step one, preparing a base material of the wood-plastic floor tile: taking the formula components of the wood-plastic floor tile, putting the formula components into a high-speed mixer for uniform mixing, and melting the prepared mixed material at the temperature of 100-150 ℃ and the pressure of 13-17MPa to obtain a liquid wood-plastic base material for later use;
step two, preparing the main brick body (1): a. putting part of the liquid wood-plastic base material in the step one into a forming die, pressing and forming for 22-30min, cooling and forming, and taking out to obtain a main brick body (1), wherein the main brick body (1) is a cuboid, and rectangular grooves (3) with the height of one fifth to one fourth of the height of the main brick body (1) are formed in the lower parts of two sides of the main brick body (1);
b. firstly, putting the main brick body (1) in the step a into a wire drawing machine, carrying out wire drawing treatment with the surface depth of 0.08-0.12cm at the temperature of 280-320 ℃ and the power of 26-30Hz, then, grinding and polishing the main brick body (1) after the wire drawing treatment, immersing the main brick body into a vacuum container filled with beeswax, preserving heat and maintaining pressure for 2-3h, putting the main brick body with the beeswax layer into a vacuum dryer, baking for 5-8h at the temperature of 150-180 ℃ and the pressure of 0.1-0.008MPa, cooling, taking out and carrying out primary polishing treatment for later use;
step three, preparing the auxiliary brick body (2): a. putting part of the liquid wood-plastic base material in the step one into a forming die, pressing and forming for 30-40min, cooling and forming, demolding, and polishing to obtain an auxiliary brick body (2), wherein the auxiliary brick body (2) comprises a rectangular brick body (4) and a drainage groove (5) arranged above the rectangular brick body, two ends of the rectangular brick body (4) correspond to the rectangular groove (3) of the main brick body (1) and can be embedded into the rectangular groove (3), the drainage groove (5) comprises a vertical section (501) and a connecting section (502), the vertical section (501) is connected with the connecting section (502), the vertical section (501) is arranged below the connecting section (502), and after the two ends of the auxiliary brick body (2) are embedded into the main brick body (1), one end of the drainage groove (5) extends towards the top direction of the main brick body (1) along the inner side wall of the main brick body (1);
b. heating solid beeswax, smearing the heated solid beeswax on the inner wall of a forming die of the auxiliary brick body (2), placing the auxiliary brick body (2) into the forming die after the beeswax is cooled, placing the forming die and the auxiliary brick body (2) into a muffle furnace for firing, taking out the auxiliary brick body (2) after cooling, removing the redundant beeswax layer on the surface of the auxiliary brick body (2), supplementing the beeswax according to the beeswax smearing treatment mode of the main brick body (1) in the step two, polishing, and then placing into a maintenance box for maintenance for 1-2 d.

The method for preparing wood-plastic floor tiles for garden pavements according to claim 1, wherein the temperature rise rate during the heat-preservation pressure-maintaining soaking in the second step is increased to 65-75 ℃ at a temperature rise rate of 8-10 ℃ and the pressure is controlled within a range of 0.6-0.8 MPa.
