本发明属于包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型包装材料。
背景技术
包装是消费者与商品直接接触的媒介,是商品形象的凝聚,也影响着消费品的运输、储存环节。现代包装产业伴随着包装材料的推陈出新和包装机械技术水平的进步而持续发展,包装在食品饮料、日化、电子、物流、家居建材等众多行业中得到广泛而普遍的应用,已成为日常生活的必需品。2010-2015 年,全球包装行业的市场规模在全球经济复苏缓慢的大环境下,从6,880 亿美元稳步增长到8,240 亿美元,复合增长率为3.67%。
随着国民经济的持续发展,我国包装产业整体发展态势良好,现已成为仅次于美国的全球第二大包装大国。在行业整体产值不断增高的同时,我国人均包装消费情况仅为12美元/人,与全球主要国家及地区相比仍然存在较大差距,包括工业用纸袋包装在内的高端纸包装领域未来将具有广阔的市场发展空间。
由于消费习惯、主要商品附加值高低等因素,一国包装产品的人均需求量与其经济发展层次直接相关,2015 年,日本、美国、德国等发达国家人均包装产品消费量超过60千克,而中国人均包装产品消费量仅为33.4 千克,印度人均包装产品消费量还不到3 千克。中国、印度和巴西等发展中国家人口众多,拥有巨大的消费市场,随着这些国家经济的发展,人们生活水准的不断提高,消费能力和意识的不断增强,包装产品的增长空间巨大。
我国塑料包装经过 30 多年的发展,已经初步形成门类齐全,具有相当技术水平和一定规模的行业,在包装市场中占有重要的地位,成为中国塑料工业和包装工业中规模最为庞大的领域之一。2015 年我国包装行业规模以上企业共完成主营业务收入11,365.48亿元,其中塑料包装(塑料薄膜、塑料包装箱及容器)的主营业务收入为占比达39.65%。
在我国整体塑料包装产能达到较高水平的情况下,一些高附加值的功能包装仍然依赖进口或者外资厂商提供。例如,美国利用先进的保鲜材料包装可以使水果增值2.4 倍,而我国水果在包装环节平均增值只有0.4 倍1,我国食品行业对高阻隔、耐蒸煮、抗紫外、避光、抗菌、透气、隔氧等功能性膜的需求潜力很大。在工业领域,亚光膜、高亮膜、热封膜、热收缩膜、高阻隔膜、抗紫外线辐射膜、抗静电膜、阻燃膜等功能性包装的需求增长较快。
随着安全意识的增强以及环保标准的提高,消费者对于塑料包装卫生安全性能的关注度越来越高,对塑料包装提出了绿色化、安全化的需求。从上世纪90 年代开始,国际上就陆续出台了多个与邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(PAEs)有关的法规,限制其在卫生要求较高的塑料制品中的应用。我国的《食品容器、包装材料用添加剂使用卫生标准》(GB9685-2016)中也对某些增塑剂的迁移量进行了限定,以植物油脂类等环保型增塑剂替代各类有潜在健康影响的塑化剂是大势所趋。塑料包装的绿色化也体现在其生产过程的绿色化。目前,随着我国《大气污染防治行动计划》的实施,塑料生产过程中排放的挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)正受到越来越严格的限制。塑料包装企业正在持续改进生产工艺,选用绿色化的生产原料,实现经济效益与社会效益的协调一致。
塑料包装材料多属一次性使用产品,寿命短暂,若不注重回收、降解则会造成“白色污染”。近年来我国电商发展迅速,相应产生的快递包装量也不断增长,按2015 年我国快递业务量206 亿件计算,共消耗编织袋29.6 亿条、塑料袋82.6 亿个、包装箱99 亿个、胶带169.5 亿米、缓冲物29.7 亿个2,对我国环境造成了较大压力。为减少快递包装废弃物对环境的影响,发展生物可降解塑料已成为国内电商企业重点关注的方向之一。例如,京东宣布于2016 年6 月正式投入使用完全生物降解塑料包装袋,可以在堆肥条件下一年内分解为对环境无污染的二氧化碳和水,极大地增强了物流链的环保化程度。
目前,自动化已经成为我国高端包装机械的重要发展方向。据《湖南包装》显示,目前我国自动化技术在包装机械中的应用比例已经超过 50%,此外,据《中国包装工业》显示,2011 年我国高端包装机械市场需求达 100 亿,预计到2020年国内高端包装机械市场需求将达到 300亿。
包装材料是指用于制造包装容器、包装装潢、包装印刷、包装运输等满足产品包装要求所使用的材料,它即包括金属、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、纸、竹本、野生蘑类、天然纤维、化学纤维、复合材料等主要包装材料,又包括捆扎带、装潢、印刷材料等辅助材料,包装材料在整个包装工业中占有重要地位,是发展包装技术、提高包装质量和降低包装成本的基础,因此,了解包装材料的性能、应用范围和发展趋势,对合理选用包装材料,扩大包装材料来源,采用新包装和加工新技术,创造新型包装和包装技术,提高包装技术水平与管理水平,都具有重要的意义。
目前大多数包装采用纸盒包装,由于纸盒的特性,常常造成防水防腐性能较差,并且隔热性较差,容易造成纸盒的损坏,不便于人们的使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型包装材料,解决了由于纸盒的特性,常常造成防水防腐性能较差,并且耐磨性较差,容易造成纸盒的损坏,不便于人们使用的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型包装材料,包括蜂窝纸,所述蜂窝纸的底部设置有防水层,所述防水层的底部设置有防腐层,并且防腐层的底部设置有隔热层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防水层是由三元乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯高温混合搅拌而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防水层厚度0.4~1mm。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防腐层是由漆酚树脂、环氧树脂和聚氨基甲酸酯加热混合而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述漆酚树脂由下列原料及其质量百分比组成:漆酚:15%~20%;醛类化合物:4%~6%;碱类催化剂:1.5%~2.5%;二元酸酐:5%~10%;干性植物油:8%~15%;引发剂:0.1%~0.7%。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型包装材料,包括蜂窝纸1,蜂窝纸1是根据自然界蜂巢结构原理制作的,它是把瓦楞原纸用胶粘结方法连接成无数个空心立体正六边形,形成一个整体的受力件纸芯,并在其两面粘合面纸而成的一种新型夹层结构的环保节能材料,蜂窝纸1全部由可循环再生的纸材制作,使用后可以百分之百地回收再利用,瓦楞纸箱生产过程中的废品及边角余料也可模切后进行黏合,制成各种形状的蜂窝状瓦楞纸板缓冲衬垫,即使弃之不用,也可被大自然降解、吸收,是很好的绿色环保包装材料,蜂窝纸1的底部设置有防水层2,防水层2的底部设置有防腐层3,并且防腐层3的底部设置有隔热层4,防水层2是由三元乙丙橡胶21、丙烯酸酯22和聚氨酯23高温混合搅拌而成,三元乙丙橡胶21是乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃的共聚物,防腐层3是由漆酚树脂31、环氧树脂32和聚氨基甲酸酯33加热混合而成,漆酚树脂31是以漆酚为主要原料S类缩聚而成的树脂,环氧树脂32是指分子中含有两个或两个以上环氧基团的有机化合物,隔热层4是由玻璃纤维41、离心剥离棉42和聚乙烯薄膜43经热熔胶层挤压而成,玻璃纤维41是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,离心玻璃棉42是将处于熔融状态的玻璃用离心喷吹法工艺进行纤维化喷涂热固性树脂制成的材料,隔热层4的底部设置有镭射膜5,镭射包装是包装行业中的一个细分行业,取得了快速的发展,与包装行业内的其他产品相比,镭射包装材料不仅具有新颖、亮丽的外观效果,同时还具有高技术防伪功能,被称为世界包装印刷业中最前沿的技术产品,镭射材料的应用领域已经非常广泛,在食品、药品、日化用品、烟酒、服装、礼品包装以及装饰材料等行业都得到较快的推广,达到了纸盒具有防水耐腐蚀的目的,更加有效的保护物品,并且使得纸盒具有隔热性能,延长纸盒使用寿命,防止纸盒的损坏,使得包装材料更加的美观,更加吸引人们,提高实用性。

Claims (8)

1.一种新型包装材料,包括蜂窝纸(1),其特征在于:所述蜂窝纸(1)的底部设置有防水层(2),所述防水层(2)的底部设置有防腐层(3),并且防腐层(3)的底部设置有隔热层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述防水层(2)是由三元乙丙橡胶(21)、丙烯酸酯(22)和聚氨酯(23)高温混合搅拌而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述防水层厚度0.4~1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述防腐层(3)是由漆酚树脂(31)、环氧树脂(32)和聚氨基甲酸酯(33)加热混合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述漆酚树脂由下列原料及其质量百分比组成:漆酚:15%~20%;醛类化合物:4%~6%;碱类催化剂:1.5%~2.5%;二元酸酐:5%~10%;干性植物油:8%~15%;引发剂:0.1%~0.7%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述隔热层(4)是由玻璃纤维(41)、离心剥离棉(42)和聚乙烯薄膜(43)经热熔胶层挤压而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层挤压由隔热熔胶棒挤出机完成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述隔热层(4)的底部设置有镭射膜(5)。
