Abstract

本发明提出了一种汽车尾气利用装置,其组成包括:排气管包括前排气管和后排气管,在前排气管与后排气管之间设有风电装置,风电装置包括外壳和内壳,外壳与内壳之间形成空腔,在空腔与循环水路连通,在内壳外侧贴有温差发电片,内壳内设有风叶和微型发电机,在外壳上还设有循环水路,气流从前排气管进入到内壳中,推动风叶转动,风叶带动发电机进行发电。其有益效果是:本发明通过在排气管上设置风电装置,通过温差发电片和微型风力发电机进行发电,不仅利用了尾气的动能也有效利用了尾气中的热能,由于风电装置的直径大于排气管的直径,尾气能在风电装置内释放大量的热能和动能,大大减少了排放出去的热量。

一种汽车尾气利用装置
技术领域
本发明涉及尾气利用领域,特别是指一种汽车尾气利用装置。
背景技术
随着我国汽车拥有的数量不断增加,汽车尾气排放量同步大幅增加,汽车排放的尾气温度高达600~700℃,意味着大量的热能被白白地浪费,同时,废热排放到空气中,对环境造成热污染;现有汽车的暖风空调主要是利用发动机做功来获得热能,这种空调不仅结构较为复杂,而且需要消耗发动机的有用功,由于把发动机的分动力用于空调压缩机,使得油耗增加,发动机输出功率减少,造成动力源配置方面产生问题,空调运行使汽车整体动力性能下降。
在汽车尾气排放的过程中,尾气在排气管前端的气流速度可以达到60m/s,气流速度越大,损失的热量越多,热量随着尾气排放到空气中,不仅造成了热量的浪费,也成为了全球变暖的主要原因之一。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中存在的问题,提出一种汽车尾气利用装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种汽车尾气利用装置,其组成包括:排气管,所述排气管包括前排气管和后排气管,在所述前排气管与所述后排气管之间设有风电装置,所述风电装置包括外壳和内壳,所述外壳与所述内壳之间形成空腔,在所述内壳外侧贴有温差发电片,所述内壳内设有风叶和微型发电机,所述前排气管与所述后排气管均与所述内壳连通,在所述外壳上还设有循环水路,在所述循环水路上设置有水泵和热交换器。
所述后排气管上还设有降尘装置和尾气检测器,所述降尘装置内设有降尘板,所述降尘板至少一组。
所述尾气检测器用于检测尾气内气体和粉尘成分的含量。
所述温差发电片通过电线与蓄电池连接。
所述发电机也与一个所述蓄电池连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在排气管上设置风电装置,通过温差发电片和微型风力发电机进行发电,不仅利用了尾气的动能也有效利用了尾气中的热能,由于风电装置的直径大于排气管的直径,尾气能在风电装置内释放大量的热能和动能,大大减少了排放出去的热量,同时将尾气的部分热能通过与水的热交换,水流带走的热量可以用来给汽车发动机升温或者提高车体内的温度。

如图1所示,一种汽车尾气利用装置,其组成包括:排气管,排气管包括前排气管1和后排气管2,前排气管1与后排气管2之间的夹角为125°~135°,在前排气管1与后排气管2之间设有风电装置3,风电装置3包括外壳4和内壳5,外壳4与内壳5之间形成空腔,在空腔与循环水路6连通,在内壳5外侧贴有温差发电片7,内壳5内设有风叶8和微型发电机9,前排气管1与后排气管2均与内壳5连通,在外壳4上还设有循环水路6,在循环水路6上设置有水泵10和热交换器11,风电装置3为圆形装置,气流从前排气管1进入到内壳5中,推动风叶8转动,风叶8带动发电机进行发电,在此过程中,气流在内壳5中与内壳壁5高速摩擦,内壳5中的压力会增大,内壳5为易导热材料制成,气体的部分动能转换成机械能进行发电,气流的部分热能与空腔中的水进行热交换,可以降低气流的流速,进一步消耗了气流的动能,两者相互影响,气体的温度会加速降低。
循环水路6从气流中带走部分热能,并通过热交换器11进行释放,这部分热能既可以用于发动机的升温,也可以给车体内供给热量。
气流的流速减缓后,进入后排气管2上的降尘装置12,降尘装置12内设有降尘板13,降尘板13可以有效吸收尾气中的微小颗粒,以及有害气体,净化排放出去的尾气。
尾气检测器14用于检测尾气内气体和粉尘成分的含量。
温差发电片7通过电线与蓄电池15连接。
微型发电机9也与一个蓄电池15连接。

1.一种汽车尾气利用装置,其组成包括:排气管,所述排气管包括前排气管和后排气管,其特征在于:在所述前排气管与所述后排气管之间设有风电装置,所述前排气管与所述后排气管之间存在一定的夹角,所述风电装置包括外壳和内壳,所述外壳与所述内壳之间形成空腔,在所述内壳外侧贴有温差发电片,所述内壳内设有风叶和微型发电机,所述前排气管与所述后排气管均与所述内壳连通,在所述外壳上还设有循环水路,在所述循环水路上设置有水泵和热交换器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车后视镜,其特征在于:所述后排气管上还设有降尘装置和尾气检测器,所述降尘装置内设有降尘板,所述降尘板至少一组。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车后视镜,其特征在于:所述尾气检测器用于检测尾气内气体和粉尘成分的含量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车后视镜,其特征在于:所述温差发电片通过电线与蓄电池连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车后视镜,其特征在于:所述发电机也与一个所述蓄电池连接。
