技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油,尤其涉及一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用,因此润滑油在各个领域中都有着广泛的应用,但是现有润滑油配料选择不当,在使用过程中,不能够起到较好的润滑作用,且部分润滑油会对机器造成腐蚀等不良情况,不利于人们的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:多聚磷酸3-13份、酒石酸3-13份、聚乙烯醇4-18份、硬脂酸铝5-15份、三羟甲基丙烷2-14份、硅酸镁5-15份、丙烯酸甲酯4-18份、石油醚2-14份、聚乙二醇单油酸酯4-18份、滑石粉3-13份、环氧乙烷4-18份、山梨醇2-12份、抗氧剂2-14份、降凝剂3-13份、防锈剂1-11份。
上述的一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:多聚磷酸3-11份、酒石酸3-11份、聚乙烯醇4-16份、硬脂酸铝5-13份、三羟甲基丙烷2-12份、硅酸镁5-13份、丙烯酸甲酯4-16份、石油醚2-12份、聚乙二醇单油酸酯4-16份、滑石粉3-11份、环氧乙烷4-14份、山梨醇2-10份、抗氧剂2-12份、降凝剂3-11份、防锈剂1-9份。
上述的一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:多聚磷酸8份、酒石酸8份、聚乙烯醇11份、硬脂酸铝10份、三羟甲基丙烷8份、硅酸镁10份、丙烯酸甲酯11份、石油醚8份、聚乙二醇单油酸酯11份、滑石粉8份、环氧乙烷11份、山梨醇7份、抗氧剂8份、降凝剂8份、防锈剂6份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有润滑效果好、抗氧化性能强以及防腐蚀效果好等优点,且该润滑油不会对机器造成腐蚀,同时能够有效的避免机器出现被氧化的情况,延长了机器的使用寿命。

一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:多聚磷酸3份、酒石酸3份、聚乙烯醇4份、硬脂酸铝5份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、硅酸镁5份、丙烯酸甲酯4份、石油醚2份、聚乙二醇单油酸酯4份、滑石粉3份、环氧乙烷4份、山梨醇2份、抗氧剂2份、降凝剂3份、防锈剂1份。
实施例2
一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:多聚磷酸8份、酒石酸8份、聚乙烯醇11份、硬脂酸铝10份、三羟甲基丙烷8份、硅酸镁10份、丙烯酸甲酯11份、石油醚8份、聚乙二醇单油酸酯11份、滑石粉8份、环氧乙烷11份、山梨醇7份、抗氧剂8份、降凝剂8份、防锈剂6份。

一种防腐蚀机器用润滑油,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:多聚磷酸13份、酒石酸13份、聚乙烯醇18份、硬脂酸铝15份、三羟甲基丙烷14份、硅酸镁15份、丙烯酸甲酯18份、石油醚14份、聚乙二醇单油酸酯18份、滑石粉13份、环氧乙烷18份、山梨醇12份、抗氧剂14份、降凝剂13份、防锈剂11份。
本发明具有润滑效果好、抗氧化性能强以及防腐蚀效果好等优点,且该润滑油不会对机器造成腐蚀,同时能够有效的避免机器出现被氧化的情况,延长了机器的使用寿命。
