[0002] 燃煤电厂锅炉、氢氧化铝焙烧炉等设备的排烟温度高,并含有大量水分、热量和粉 尘,其中,烟气含水在30%以上,排烟温度在125。(:以上,粉尘含量在l〇mg/NM3以上。为了使这 些携带水分、热量和粉尘的高温烟气达标排放或热量回收利用,传统的净化除尘方法是:1、 经过静电除尘器和湿塔加湿电除尘器进行超细颗粒除尘;2、布袋除尘,但是由于锅炉设备 排放的烟气中含水大、烟气温度高,布袋除尘器不能直接使用。
[0003] 采用传统的静电除尘器和湿塔加湿电除尘器方法,虽能达到国家新环保排放要 求,但系统和设备相对投资要高,性价比低,而且烟气余热不能回收,更不能回收烟气中的 水分。如要回收烟气中的热量和收水,还需要增加独立的换热和吸收设备,投资成本高,回 收效益不好,所以一般都是除尘后直接排入大气,能源白白浪费。
发明内容
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种将烟气收水及热量回收的烟气净化系 统,将喷射技术引入烟气净化系统,实现喷射洗涤、冷却、混合分离、烟气收水以及余热回收 利用的一体化结构设计,其排放的烟气满足国家环境排放标准粉尘小于l〇mg/NM3的要求, 并引入一定量的外部工艺冷却水,将其从30°C左右的温度加热到6(TC到75°C,可用于冬季 采暖、生产或民用使用热水;同时烟气中的水分得到回收利用,补充烟气净化系统所需的循 环冷却水,还可以通过热水回流管向外提供热水。

[0012] 本发明具有如下有益效果: (1) 在烟气洗涤分离器顶部设置喷射器,高温烟气在循环冷却水的引射下进入烟气洗 涤分离器,对高温烟气进行彻底地冷却、洗涤、分离,除尘效率高; (2) 将工艺冷却水引入烟气洗涤分离器中,降低冷却水温度,实现循环冷却水的再利 用,回收并充分利用烟气中的水分和热量,将热交换后的热水提供生产或生活使用,节能环 保; (3) 本发明烟气收水及热量回收利用的烟气净化系统,由循环冷却水作为动力源在喷 射器的喉部进烟口处形成负压区,使进烟管入口处的烟气被喷射器引射到该系统中,从而 实现无需新增设增压风机,可克服烟气在净化系统内的阻力; (4) 喷射器和烟气洗涤分离器结合形成一体化结构,结构简单而且紧凑,投资小且占地 面积小; (5) 稳定性和可靠性高,基本无须维护,维护成本低。

[0020]高温烟气中的水分、循环冷却水与高温烟气混合后,烟气中的水分被与循环冷却 水热交换后,形成液滴融入循环冷却水中,循环冷却水升温,不断聚集在烟气洗涤分离器5 的底部,形成一定的稳定液位,此时,将工艺冷却水通过工艺冷却水给水管51流入烟气洗涤 分尚器5,与聚集在烟气洗漆分尚器5底部的尚温液体充分混合,通过热交换降低液体的温 度,同时加热工艺冷却水。降温后的液体作为循环冷却水经所述连接管9和循环泵6引出,重 新流入喷射器8,进行下一轮的烟气洗涤。所述加热后的工艺冷却水从3(rC左右的温度加热 到60°C到75°C,通过热水回流管52对外提供热水,可作为冬季采暖、生产或民用使用热水。 高温烟气中携带的水气融入循环冷却水后,既可以补充烟气净化系统所需的循环冷却水, 也可以作为热水通过热水回流管52向外提供热水,从而实现烟气中水分和热量的回收利 用,即烟气收水和热量回收,以及充分利用。
[0021]由于升温后的冷却水被工艺冷却水有效冷却,并在循环泵6剩余压力的作用下,进 入喷射器8,从喷射器8的入口到喉部,因此,该将冷却水被称之为循环冷却水。循环冷却水 的压力能不断转换成动能,即循环冷却水在喉部形成负压区,以此对烟气产生一定的“引射 力”,一方面可以为高温烟气进入喷射器8提供动力,另一方面有利于高温烟气与循环冷却 水充分混合;完成冷却和除尘任务的冷却水、烟气中的部分水分、粉尘液滴落到烟气洗涤分 离器5的底部,完成一次循环。
[0022]为了更好地控制烟气以及循环冷却水的工作状态,所述出烟管3上设置一出口烟 气挡板门31,所述进烟管1上设置一进口烟气挡板门12。各所述进烟支管11上均设置一挡板 阀14,各所述进水支管21上均设置一调节阀22。

[0025]较佳地,工艺冷却水给水管51和一热水回流管52设于所述连接管9的下方,保证工 艺冷却水与循环冷却水的充分混合及热交换,降低循环冷却水的温度。根据高温烟气排放 量的大小以及排烟温度的高低,控制回水泵7的启闭,确保循环冷却水充分冷却以及循环冷 却水的用水需求。
[0026]本发明烟气收水及热量回收的烟气净化系统,冷却水从喷射器8的入口到喉部,冷 却水的压力能不断转换成动能,从而在喉部形成负压区,而来自燃煤电厂或氢氧化铝烚烧 炉引风机后的烟气直接被本发明的喷射器8形成一定的引射力,将烟气抽入进烟管1,很好 地克服了烟气在收水及热量回收的烟气净化系统内的阻力。因此,本发明在烟气收水及热 量回收的烟气净化系统内无需新设置增压风机增加出口压力,仅利用原系统的引风机或从 原烟囱上直接引入烟气,达到节约电能的效果。
[0027]本发明一种将烟气收水及热量回收的烟气净化系统,在喷射器8内利用高速的循 环冷却水引射含有大量水分和粉尘颗粒的高温烟气,然后由烟气洗涤分离器5进行彻底冷 却、分离、传输,烟气除尘净化后排入大气。同时,将冷却工艺水引入烟气洗涤分离器5中,不 断置换烟气中的热量和水分,达到能量和资源的回收,基本实现零排放,不仅节约了能源也 有效的保护了环境。
