of the screw rod for the screw rod.
9. The product testing apparatus of claim 1,
the three-axis adjusting assembly comprises a Z-axis adjusting assembly fixed on the fourth support and an XY simple adjusting assembly arranged on the Z-axis adjusting assembly;
the light source is fixed on the XY simple adjusting component.
10. A product testing method, characterized in that a product to be tested is subjected to a performance test by using the product testing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the method comprises the following steps:
preventing the product to be tested from being placed on a product placing seat;
the second back-and-forth moving cylinder and the second up-and-down moving cylinder are matched to drive the pressing plate to press the product to be tested, the pricking cylinder drives the probe to prick and communicate with the product to be tested, and key pressing, current and vibration detection is carried out on the product to be tested;
the first front-back moving electric cylinder drives the product placing seat to move to the scanning module, and the scanning module is used for scanning and identifying the to-be-tested product;
the shading door module controls the shading door to move downwards, the camera module performs screen detection on the product to be detected, and meanwhile, the light source module performs light source assistance during screen detection;
the first front-back moving electric cylinder drives the product placing seat to continue to move to the screen detection module, and the left-right moving electric cylinder and the first front-back moving electric cylinder are matched to drive the pressure detection contact to perform touch screen or sliding screen detection on the product to be detected.
