技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌耐划伤漆。
背景技术
在21世纪的中国,随着市场的进一步开放,出现了越来越多样式新颖的家具。在基本的生活需求得到满足后,一些人开始注重家居生活的质量,特别是家居产品对于健康的影响,因此环保家具渐渐被人们所重视,绿色消费风潮也推动了环保家具的发展。
环保家具是指那些立足于生态产业的基础上,合理开发、利用自然材料生产出来的能够满足使用者特定需求,有益于使用者健康,并且具有极高文化底蕴和科技含量的家具。其中包含几层含义:一、家具本身无污染、无毒害;二、要具有较高艺术内涵和审美功能,与室内设计相呼应,创造一个和谐优美的居家办公环境;三、便于回收、处理、再利用,当家具不再使用进行处理时,不会对环境造成污染。
板式家具是指以人造板为主要基材、以板件为基本结构的拆装组合式家具。常见的人造板材有胶合板、细木工板、刨花板、中密度纤维板等。胶合板(夹板)常用于制作需要弯曲变形的家具;细木工板性能有时会受板芯材质影响;刨花板(又叫微粒板、蔗渣板)材质疏松,仅用于低档家具。性价比最高、最常用的是中密度纤维板(MDF)。板式家具常见的饰面材料有薄木(俗称贴木皮)、木纹纸(俗称贴纸)、PVC胶板、聚脂漆面(俗称烤漆)等。
家具漆能使木器竹器家具更美观亮丽,改善家具本身带有的粗糙手感,使家具不受气候与干湿变化影响,不仅起到保护养护木器竹器家具的作用,而且还能使整个家庭生活变得更加舒适。
儿童的免疫力、自我保护能力都比成人低,作为与儿童长时间接触的儿童家具,一旦在产品质量和环保性能等方面存在隐患,无疑将演变成埋藏在儿童身边的“定时炸弹”,随时可能对儿童造成伤害。就目前国内儿童家具行业的总体情况而言,大大小小的品牌加起来不下两百个,但是产品参差不齐,同质化现象比较严重,环保性、安全性也普遍存在着缺陷。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌耐划伤漆。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌耐划伤漆,由主漆、固化剂、稀释剂按质量比为1:(0.6-0.9):(0.4-0.8)配制而成;
所述的主漆由下述重量份的原料制备而成:丙烯酸树脂88-92份、二氧化钛12-18份、偶联剂0.4-0.6份、十六烷基磺酸钠2-3份、二甲基硅油0.4-0.6份、抗菌剂1.8-2.2份、醋酸正丁酯8-12份、丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯8-12份;
所述的偶联剂由乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷混合而成,所述乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
所述的抗菌剂由40-60wt%2-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和40-60wt%4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮组成。
所述的固化剂,可以采用德国Bayer公司的Desmodur N-75六亚甲基二异氰酸酯缩二脲或德国Bayer公司的Desmodur N-3390六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体。
进一步,所述的固化剂可以由50-60wt%醋酸正丁酯和40-50wt%1,6-己二异氰酸酯制备而成。
所述的稀释剂可以采用永康市航海化工经营的万能牌聚酯漆稀释剂或上海天达涂料有限公司的型号为XSSJ-8稀释剂。
进一步,所述的稀释剂由50-60wt%醋酸正丁酯和40-50wt%丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯制备而成。
所述的丙烯酸树脂可以采用德国Bayer公司的Desmophen AXP 2412,羟值为66。
本发明还提供了上述主漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛与偶联剂混合均匀,得到改性二氧化钛;
(2)将丙烯酸树脂、改性二氧化钛、十六烷基磺酸钠、二甲基硅油、抗菌剂、醋酸正丁酯加入高速分散机中混合均匀;再经砂磨机砂磨至细度为25-35μm;再加入丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯混合均匀,即得所述主漆。
优选地,所述步骤(1)为在高速混合机中,温度为70-90℃,转速为300-500转/分钟,搅拌10-30min混合均匀,得到改性二氧化钛。
本发明还提供了上述固化剂的制备方法:将醋酸正丁酯和1,6-己二异氰酸酯混合均匀,即得所述固化剂。
本发明还提供了上述稀释剂的制备方法:将醋酸正丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯混合均匀,即得所述稀释剂。

实施例原料介绍:
二氧化钛,CAS号:13463-67-7,采用杜邦,型号为R-960的金红石型二氧化钛。
丙烯酸树脂,CAS号:9003-01-4。采用深圳金丰源高分子材料有限公司提供的型号为RS-68P的热塑性丙烯酸树脂。
中密度纤维板,采用苏州市天叶木业有限公司规格为4*10*12,松木中密度纤维板。
砂纸,采用韩国鹿牌DEERFOS砂纸,型号为ACM66,粒度为240、400、600三种规格。
实施例1
主漆原料:丙烯酸树脂90kg、二氧化钛15kg、偶联剂0.45kg、十六烷基磺酸钠2.5kg份、二甲基硅油0.5kg、抗菌剂2kg、醋酸正丁酯10kg、丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯10kg。
所述的偶联剂由0.15kg乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、0.15kg甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、0.15kg乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷混合而成。
所述抗菌剂由1kg2-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和1kg4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮组成。
主漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛与偶联剂加入到高速混合机中,温度为75℃,转速为500转/分钟,搅拌15min混合均匀,得到改性二氧化钛。
(2)将丙烯酸树脂、改性二氧化钛、十六烷基磺酸钠、二甲基硅油、抗菌剂、醋酸正丁酯加入高速分散机中25m/s的线速度高速分散25分钟混合均匀;再经砂磨机砂磨至细度为30μm;再加入丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯搅拌混合均匀,即得所述主漆。
固化剂由55kg醋酸正丁酯和45kg1,6-己二异氰酸酯制备而成。将醋酸正丁酯和1,6-己二异氰酸酯加入搅拌机中混合均匀,即得所述固化剂。
所述稀释剂由55kg醋酸正丁酯和45kg丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯制备而成。将醋酸正丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯加入搅拌机中混合均匀,即得所述稀释剂。
儿童抗菌耐划伤家具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)板材预处理,将中密度纤维板用粒度为240的砂纸进行砂光打磨,打磨后表面除尘;
(2)刷封闭底漆,采用涂刷方式在板材上均匀的刷一层封闭底漆(采用河北晨阳工贸集团有限公司生产的2L木器水漆封闭底漆),涂漆量100g/m2;
(3)刮灰,将新鲜猪血和二氧化钛按质量比为9:1混合均匀,在板材上均匀的刷一层混合后新鲜猪血和二氧化钛,涂抹量50g/m2;
(4)打磨;用粒度为400的砂纸进行砂光打磨,打磨后表面除尘;
(5)上底漆,将紫荆花制漆(上海)有限公司生产的优施惠PU木器清底漆的主漆、固化剂、稀释剂按质量比为2:1:0.8混合均匀,采用涂刷方式在板材上均匀的刷底漆,涂漆量100g/m2;
(6)干砂:用粒度为600的砂纸进行砂光打磨,打磨后表面除尘;
(7)上面漆,将抗菌耐划伤漆的主漆、固化剂、稀释剂按质量比为1:0.8:0.6混合均匀,采用涂刷方式在板材上均匀的刷一层抗菌耐划伤漆,涂漆量200g/m2,采用卤素灯均匀照射在板材上1h,烘干,即可制得本发明的儿童抗菌耐划伤家具。
实施例2
按实施例1的方法制备儿童抗菌耐划伤家具,区别仅在于:所述的偶联剂由0.225kg乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、0.225kg甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷混合而成。得到实施例2的儿童抗菌耐划伤家具。
实施例3
按实施例1的方法制备儿童抗菌耐划伤家具,区别仅在于:所述的偶联剂由0.225kg乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、0.225kg乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷混合而成。得到实施例3的儿童抗菌耐划伤家具。
实施例4
按实施例1的方法制备高耐黄变草本清味家具,区别仅在于:所述的偶联剂由0.225kg甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、0.225kg乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷混合而成。得到实施例4的高耐黄变草本清味家具。
实施例5
按实施例1的方法制备儿童抗菌耐划伤家具,区别仅在于:所述抗菌剂为2kg2-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。得到实施例5的儿童抗菌耐划伤家具。
实施例6
按实施例1的方法制备儿童抗菌耐划伤家具,区别仅在于:所述抗菌剂为2kg4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。得到实施例6的儿童抗菌耐划伤家具。
测试例1
将上述实施例1-6的制得家具进行性能测试。
耐磨性能按GB/T1768-2006色漆和清漆耐磨性的测定,旋转橡胶砂轮法,在1000g法向力作用下,经过1000个循环(1000转)后,测定涂层的失重(磨耗),以mg表示。
抗菌性能按GB/T21866-2008抗菌涂料抗菌性能测定方法和抗菌效果、HG/T 3980-2007抗菌涂料测定,检测项目为抗菌测试和防霉测试。
抗菌测试:大肠杆菌ATYCC 25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538。
防霉测试:黑曲霉AS3.4463、土曲霉AS3.3935、宛氏拟青霉AS3.4253、绳状青霉AS3.3875、出芽短梗霉AS3.3984、球毛壳霉AS3.4254。防霉测试评价标准包括:0级即不长,显微镜下放大50倍下观察未见生长;1级即痕迹生长,即肉眼可见生长,但生长覆盖面积小于10%;2级即生长覆盖面积大于10%;具体试验结果如表1-3所示:

比较实施例1-4,实施例1(乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷复配)耐磨性能明显优于实施例2-4(乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷中任意两者复配);比较实施例1与实施例5-6,实施例1(抗菌剂采用2-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮复配)抗菌性能明显优于实施例5-6(抗菌剂采用2-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮中单一原料)。
本发明所用抗菌耐划伤漆的储存稳定性好,有害物质的含量均在GB18581-2009的要求范围之内,本发明具有足够的使用安全性;漆膜无色透明、平整光滑、耐酸碱性良好,对被涂覆的家具有良好的保护功能。
Claims (1)
1.一种抗菌耐划伤漆,由主漆、固化剂、稀释剂按质量比为1:(0.6-0.9):(0.4-0.8)配制而成;
所述的主漆由下述重量份的原料制备而成:丙烯酸树脂88-92份、二氧化钛12-18份、偶联剂0.4-0.6份、十六烷基磺酸钠2-3份、二甲基硅油0.4-0.6份、抗菌剂1.8-2.2份、醋酸正丁酯8-12份、丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯8-12份;
所述的偶联剂由乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷混合而成,所述乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3);
所述的抗菌剂由40-60wt%2-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和40-60wt%4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮组成;
所述的固化剂由50-60wt%醋酸正丁酯和40-50wt%1,6-己二异氰酸酯制备而成;
所述的稀释剂由50-60wt%醋酸正丁酯和40-50wt%丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯制备而成。
