Abstract
本发明公开了一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:加入63质量份的去离子水进行沉淀;向第一步得到溶液中投入34质量份的超纯尿素进行搅拌乳化;向第二步得到溶液中投入2质量份的无水乙醇进行乳化;向第三步得到溶液中投入1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化;即得到柴油车尾气清洁液。本发明一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺制备的清洁液具有去除积碳、保护发动机、清洁尾气,成本更低的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车柴油车用品生产工艺领域,尤其涉及一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺。
背景技术
柴油车尾气清洁剂的主要成分是超纯尿素、去离子水,无水乙醇和防腐剂等。超纯尿素是一种环保的清洁原料,是石化产品。超纯尿素具有良好的清楚积碳性能,耐硬水和燃烧效果好,生物降解性极佳,是一种绿色能源,应用于工业、农业(含量99.9%),易溶于水,有优良的清洁积碳、乳化、保护发动机性能和抗硬水性能,温和的特性不会损伤发动机。使用时请注意:要保证柴油车尾气清洁液里没有任何杂质或污垢,避免堵塞SCR系统
柴油车尾气清洁剂配方有多种,参考配方是:农业尿素38份;无水乙醇1份;石脑油2份;碳酸钙5份,防腐剂凯松0.08份;乙酸乙酯1份;
现有的普通尾气清洁液存在腐蚀性大,成本较高的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步:加入63质量份的去离子水进行乳化;
第二步:向第一步得到溶液中投入34质量份的超纯尿素进行搅拌乳化;
第三步:向第二步得到溶液中投2质量份的无水乙醇进行乳化;
第四步:向第三步得到溶液中投入1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化;
在所述第一步中,乳化时间为5-10分钟。
在所述第二步中,搅拌乳化时间为10-20分钟。
在所述第三步中,乳化时间为10-20分钟。
在所述第四步中,乳化时间为10-20分钟。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺制备的洗洁精具有清洁积碳、保护发动机、清洁尾气,成本更低的优点。

一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步:加入63质量份的去离子水进行乳化;
第二步:向第一步得到溶液中投入34质量份的超纯尿素进行搅拌乳化;
第三步:向第二步得到溶液中投2质量份的无水乙醇进行乳化;
第四步:向第三步得到溶液中投入1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化;
在所述第一步中,乳化时间为5-10分钟。
在所述第二步中,搅拌乳化时间为10-20分钟。

本发明一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺制备的尾气清洁剂具有清洁积碳,成本更低的优点。

第一步:加入63质量份的去离子水进行乳化;
第二步:向第一步得到溶液中投入34质量份的超纯尿素进行搅拌乳化;
第三步:向第二步得到溶液中投2质量份的无水乙醇进行乳化;
第四步:向第三步得到溶液中投入1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,其特征在于:在所述第一步中,乳化时间为5-10分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,其特征在于:在所述第二步中,搅拌乳化时间为10-20分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,其特征在于:在所述第三步中,乳化时间为10-20分钟。
