本发明公开了一种多层复合护墙板，包括：墙板、隔音层、吸音层、底板、负离子层和护板，所述隔音层通过胶粘剂设置于墙板和吸音层之间，所述吸音层通过胶粘剂设置于隔音层和底板之间，所述墙板、隔音层、吸音层和底板四周设置有负离子层，所述负离子层外侧设置有护板，所述底板内沿设置有多个安装槽，所述安装槽的截面呈T形状。通过上述方式，本发明提供的多层复合护墙板，具有吸音功能的同时可有效改善空气质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及护墙板领域，特别是涉及一种多层复合护墙板。
背景技术
护墙板是近年来发展起来的新型装饰墙体的材料。常见的装饰用护墙板大多直接用气钉或者通过胶粘直接粘在墙面上，这种护墙板受环境温度影响大，容易变形，从而出现护墙板表面不平整，且护墙板功能单一，尚无吸音和改善空气的功能，无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多层复合护墙板，具有吸音功能的同时可有效改善空气质量。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种多层复合护墙板，包括：墙板、隔音层、吸音层、底板、负离子层和护板，所述隔音层通过胶粘剂设置于墙板和吸音层之间，所述吸音层通过胶粘剂设置于隔音层和底板之间，所述墙板、隔音层、吸音层和底板四周设置有负离子层，所述负离子层外侧设置有护板，所述底板内沿设置有多个安装槽，所述安装槽的截面呈T形状。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述墙板由PVC树脂、玻璃纤维和聚丙烯通过热塑压成型。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述隔音层由胡桃木制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述吸音层的材质为吸音棉。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述隔音层、吸音层和底板的厚度均相同。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述胶粘剂三聚氰胺胶粘剂或环氧树脂胶粘剂。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明指出的一种多层复合护墙板，具有吸音功能的同时可有效改善空气质量。

请参阅图1，本发明实施例包括：
一种多层复合护墙板，包括：墙板1、隔音层2、吸音层3、底板4、负离子层5和护板6，所述隔音层2通过胶粘剂设置于墙板1和吸音层3之间，所述吸音层3通过胶粘剂设置于隔音层2和底板4之间，所述墙板1、隔音层2、吸音层3和底板4四周设置有负离子层5，所述负离子层5外侧设置有护板6，所述底板4内沿设置有多个安装槽7，所述安装槽7的截面呈T形状。
所述墙板1由PVC树脂、玻璃纤维和聚丙烯通过热塑压成型，经久耐用。
所述隔音层2由胡桃木制成，增强隔音效果。
所述吸音层3的材质为吸音棉，与隔音层2相配合，吸收来自房间外的音量，减少了房间内的音量。
所述墙板1、隔音层2、吸音层3和底板4四周设置有负离子层5，能够增加周围空气中负离子的含量，改善空气质量。
所述胶粘剂三聚氰胺胶粘剂或环氧树脂胶粘剂，不含甲醛，天然环保。
所述底板4内沿设置有2个安装槽7，代替胶粘剂与墙体贴合，不易受温度影响而改变墙板1的平整度。
综上所述，本发明指出的一种多层复合护墙板，具有吸音功能的同时可有效改善空气质量。

1.一种多层复合护墙板，其特征在于，包括：墙板、隔音层、吸音层、底板、负离子层和护板，所述隔音层通过胶粘剂设置于墙板和吸音层之间，所述吸音层通过胶粘剂设置于隔音层和底板之间，所述墙板、隔音层、吸音层和底板四周设置有负离子层，所述负离子层外侧设置有护板，所述底板内沿设置有多个安装槽，所述安装槽的截面呈T形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合护墙板，其特征在于，所述墙板由PVC树脂、玻璃纤维和聚丙烯通过热塑压成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合护墙板，其特征在于，所述隔音层由胡桃木制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合护墙板，其特征在于，所述吸音层的材质为吸音棉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合护墙板，其特征在于，所述隔音层、吸音层和底板的厚度均相同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合护墙板，其特征在于，所述胶粘剂三聚氰胺胶粘剂或环氧树脂胶粘剂。
