本发明公开了一种弱酸非织造布,本发明非织造布,是含有弱酸成分的亲水性非织造布,所述非织造布中的原料PET/PE或PP/PE复合纤维材料的细度范围在1.7~2.2Dtex之间,长度范围在38~51mm。本发明的产品具有很好的抗菌性能的优点。主要用于个人卫生护理用品的表面材料。

一种弱酸非织造布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弱酸非织造布,特别涉及一种含弱酸成分的热风非织造布及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
热风非织造布广泛应用于女士卫生用品和婴儿尿布中,通常应用在表层或二层,它能迅速吸收体液(月经排出液、尿液),并将其尽可能均匀地导入其下层的吸收芯体,这样既保持了皮肤干爽,又防止体液的侧向渗漏。
热风非织造布是热风工艺中的一种,它由于手感柔软、蓬松,能够使使用者感到舒适,而广泛应用于个人卫生护理用品中。热风非织造布采用并列结构或者皮芯结构的双组分纤维,经过梳理成网后,通过热空气加热复合纤维,复合纤维中的PE熔融后,纤维互相搭接,经过冷却而成为有一定强伸性能的非织造布。由于在加工过程中未受到加压作用,热风非织造布的弹性和蓬松性远远好于其他工艺制作的非织造布。
目前,世界范围内的热风非织造工艺以PET/PE或者PP/PE复合短纤为原料,经过热风处理形成热风非织造布。复合短纤在制作过程中,要用亲水或拒水油剂处理,形成具有亲水或拒水能力的热风非织造布原料。亲水性油剂一般都是表面活性剂,主要起到液体下渗性能。
人体皮肤正常状态下pH值为5.5,如果皮肤因为某些原因不能维持自己正常的弱酸性的pH值,皮肤是会容易由于微生物的生长而得某些皮肤疾病,也就是说,弱酸性的皮肤pH值(比如4.5~5.5),是有助于抑制某些细菌的生长。
在亲水性油剂中加入弱酸性成分,能够起到很好的抗菌等性能,而且其液体下渗性能不比亲水性热风非织造布的差
热风非织造布是非织造工艺的一个特殊品类,它运用设备的特点,提高非织造布的厚度和弹性,达到了个人卫生护理用品设计者的要求,也使得卫生产品的使用者感到更舒适,不潮湿。
本发明是在上述热风非织造布技术的基础上,使用含弱酸成分的亲水油剂处理的纤维,制作出来的具有抗菌性能的热风非织造布。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,克服现有热风亲水非织造布只有某种单一性能,添加弱酸成分,制作出来的具有抗菌性能的热风非织造布。用于个人卫生护理用品的面层。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供的一种弱酸非织造布的制造方法的技术方案是:通过运用热风非织造布的技术加工方法,使用含弱酸成分的亲水油剂纤维,生产出一种含弱酸油剂的热风非织造布,能有效提升。
本发明的弱酸非织造布,是含有弱酸成分的亲水性非织造布,所述弱酸成分为柠檬酸。
所述非织造布中的原料PET/PE或PP/PE复合纤维材料的细度范围在 1.7~2.2Dtex之间,长度范围在38~51mm。短纤维在自然状态下呈现波浪式卷曲。这样的纤维铺置成纤维网,特点是细腻、柔软和光滑。由于两种聚合物的熔点不同,表层的高密度聚乙烯发生熔融,而芯层的涤纶不变化。
所述弱酸非织造布克重范围为18~50g/m2,穿透性能保证穿透次数在三次以上,仍能满足穿透时间小于3S。
所述弱酸非织造布对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌的抗菌性能在99%以上。
一种弱酸非织造布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
复合纤维材料原料用含弱酸成分的亲水油剂处理,充分开松、除杂、混合,通过梳理成网后,进入热烘箱,烘箱温度设定在130℃-140℃,风压20~50Hz 条件下定型,经过加固后输出本设计的含弱酸油剂的亲水热风非织造布。
所述柠檬酸用量为亲水油剂的1%-50%,优选为2%-10%。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、含弱酸的热风亲水非织造布无纺布具有较强的抗菌性能;
2、以热风非织造设备为基础,通过强亲水纤维搭配设计,使得热风非织造布厚度增加而不产生起毛现象;
3、可以根据客户要求和市场需要,设计和更换纤维旦数;
4、本发明的非织造布通过特殊纤维的设计,经过五次液体穿透反湿测试,无纺布仍有很好的穿透反湿性能;且具有抗菌性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
实例:一种弱酸非织造布的制备
原料配方:
制备步骤:本发明使用含有弱酸(柠檬酸)成分的纤维喂入设备和纤维梳理单元的热风生产线。原料经充分开松后,通过梳理机将其梳理成为纤维网,通过输送带将纤网送入热风装置,其中热风装置最好用平网热风烘箱,这样对于纤维网的牵伸变形较小,使得最终材料的厚度保持较好。纤维网经热风烘箱的过程中,遇到大于PE熔点的热空气,皮芯结构的PE熔融并使纤维相互焊接在一起,形成非织造布的状态,并经过冷却定型,冷却温度小于60℃,再经卷绕分切后即可完成生产。
对比现有热风非织造布,本产品有抗菌等特殊性能,本发明强亲水复合双层非织造布经过三次穿透反湿性能测试,穿透反湿时间仍小于3S。
根据行业标准FZ/T60004-91方法测试厚度,FZ/T60017-93方法测试穿透反湿反湿时间和返湿量,测试了22g/m2含弱酸油剂的热风非织造布和一种22g/m2普通热风非织造布对比,具体数据如表1所示。

试验表明,本发明的产品与普通热风非织造布相比,具有穿透反湿时间快和返湿量小的优点。
根据行业标准ATCC 6538和ATCC 8739方法测试葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性能,测试结果如下:
试验表明,本发明的产品具有很好的抗菌性能的优点。
上述实例只为说明本发明的技术构思和优点,本发明也可以具有其它的形式变化,如本领域技术人员所熟知,上述实施例仅仅起到对上述发明保护范围内的示范作用,对本领域普通技术人员来说,在本发明所限定的保护范围内还有很多常规变形和其它实施例,这些变形和实施例都将在本发明待批的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种弱酸非织造布,其特征在于,所述的非织造布是含有弱酸成分的亲水性非织造布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非织造布,其特征在于,所述弱酸成分为柠檬酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非织造布,其特征在于,所述非织造布中的原料PET/PE或PP/PE复合纤维材料的细度范围在1.7~2.2Dtex之间,长度范围在38~51mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非织造布,其特征在于,所述非织造布克重范围为18~50g/m2,穿透性能保证穿透次数在三次以上,仍能满足穿透时间小于3S。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的非织造布,其特征在于,所述非织造布对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌的抗菌性能在99%以上。
6.一种弱酸非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
复合纤维材料原料用含弱酸成分的亲水油剂处理,然后经充分开松、除杂、混合,通过梳理成网后,进入热烘箱,烘箱温度设定在130℃-140℃,风压20~50Hz条件下定型,经过加固后输出热风非织造布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述弱酸成分为柠檬酸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柠檬酸用量为亲水油剂的1%-50%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的非织造布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柠檬酸用量为亲水油剂的2%-10%。
10.一种权利要求1-5任一所述的非织造布和权利要求6-9任一制备方法制备得到的非织造布的应用,其特征在于,用于个人卫生护理用品的面层。
