Abstract

本发明是一种抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,选用尼龙单丝、导电纤维和尼龙纤维丝为原料,在高温染色过程中,其内部防褪色剂的添加增加了抗氧化性,防止粘扣带长时间处于室外而出现褪色;导电纤维导电,同时经抗静电剂溶液浸渍处理后粘扣带的导电性能增加,从而静电电荷及时泄漏,避免了粘扣带表面电荷集聚,提高了粘扣带的抗静电性能。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺。
背景技术
粘扣带是一种连接辅料,其运用广泛,可作为服装、鞋类、表带以及捆绑线束。传统的粘扣带进行染色后,如若其长时间显露于室外,其表面容易被氧化,从而导致其脱色,此外,现有的普通锦纶粘扣带,在用于具有抗静电要求场合的工作服装如消防服、电工服、油库工作服、实验室工作服等配套粘扣带时,比电阻高,容易产生和积累静电,电荷不易流散,不具有抗静电功能,影响人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其步骤包括:
(1)制作胚带,选用尼龙单丝、导电纤维和尼龙纤维丝为原料,胚带包括钩面和支撑面,原料经过粘扣带织造机织造成坯带;
(2)浸泡染色,将制作好的胚带投入到高温染色设备中进行染色,且在染色剂中添加抗氧化的防褪色剂;
(3)染色后烘干,浸泡染色后的胚带放入烘干箱进行水分烘干,温度控制在120-130℃,在预烘箱中运行的速度是8m/min;
(4)制作毛面,将烘干后胚带的支撑面经起毛机刷起卷毛后再进行上胶定型处理;
(5)制作钩面,将烘干后胚带的钩面进行上胶定型处理,再将钩面表面的尼龙单丝经过破钩机进行钩面的破钩处理,完成钩面加工后采用定型剂定型;
(6)抗静电处理,毛面胚带和钩面胚带浸入抗静电剂溶液中进行浸渍,浸渍处理后毛面胚带和钩面胚带导电性能增加,从而静电电荷及时泄漏,避免了毛面胚带和钩面胚带表面电荷集聚,温度72℃,时间50-55min;
(7)抗静电后烘干,将抗静电处理后的粘扣带在脱水机中脱水5分钟,再在烘干箱中,在50-60℃预烘干5分钟,在110-120℃烘干6分钟;
(8)冷却,烘干后的产品进入冷却筒进行冷却处理;
(9)分割,调整毛面和钩面的分割尺寸,并在相应位置设置分割槽,再把设置好的带分割槽的毛面和钩面放在分条机上进行分割处理;
(10)包装,将分割好的毛面和钩面进行塑料包装。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中钩面采用直径为0.2~0.3mm的尼龙单丝和直径为0.1mm的导电纤维制作,且导电纤维的质量占尼龙单丝质量的5%,支撑面由经纱和纬纱交织形成,其中,纬纱采用直径为0.2~0.3mm的尼龙单丝和直径为0.1mm的导电纤维制成,且导电纤维的质量占尼龙单丝质量的10%,经纱采用160D~180D的尼龙纤维丝。

一种抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其步骤包括:

(10)包装,将分割好的毛面和钩面进行塑料包装。

(2)浸泡染色,将制作好的胚带投入到高温染色设备中进行染色,且在染色剂中添加抗氧化的防褪色剂;
(3)染色后烘干,浸泡染色后的胚带放入烘干箱进行水分烘干,温度控制在125℃,在预烘箱中运行的速度是8m/min;
(4)制作毛面,将烘干后胚带的支撑面经起毛机刷起卷毛后再进行上胶定型处理;
(5)制作钩面,将烘干后胚带的钩面进行上胶定型处理,再将钩面表面的尼龙单丝经过破钩机进行钩面的破钩处理,完成钩面加工后采用定型剂定型;
(6)抗静电处理,毛面胚带和钩面胚带浸入抗静电剂溶液中进行浸渍,浸渍处理后毛面胚带和钩面胚带导电性能增加,从而静电电荷及时泄漏,避免了毛面胚带和钩面胚带表面电荷集聚,温度72℃,时间55min;
(7)抗静电后烘干,将抗静电处理后的粘扣带在脱水机中脱水5分钟,再在烘干箱中,在55℃预烘干5分钟,在115℃烘干6分钟;
(8)冷却,烘干后的产品进入冷却筒进行冷却处理;
(9)分割,调整毛面和钩面的分割尺寸,并在相应位置设置分割槽,再把设置好的带分割槽的毛面和钩面放在分条机上进行分割处理;
(10)包装,将分割好的毛面和钩面进行塑料包装。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中钩面采用直径为0.25mm的尼龙单丝和直径为0.1mm的导电纤维制作,且导电纤维的质量占尼龙单丝质量的5%,支撑面由经纱和纬纱交织形成,其中,纬纱采用直径为0.25mm的尼龙单丝和直径为0.1mm的导电纤维制成,且导电纤维的质量占尼龙单丝质量的10%,经纱采用170D的尼龙纤维丝。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中防褪色剂优选双螺色满类防褪色剂。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中毛面胚带底板面是涤纶丝和锦纶丝混合材料。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中钩面胚带底板面是涤纶丝和锦纶丝混合材料。
优选的,所述步骤(6)的抗静电剂溶液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水105份、无水乙醇22份、硬脂酸钠8份、蔗糖酯7份、甜菜碱6份。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其步骤包括:
(1)制作胚带,选用尼龙单丝、导电纤维和尼龙纤维丝为原料,胚带包括钩面和支撑面,原料经过粘扣带织造机织造成坯带;
(2)浸泡染色,将制作好的胚带投入到高温染色设备中进行染色,且在染色剂中添加抗氧化的防褪色剂;
(3)染色后烘干,浸泡染色后的胚带放入烘干箱进行水分烘干,温度控制在120-130℃,在预烘箱中运行的速度是8m/min;
(4)制作毛面,将烘干后胚带的支撑面经起毛机刷起卷毛后再进行上胶定型处理;
(5)制作钩面,将烘干后胚带的钩面进行上胶定型处理,再将钩面表面的尼龙单丝经过破钩机进行钩面的破钩处理,完成钩面加工后采用定型剂定型;
(6)抗静电处理,毛面胚带和钩面胚带浸入抗静电剂溶液中进行浸渍,浸渍处理后毛面胚带和钩面胚带导电性能增加,从而静电电荷及时泄漏,避免了毛面胚带和钩面胚带表面电荷集聚,温度72℃,时间50-55min;
(7)抗静电后烘干,将抗静电处理后的粘扣带在脱水机中脱水5分钟,再在烘干箱中,在50-60℃预烘干5分钟,在110-120℃烘干6分钟;
(8)冷却,烘干后的产品进入冷却筒进行冷却处理;
(9)分割,调整毛面和钩面的分割尺寸,并在相应位置设置分割槽,再把设置好的带分割槽的毛面和钩面放在分条机上进行分割处理;
(10)包装,将分割好的毛面和钩面进行塑料包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中钩面采用直径为0.2~0.3mm的尼龙单丝和直径为0.1mm的导电纤维制作,且导电纤维的质量占尼龙单丝质量的5%,支撑面由经纱和纬纱交织形成,其中,纬纱采用直径为0.2~0.3mm的尼龙单丝和直径为0.1mm的导电纤维制成,且导电纤维的质量占尼龙单丝质量的10%,经纱采用160D~180D的尼龙纤维丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中防褪色剂优选双螺色满类防褪色剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中毛面胚带底板面是涤纶丝和锦纶丝混合材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中钩面胚带底板面是涤纶丝和锦纶丝混合材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电粘扣带的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)的抗静电剂溶液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水100-110份、无水乙醇20-25份、硬脂酸钠7-10份、蔗糖酯6-9份、甜菜碱5-7份。
