当前,市售的齿轮油产品普遍存在着极压润滑性能不足,防锈抗腐蚀能力不够,工作运行过程中会加速油品失效,齿轮磨损,减小寿命。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种齿轮油及其制备方法。所述齿轮油的极压抗磨性较好,粘度指数高,低温流动性好,防腐蚀性能和防锈性能较好,剪切稳定性较好。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种齿轮油,原料组分包括:
基础油80-95重量份、抗氧剂0.1-5重量份、金属减活剂0.03-0.1重量份、防锈防腐添加剂0.02-0.1重量份、抗磨剂0.1-5重量份、抗极压剂0.1-5重量份、破乳化剂0.001-0.1重量份、泡沫抑制剂0.001-0.1重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.7重量份、二硫化钼0.1-0.6重量份。
所述基础油为矿物油、动植物油、合成油中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述合成油为聚α-烯烃、乙烯α-烯烃、天然气合成油中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述合成油在40℃下的运动粘度为25-2000mm2/s。
所述抗氧剂为胺类抗氧剂,所述胺类抗氧剂为混合的丁基/乙基烷基化二苯胺、混合的丁基/苯乙烯烷基化二苯胺、混合的乙基/甲基苯乙烯基烷基化二苯胺和辛基烷基化苯基-α-萘胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述金属减活剂为苯并三唑或其衍生物、苯并噻唑或其衍生物、噻二唑或其衍生物、苯并咪唑或其衍生物、甲苯吲唑或其衍生物中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述防锈防腐添加剂为磷酸酯胺盐、烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、中性萘磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和石油磺酸钡中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述抗磨剂为含磷抗磨剂,所述含磷抗磨剂为磷酸酯、酸式磷酸酯、酸式磷酸酯的胺盐、硫磷含氮衍生物、硫代磷酸复合酯胺盐、烷基磷酸酯胺盐中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述抗极压剂为磷酸酯的钼盐;
所述破乳化剂为磺酸盐类破乳剂;
所述泡沫抑制剂为聚烷基丙烯酸酯。
所述齿轮油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在60-80℃之间,搅拌120-240min,即得所述齿轮油。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的齿轮油,通过采用基础油、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、防锈防腐添加剂、抗磨剂、抗极压剂、破乳化剂、泡沫抑制剂、纳米二氧化钛、二硫化钼为原料并进行适当的重量配比,最终制备得到齿轮油的极压抗磨性较好,粘度指数高,低温流动性好,抗氧化防腐蚀性能和防锈性能较好,剪切稳定性较好,可极大地延长油品的使用寿命,减少换油频率,成本低廉。

下面实施例中以1重量份代表1g。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种齿轮油,原料组分包括:
石油基润滑油(40℃下的运动粘度为1600mm2/s)80重量份、混合的丁基/乙基烷基化二苯胺5重量份、苯并三唑0.03重量份、磷酸酯胺盐0.1重量份、磷酸酯0.1重量份、磷酸酯的钼盐5重量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.001重量份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.1重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.2重量份、二硫化钼0.6重量份。
进一步,本实施例提供一种所述齿轮油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在60℃之间,搅拌120min,即得所述齿轮油。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种齿轮油,原料组分包括:
中间基润滑油(40℃下的运动粘度为1200mm2/s)95重量份、混合的丁基/苯乙烯烷基化二苯胺0.1重量份、苯并噻唑0.1重量份、十二烯基丁二酸0.02重量份、酸式磷酸酯5重量份、磷酸酯的钼盐0.1重量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1重量份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.001重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.7重量份、二硫化钼0.1重量份。
进一步,本实施例提供一种所述齿轮油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在80℃之间,搅拌120min,即得所述齿轮油。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种齿轮油,原料组分包括:
植物油(40℃下的运动粘度为600mm2/s)85重量份、混合的乙基/甲基苯乙烯基烷基化二苯胺1重量份、噻二唑0.05重量份、烯基丁二酸酯0.05重量份、酸式磷酸酯的胺盐1重量份、磷酸酯的钼盐1重量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.04重量份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.04重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.4重量份、二硫化钼0.3重量份。
进一步,本实施例提供一种所述齿轮油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在60-80℃之间,搅拌120-240min,即得所述齿轮油。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种齿轮油,原料组分包括:
聚α-烯烃基础油(40℃下的运动粘度为25mm2/s)90重量份、辛基烷基化苯基-α-萘胺4重量份、苯并咪唑0.08重量份、中性萘磺酸钡0.08重量份、亚磷酸二异丁酯4重量份、磷酸酯的钼盐4重量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.08重量份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.08重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.6重量份、二硫化钼0.5重量份。
进一步,本实施例提供一种所述齿轮油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在70℃之间,搅拌180min,即得所述齿轮油。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种齿轮油,原料组分包括:
乙烯α-烯烃基础油(40℃下的运动粘度为2000mm2/s)88重量份、混合的丁基/乙基烷基化二苯胺2.5重量份、甲苯吲唑0.06重量份、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡0.06重量份、硫代磷酸复合酯胺盐2.5重量份、磷酸酯的钼盐2.5重量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.05重量份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.05重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.45重量份、二硫化钼0.35重量份。
进一步,本实施例提供一种所述齿轮油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在70℃之间,搅拌180min,即得所述齿轮油。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种齿轮油,原料组分包括:
天然气合成油(40℃下的运动粘度为1000mm2/s)89重量份、混合的丁基/乙基烷基化二苯胺3重量份、苯并三唑0.07重量份、石油磺酸钡0.07重量份、烷基磷酸酯胺盐3重量份、磷酸酯的钼盐3重量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.06重量份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.06重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.5重量份、二硫化钼0.4重量份。
进一步,本实施例提供一种所述齿轮油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在75℃之间,搅拌180min,即得所述齿轮油。

1.一种齿轮油,其特征在于,原料组分包括:
基础油80-95重量份、抗氧剂0.1-5重量份、金属减活剂0.03-0.1重量份、防锈防腐添加剂0.02-0.1重量份、抗磨剂0.1-5重量份、抗极压剂0.1-5重量份、破乳化剂0.001-0.1重量份、泡沫抑制剂0.001-0.1重量份、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.7重量份、二硫化钼0.1-0.6重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述基础油为矿物油、动植物油、合成油中的一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述合成油为聚α-烯烃、乙烯α-烯烃、天然气合成油中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述合成油在40℃下的运动粘度为25-2000mm2/s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为胺类抗氧剂,所述胺类抗氧剂为混合的丁基/乙基烷基化二苯胺、混合的丁基/苯乙烯烷基化二苯胺、混合的乙基/甲基苯乙烯基烷基化二苯胺和辛基烷基化苯基-α-萘胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述金属减活剂为苯并三唑或其衍生物、苯并噻唑或其衍生物、噻二唑或其衍生物、苯并咪唑或其衍生物、甲苯吲唑或其衍生物中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述防锈防腐添加剂为磷酸酯胺盐、烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、中性萘磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡和石油磺酸钡中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为含磷抗磨剂,所述含磷抗磨剂为磷酸酯、酸式磷酸酯、酸式磷酸酯的胺盐、硫磷含氮衍生物、硫代磷酸复合酯胺盐、烷基磷酸酯胺盐中的一种或几种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮油,其特征在于,所述抗极压剂为磷酸酯的钼盐;
所述破乳化剂为磺酸盐类破乳剂;
所述泡沫抑制剂为聚烷基丙烯酸酯。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述齿轮油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
分别取各原料组分,充分混合均匀,加温并控制温度在60-80℃之间,搅拌120-240min,即得所述齿轮油。
