Abstract
The invention provides a parapet of a roof, which comprises a parapet flanging which is cast and formed on the edge of a floor layer, a concrete wall which is cast and formed on the parapet flanging, and an outer side edge sealing plate, wherein the outer side edge sealing plate is vertically connected to the floor layer, a steel bar truss is arranged in the concrete wall, the steel bar truss is fixedly connected with the outer side edge sealing plate, and the bottom of the steel bar truss is anchored in the parapet flanging. The parapet wall of the roof adopts the prefabricated steel bar truss as a framework for bearing horizontal force and templates of the parapet wall during construction, has high site installation speed, does not need to set up a scaffold in the parapet wall construction process, saves the manufacturing cost, has simple construction process, and is safe to construct, and workers do not need to operate from the outer side of a building.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of house construction, and particularly relates to a parapet wall of a roof and a construction method thereof, which are suitable for the projects of the roofs of various steel structure roofs using profiled steel sheet composite floor slabs and steel bar truss floor bearing plates.
Background
The parapet is a mode of connecting and processing the roof and the outer wall, is taken as a measure for processing the railing on the roof or the appearance of the house, can prevent personnel from falling off, and can also play a role in roof waterproofing. At present, the steel structure floor slab is convenient and quick to construct because the formwork is not required to pour the floor slab concrete, and is widely applied to various steel structure floor and roof projects, such as profiled steel sheet composite floor slabs, steel bar truss floor bearing plates and the like; however, for the steel structure floor slab, the formwork is still required to be cast in situ, and for the high-rise or super high-rise steel structure floor slab, if the outer side formwork of the reinforced concrete parapet wall is required to be erected and constructed by a cantilever scaffold which is cantilevered outside a building, the construction difficulty is high, the cost is high, and potential safety hazards exist in the construction process.
Therefore, there is a need to design a new parapet wall and a pouring method that do not require the erection of a scaffold formwork to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the formwork is required to be cast in situ on a parapet of a roof of the existing steel structure floor slab, the construction difficulty is high and the cost is high.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a parapet wall of a roof, which comprises a parapet flange, a concrete wall and an outer side edge sealing plate, wherein the parapet flange is cast and formed on the edge of a floor layer, the concrete wall is cast and formed on the parapet flange, the outer side edge sealing plate is vertically connected to the floor layer, a steel bar truss is arranged in the concrete wall, the steel bar truss is fixedly connected with the outer side edge sealing plate, and the bottom of the steel bar truss is anchored in the parapet flange.

And as shown in fig. 2, the structure of the steel bar truss 5 comprises a profiled floor carrier plate 9, an upper chord steel bar 7 and a lower chord steel bar 8 which are arranged in parallel with the profiled floor carrier plate 9, and a web member steel bar 6 which is arranged between the upper chord steel bar 7 and the lower chord steel bar 8 in a wave shape, wherein the thickness of the profiled floor carrier plate 9 is 0.3mm, the profiled floor carrier plate is vertically arranged outside a floor layer and is used as an outer side template of a parapet of a roof, the bottom of the profiled floor carrier plate 9 and the vertical plate of the outer side edge sealing plate 3 are overlapped, the upper chord steel bar 7 and the lower chord steel bar 8 are fixedly connected on the profiled floor carrier plate 9 in series through the web member steel bar 6, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the bottom ends of the upper chord steel bar 7 and the lower chord steel bar 8 are vertically welded and fixed on the horizontal plate of the outer side edge sealing plate 3 and are anchored through a parapet flanging 12, and the arrangement of the upper chord steel bar 7, the lower chord steel bar 8 and the web member steel bar 6 provides side rigidity and strength for the parapet of the roof in the construction stage.
