本发明属于密封球阀技术领域,尤其是涉及一种膜封型底球面密封闸,其特征在于包括上阀体,与此上阀体固定连接的中阀体,与此中阀体固定连接的下阀体,设置在由上阀体、中阀体和下阀体所形成的球壳内部的中心料筒,设置在中阀体内轴承上的传动轴,与此传动轴固定连接的球面阀板,设置在下阀体上、且位于球壳的底部的充压囊膜,中心料筒上部与上阀体的阀壳顶部固定连接。本发明的膜封型底球面密封闸是一种依靠球面阀板做90°转动来同步完成截断料流和阻断高压气流的新型球阀,其使用中既不受介质含琢磨颗粒浓度粒径限制,又能适应高温高压密封场合。

技术领域
本发明属于密封球阀技术领域,尤其是涉及一种膜封型底球面密封闸。
背景技术
球阀因其密封面积大,密封严密等特点广泛应用于冶金化工,医药,食品等行业,且适合中高压流体无泄漏场所。目前球阀密封的基本结构形式分两种:第一种为带孔道整球体固定压紧形式密封,主要适合中高压常温部位,其缺点是不适用于流体介质含琢磨性颗粒的工况,要求介质温度保持200°C以下,否则球阀使用寿命极低。第二种为球缺曲臂结构,根据密封形式又分为偏心球阀和圆顶阀,偏心球阀虽然可适用工况温度高,但受限于介质含琢磨性颗粒浓度及颗粒大小,且密封面使用寿命较短;圆顶阀虽然适合高浓度粉尘介质密封,寿命较高,但对于高温和大颗粒介质亦不适用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既对介质含琢磨颗粒浓度及粒径不挑剔,又能适应高温高压密封场合的膜封型底球面密封闸。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
本发明的膜封型底球面密封闸,其特征在于包括上阀体,与此上阀体固定连接的中阀体,与此中阀体固定连接的下阀体,设置在由所述上阀体、中阀体和下阀体所形成的球壳内部的中心料筒,设置在所述中阀体内轴承上的传动轴,与此传动轴固定连接的球面阀板,设置在所述下阀体上、且位于所述球壳的底部的充压囊膜,所述的中心料筒上部与所述的上阀体的阀壳顶部固定连接。
所述的充压囊膜为外形为中空的、且上部为凹型的球面环。
所述的中心料筒的下口与所述球面阀板的凹面相靠接,所述中心料筒的中心线分别与所述球壳的垂直中心线和所述球面阀板的中心线重合。
所述的充压囊膜的下表面与所述下阀体的球面密封连接,所述充压囊膜的上表面与所述球面阀板的下表面相靠接。
本发明的优点:
(1)本发明的膜封型底球面密封闸,球阀处于关闭状态时,球磨闸板位于中心料筒正下方,料流处于阻断状态,同时充压囊膜因充入高压流体而鼓起向上顶紧其球面而实现气流阻断,由于料流和密封面分别位于球面阀板的上下两侧,所以依靠球面阀板的上球面隔断了料流的流出条件,使其下球面与充压囊膜的贴近动作完全处于无固体颗粒裹挟的密封状态;
(2)本发明的膜封型底球面密封闸采用球面环状囊膜充压方法,不仅容易易实现,而且成本低,密封严密可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、2和3所示,本发明的膜封型底球面密封闸,其特征在于包括上阀体1,与此上阀体1固定连接的中阀体2,与此中阀体2固定连接的下阀体5,设置在由所述上阀体1、中阀体2和下阀体5所形成的球壳内部的中心料筒3,设置在所述中阀体2内轴承上的传动轴4,与此传动轴4固定连接的球面阀板7,设置在所述下阀体5上、且位于所述球壳的底部的充压囊膜6,所述的中心料筒3上部与所述的上阀体1的阀壳顶部固定连接。
所述的充压囊膜6为外形为中空的、且上部为凹型的球面环。
所述的中心料筒3的下口与所述球面阀板7的凹面相靠接,所述中心料筒3的中心线分别与所述球壳的垂直中心线和所述球面阀板7的中心线重合。
所述的充压囊膜6的下表面与所述下阀体5的球面密封连接,所述充压囊膜6的上表面与所述球面阀板7的下表面相靠接。
本发明的膜封型底球面密封闸,阀门开启位置时,球面阀板7位于中心料筒3的正侧方;阀门关闭位置时,球面阀板7位于中心料筒3的正下方,并且球面阀板7上表面贴近中心料筒3的下端口,球面阀板7的下表面贴近充压囊膜6上表面,此时,中心料筒3内的料流处于阻断状态;同时充压囊膜6因充入高压流体而鼓起向上顶紧其球面而实现气流阻断,由于料流和密封面分别位于球面阀板7的上下两侧,所以依靠球面阀板7的上球面隔断了料流流出的条件,使其下球面与充压囊膜6的贴近动作完全处于无固体颗粒裹挟的密封状态。
本发明依靠球面闸板7做约90°转动来同步完成截断料流和阻断高压气流,其独特的集料闸球阀一体结构使其能够适应从粉尘介质到大粒径琢磨颗粒,并适应从常压常温到高压高温介质排放锁闭等各种恶劣工况环境,其应用前景极其广阔。

1.一种膜封型底球面密封闸,其特征在于包括上阀体,与此上阀体固定连接的中阀体,与此中阀体固定连接的下阀体,设置在由所述上阀体、中阀体和下阀体所形成的球壳内部的中心料筒,设置在所述中阀体内轴承上的传动轴,与此传动轴固定连接的球面阀板,设置在所述下阀体上、且位于所述球壳的底部的充压囊膜,所述的中心料筒上部与所述的上阀体的阀壳顶部固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜封型底球面密封闸,其特征在于所述的充压囊膜为外形为中空的、且上部为凹型的球面环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膜封型底球面密封闸,其特征在于所述的中心料筒的下口与所述球面阀板的凹面相靠接,所述中心料筒的中心线分别与所述球壳的垂直中心线和所述球面阀板的中心线重合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的膜封型底球面密封闸,其特征在于所述的充压囊膜的下表面与所述下阀体的球面密封连接,所述充压囊膜的上表面与所述球面阀板的下表面相靠接。
