Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:加入90质量份的木醇基进行乳化;向第一步得到溶液中投入3质量份的石脑油进行搅拌乳化;向第二步得到溶液中投入2质量份的二甲淑丁醚进行乳化;向第三步得到溶液中投入1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化;投入0.7质量份的氢氧化钠;投入0.2质量份的一水合柠檬酸进行乳化;投入质量份的氯化钠进行搅拌乳化,即得到汽车尾气清洁液。本发明一种汽车尾气清洁剂制作工艺制备的清洁液具有去除积碳、保护发动机、成本更低的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用品生产工艺领域,尤其涉及一种汽车尾气清洁剂制作工艺。
背景技术
汽车尾气清洁剂的主要成分是木醇、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、石脑油、二甲淑丁醚,氢氧化钠和防腐剂等。木醇是一种环保的清洁工业酒精,是石化产品。木醇具有良好的清楚积碳性能,耐硬水和燃烧效果好,生物降解性极佳,是一种绿色能源,应用于工业、医药,农业(含量99.9%),易溶于水,有优良的清洁积碳、乳化、保护发动机性能和抗硬水性能,温和的特性不会损伤发动机。使用时请注意:在没有汽油的情况下,如果要直接使用,常会导致动力明显不足。为避免这一现象,正确的方法是将尾气清洁剂与一定的比例的汽油混合。
汽车尾气清洁剂配方有多种,参考配方是:木醇80份;无水乙醇8份;石脑油2份;碳酸钙5份,防腐剂凯松0.08份;氢氧化钠1.3份;AEO9适量(5-10份);乙酸乙酯1份;
现有的普通尾气清洁液存在腐蚀性大,成本较高的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供种汽车尾气清洁剂制作工艺。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
种汽车尾气清洁剂制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步:向90质量份的木醇加入3质量份的石脑油进行乳化;
第二步:向第一步得到溶液中投入3质量份的石脑油进行搅拌乳化;
第三步:向第二步得到溶液中投2质量份的二甲淑丁醚进行乳化;
第四步:向第三步得到溶液中投入1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化;
第五步:向第四步得到溶液中投入0.7质量份的氢氧化钠;
第六步:向第五步得到溶液中投入0.2质量份的一水合柠檬酸进行乳化;
在所述第一步中,乳化时间为5-10分钟。
在所述第二步中,搅拌乳化时间为10-20分钟。
在所述第三步中,乳化时间为10-20分钟。
在所述第四步中,乳化时间为5-10分钟。
在所述第五步中,乳化时间为5-10分钟。
在所述第六步中,乳化时间为5-10分钟。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种汽车尾气清洁剂制作工艺制备的洗洁精具有清洁积碳、保护发动机、成本更低的优点。

第三步:向第二步得到溶液中投2质量份的二甲淑丁醚进行乳化;
第四步:向第三步得到溶液中投入1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化;
第五步:向第四步得到溶液中投入0.7质量份的氢氧化钠;
第六步:向第五步得到溶液中投入0.2质量份的一水合柠檬酸进行乳化。
