本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于稻田水面使用的油展膜助剂及其使用方法。
背景技术
棕榈油酸甲酯CAS登记号1120-25-8,熔点-0.5℃-0.5℃,沸点180℃-183℃/1mmHg,闪点113℃,密度0.875g/mL(25℃),主要用于有机合成、助剂、油品添加剂等。
松节油是精油的一种,是一种重要的工业原料。松节油是通过蒸馏作用或其它方法从松柏科植物的松脂所提取的液体,主要成分是萜烯。以富含松脂的松树为原料,通过不同的加工方式得到的挥发性具有芳香气味的萜烯混合液称为松节油。松节油是一种优良的有机溶剂,广泛用于油漆、催干剂、胶粘剂等工业。
柠檬酸单甘酯(CMG)是分子蒸馏单甘酯和柠檬酸的酯化产物,是一种安全、无毒、无刺激、无污染、可完全降解的乳化剂。柠檬酸单甘酯具有乳化、分散、螯合、抗氧化、抗淀粉老化及控制脂肪凝集等作用,是优质的防溅剂,能与微量重金属络合,与抗氧化剂混合使用起增效和增溶作用。
使用农药控制病虫草害的发生与危害是水稻生产过程中保证高产稳产的重要手段,目前使用的农药品种与剂型很多,但其在田间的施用主要是采用常规兑水喷雾的方式,这种施药方式作业效率不高,费时费力,大部分药液因展着和内吸性能差导致跌落田中,造成药效差,农药成本增加的问题。而随着我国目前人口老龄化,农村劳动力人口下降的背景下,农村劳动力成本越来越高,目前每亩使用农药器械喷雾的人工成本在30-50元,使用机械喷雾的亩成本在10-20元左右,而且施药成本有逐年上涨趋势,农药使用成了制约我国水稻生产的技术瓶颈。人们迫切希望稻田农药的应用技术向高效、经济、简便化方向发展。
发明内容
本发明提供一种水面油展膜助剂及其使用方法,它可以提高农药的防治效果,减轻农药施用的劳动成本,提升施药效率,降低农药喷雾漂移造成的环境污染。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种水面油展膜助剂,其特征在于,所述助剂以质量百分数计,包括:棕榈油酸甲酯10%~60%,松节油5%~50%,柠檬酸单甘酯1%~10%,农乳500号0%~5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~20%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%~20%,S-150号芳烃溶剂油5%~50%。
上述水面油展膜助剂的制作方法:将各种物料加入到反应釜中,常温常压下,搅拌均匀,呈淡黄至褐色透明油状液体,即得到本发明的助剂。
上述水面油展膜助剂的使用方法:将市售的农药制剂,与本油展膜油剂以重量比1:5-5:1先进行混合均匀后,混合的方法是将药剂加入到本助剂中,搅拌或摇匀均可,在每亩水田中选择相对均分的10个施药点,将药剂相对均量倒入到水面上即可,药液一般会在3-5分钟均匀扩散到整个田块。
上述水面油展膜助剂在使用时,适合与之配伍的药剂剂型包括乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂。
上述水面油展膜助剂在使用时,根据所选择农药产品的种类,适合的防治对象包括水稻飞虱、水稻二化螟、稻瘿蚊、稻纵卷叶螟等害虫的杀虫药剂;可以适用于防治水稻稻瘟病、纹枯病的杀菌剂,可以适用于防治稗草、野慈姑、萤蔺等多种水稻田杂草。
在使用本产品时,只需将农药制剂与本助剂以一定比例简单混合、摇匀,然后每亩水田选择大致均匀的十个施药点,将药液倒入水面上,药液会在水面上均匀扩散开,并能够自发绕开水面的障碍物,即使有3-4级风,也不会影响药物扩散,最终均匀的扩散到整个田块,随着时间的推移,药液会缓慢渗透到水稻或杂草茎叶内,或者土壤中,达到防治水稻病虫害,以及防治或封闭水田杂草的作用。本发明具有使用方便,适用的农药剂型广,适用的农药品种和防治对象多,使用成本低的优点。使用时只需将市售的农药产品与本助剂以一定比例简单混合摇匀,可以适用于乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂,与这些剂型配伍性好,可以适用于防治包括水稻飞虱、水稻二化螟、稻纵卷叶螟等害虫的杀虫药剂;可以适用于防治水稻稻瘟病、纹枯病的杀菌剂,可以适用于防治水稻稗草、野慈姑、萤蔺等多种水稻田杂草。助剂亩使用成本2元左右,一般施药时间10分钟左右,使用简便,无需走遍整个田块,省时省工,防治效果优于喷雾或与喷雾方式相当。

为验证本发明在田间施药时对农药使用方法省时省工的优点,以及与药剂混配后提高药效的情况,特进行了如下田间药效试验。
试验一:不同药剂防治水稻二化螟的田间药效试验,以1.8%阿维菌素乳油以及清水喷雾做对照,不同配方助剂与1.8%阿维菌素乳油进行桶混后倒入水面上,参照《田间药效试验准则》进行田间药效试验和药效评价。
计算方法:根据枯心苗数调查数据,计算各处理的枯心率和防治效果。

表2不同药剂对水稻纹枯病的防效
试验三:不同药剂防治稗草的田间药效试验,以25g/L五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂以及清水喷雾做对照,不同配方助剂与25g/L五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂进行桶混后倒入水面上,参照《田间药效试验准则》进行田间药效试验和药效评价。试验共十二个处理,每个处理三个重复,小区随机排列,小区面积50m2。药后15天和30天分别观察各药剂的鲜重防效。计算方法如下:

以上三组试验表明,本发明的水面油展膜助剂与不同种类的农药剂型包括乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂以一定的比例混合均匀,配伍性良好,混合后的制剂直接滴撒到水稻田的表面,能够快速的扩散到整个田块,一般扩散时间只需要5-20分钟,而直接用水稀释人工喷洒药液的方式,一般都需要40分钟以上,而且整个喷洒过程劳动强度较大,本发明充分实现了省时省工的作用。通过以上试验可以看出,本发明助剂与可分散油悬浮剂、乳油的混合质量比一般为0.5:1-1:1即可,与可湿性粉剂的混合质量比为1:1-2:1比较理想,能够达到较理想的扩散效果和时间。采用以上的施药方法,所达到的田间防治效果,与直接人工喷洒药液的方式对比,防效优于后者。以上结果表明,本发明针对农药乳油,可湿性粉剂,可分散油悬浮剂等药剂,混配后采用直接倒入水面自动扩散的方式代替药剂稀释喷雾,用于水稻田的病虫草害防治,省时省工,防效优异,具有非常好的应用前景和推广价值。
Claims (2)
1.一种水面油展膜助剂,其特征在于用作原料的物料以质量百分数计,由棕榈油酸甲酯10%~60%,松节油5%~50%,柠檬酸单苷酯1%~10%,农乳500号0%~5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~20%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%~20%,S-150号芳烃溶剂油5%~50%组成,采用下列方法制作:将各所述物料加入到反应釜中,常温常压下,搅拌均匀,呈淡黄至褐色透明油状液体,即得到所述的助剂,与农药制剂混合后施用,所述农药制剂的剂型为乳油、可分散油悬浮剂或可湿性粉剂,与可分散油悬浮剂或乳油的混合质量比为0.5:1-1:1,与可湿性粉剂的混合质量比为1:1-2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水面油展膜助剂的使用方法,其特征在于与农药制剂混合后施用,所述农药制剂的剂型为乳油、可分散油悬浮剂或可湿性粉剂,与可分散油悬浮剂或乳油的混合质量比为0.5:1-1:1,与可湿性粉剂的混合质量比为1:1-2:1,混合均匀后,在每亩水田中选择相对均分的数个施药点,将药剂相对均量倒入水面上即可。
