Abstract
本发明公开了一种止痒纳米乳，是属于现代中药化妆品止痒乳配制生产技术领域。由所述黄连、黄柏、大黄三黄止痒乳，儿茶、苦参、油牛皮治顽癣止痒乳，地榆、苍术、蛇皮治瘙痒止痒乳，红花、野菊花、蛇蜕治瘙痒的纳米止痒乳组成。皮肤瘙痒是指临床上无原发损害，而以皮肤瘙痒为主的一种神经功能障碍性皮肤病，由于不断瘙痒常有抓痕、血痂、色素沉着等。本发明利用天然植物及蛇油、蛇蜕、油牛皮达到祛风、杀虫、消毒、杀菌、燥湿、清热解毒、消肿止痒，蛇油、蛇皮、蛇蜕对因各种原因，引起的顽固性皮肤瘙痒，有独特的润肤、护肤、止痒功效。

背景技术
皮肤瘙痒症在临床上可分为广泛性和局限性两种，所述广泛性瘙痒症常为某些系统疾病，如糖尿病、肝胆疾患、代谢障碍、内脏癌肿、变应性疾病、习惯性便秘、肠道寄生虫病、月经不调。亦常与妊娠、神经精神因素、皮肤干燥、气候改变、进食辛辣刺激性食物或饮酒、贴身穿着绒毛织品有关。局限性瘙痒症除与上述因素有关外常由局部因素如蛲虫、螨虫、痔疮、白带、多汗、摩擦所致。
泛发性瘙痒症的瘙痒开始即为全身性，或最初局限于处，一般以外阴、肛门、头皮、小腿、掌跖、外耳道等处多见。因其部位不同，而有肛门瘙痒、女阴骚痒、阴囊瘙痒等。
祖国医学理论认为，诸痒皆属于风、虚。前者属实证，后者属血虚生风，所以瘙痒都是“风邪”作祟。实证的风，有风寒、风热、风湿或风寒湿、风湿热等；虚证的风主要时血虚生风或脾虚受风等。风寒作祟者：有怕冷症状、遇热则痒重，可有热证的口干、大便干、口渴心烦等症状，皮疹多在肢体内屈侧；风湿作痒者：往往由受水湿浸泡所引起，皮肤可有丘疹水疱、渗出等限局性皮疹；风寒湿作痒者：除风湿症状外，有怕冷畏寒、遇冷则痒重等症状，常是下肢出现限局性皮疹；风湿热作痒者：除风湿症状外，有怕热，遇热则痒重、心烦不安、口渴喜欢、大便干秘，或由湿热生虫、虫邪作祟而发痒，可有渗出糜烂等皮疹；血虚生风者：有出血史，脸色苍白，头晕心慌，失眠或皮肤溃疡，久则伤其津液，血虚而发痒。搔抓则有干性血痂性皮疹；阴虚生风时常见的原因，可有咽干，五心烦热，舌红，脉细数。至于血瘀、风痰、气虚受风或其他兼证均可引起瘙痒。总之，引起瘙痒的原因颇多，治疗重在认真辩证，在“治本”的同时，配以祛风止痒之剂，辄可取效。
发明内容

本法的技术解决方案是：
1、一种止痒纳米乳，其特征是：所述黄连大黄黄柏三黄纳米止痒乳，按下列质量配比组成%
黄连 1—3； 黄柏 1—3；
大黄 1—3； 苦参 0.5—1.5；
金银花 1—3； 七叶一枝花 1—3；
桂花香精 0.1—0.3； 柠檬酸钠 0.1—0.3；
植物色素 0.1—0.3； 75%医用酒精 加至100；
制备方法：
将上述天然植物药研极细制成纳米粉，再制成10—15%的酊剂与其他原料加热至35℃，混合搅拌调pH值为7。在25℃下贮存陈化15天，然后在0—±5℃下冷藏2—10天，然后立即乘冷过滤，以保证足够的澄明度，即使在较低室温时也不至浑浊，将过滤后的止痒水贮存，在不锈钢桶内，恢复至室温时调整颜色和检验乙醇的含量，然后以调整后的止痒水装瓶、入库、保存。
瘙痒性皮肤病、皮炎、湿疹、体癣多因脾经湿热内蕴，兼以外受毒邪，湿毒凝结肌肤而致。热为阳邪，故全身或局部散发红斑、皮疹，皮损色红，渗黄水，伴剧烈瘙痒、灼热感。治疗当以泻火解毒、清热利湿、杀虫止痒。方中黄柏、黄连清热解毒燥湿，配银花可加强清热解毒之功，大黄可荡涤胃肠积滞，清热破淤，苦参燥湿杀虫、止痒。七叶一枝花具有清热解毒、消肿散瘀、抗菌、抗病毒起到清洁皮肤，预防多种皮肤病和协助治疗湿疹、皮炎和体癣的作用。数药合用以泻肌肤热毒，燥湿敛疮，促进渗液吸收，皮疹消退。使用本剂由于为纳米细粉渗透性强，作用面积广，治疗皮炎、体癣见效快，无任何毒副作用，疗效满意。本品香味清新，留香持久。
2、一种止痒纳米乳，其特征是：所述儿茶斑蝥治顽癣止骚痒，按下列质量配比组成%
儿茶 3—9； 地肤子 2—6；
斑蝥 0.6—1.8； 芒硝 5—15；
枯矾 2—6； 轻粉 3—9；
雄黄 2—6； 冰片 3—9；
蛇油 2—6； 油牛皮 加至100；
制备方法：
将上药分别研成极细的纳米粉过2000—2200目的细筛的纳米粉体，其目的加速皮肤快速吸收，渗透用蛇油调成膏状，抹在患处，一天一至两次，起泡即停。一般情况下，痂掉后，痒止癣即消退，若癣块不退，可如法再抹药。
祖国医学认为，皮肤瘙痒症，甚至临床上很难治的鹅掌风、手足癣，以及银屑病，均与风、寒、热、湿、虫有关，致使营卫失和。本药有祛风燥湿、清热解毒、杀虫止痒之功效，且能祛除病毒滋生条件，使之不易复发。方中芒硝清热消肿；儿茶收湿敛疮、生肌定痛、杀虫止痒，为外科之要药；枯矾燥湿止痒，治恶疮；雄黄性温祛寒、杀虫止痒，为皮肤疥癣外用之要药；冰片消肿止痒，引导各药通达诸窍，以利彻底消除深层病菌；斑蝥既有杀菌作用，又能通过发泡将病根彻底消除。现代医学研究表面，斑蝥、儿茶、轻粉、雄黄等对病菌都有抑制作用。蛇油润肤、护肤、防裂。总之，诸药合用，既能在短时间内全面杀灭皮肤表层病菌，又可直达深层破坏病菌繁殖和赖以生存的环境，清除风、寒、热、湿等病因，促进新陈代谢，恢复皮肤正常生理功能，使皮肤得以复康。
方中“油牛皮”是围在牲口身上，使用多年的陈旧牛皮条，民间许多老农都知道这是治癣的“药”，但其原理不详，供同行研究。此方用药简便、见效快、效果好，将此方开给患者，让他们自己配制使用，屡用屡效，加之价廉，深得患者欢迎，值得推广应用。
3、一种止痒纳米乳，其特征是：所述地榆苍术蛇皮治皮肤瘙痒，按下列质量配比组成%
黄柏 0.13—0.39； 苍术 0.13—0.39；
生大黄 0.09—0.27； 连翘 0.13—0.39；
白藓皮 0.2—0.6； 菊花 0.15—0.45；
柴胡 0.1—0.3； 桂枝 0.13—0.39；
地榆 0.1—0.3； 龙胆草 0.1—0.3；
蛇皮 0.5—1.5； 黄连 0.13—0.39；
纯化水 加至100；
制备方法：
将上方药物研细过2000目筛的纳米细粉，加水煮沸后，再煎煮10—15min，过滤待药液温度在40—45℃时，用纳米乳液湿敷患处，每次20—40min，每日早晚各2次，每剂药轻者1日，重者用2日，1周为一疗程，因为纳米乳液粉体颗粒小，作用面积大，吸收快，功效强。
瘙痒性皮肤病是以瘙痒为主要症状的一类皮肤病的统称，多发于春、夏、秋温暖季节，常见于儿童及青少年，好发于四肢侧及臀部，尤其腰以下暴露部位；起病突然，皮损多为花生米仁大小风团样损害，质坚硬，色淡红，顶端常有水疱或丘疱疹，甚至大疱，周围有纺锤状红晕，皮损成批出现，分布多对称；自觉剧烈瘙痒，夜间尤甚，影响睡眠。
瘙痒性皮肤，病都有反复发作、西药近期疗效差的共同特点。中药外洗治疗诸病，疗效满意。《五仁药方》记载了治“患处”，用药，以即在清晨未进食敷用为佳，因早时五点左右正是开肺经时间，肺主皮毛，意在借助人体旦时阳气宣通作用，使药物直达病所。加之上述诸症，病程缠绵，小儿服药困难，成人也不愿长期内服中药，外治则经济、方便，亦未发现不良反应，尚有一定的美肤作用，值得推广。

红花 1—3； 野菊花 1—3；
冰片 0.5—1.5； 樟脑 0.3—0.9；
苦参 1—3； 百部 0.5—1.5；
猫眼草 1—3； 蛇床子 2—6；
蛇蜕 0.5—1.5； 75%医用酒精加至 100；
制备方法：
首先将樟脑溶于酒精中，其余中药研细成过2000目筛的纳米粉体，然后将其混合共同密封浸泡，每日振荡数次，10—15天后过滤去渣，滤液擦患处，每日3—4次，本品对皮炎、湿疹、瘙痒性皮肤病见效快、作用强、疗程短，有很快的止痛止痒效果。

植物色素 0.1—0.3； 75%医用酒精 加至100。
实施例2：一种止痒纳米乳，其特征是：所述儿茶斑蝥治顽癣止骚痒，按下列质量配比组成%
儿茶 3—9； 地肤子 2—6；
斑蝥 0.6—1.8； 芒硝 5—15；
枯矾 2—6； 轻粉 3—9；
雄黄 2—6； 冰片 3—9；
蛇油 2—6； 油牛皮 加至100。
