本发明公开了一种乳胶海绵的生产工艺,包括发泡工序,其特征在于:所述发泡工序中,在注入空气前,先将空气调节到32~38℃,所述发泡工序之后,还依次包括注模工序和表面定型工序,所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为3~5分钟,凝胶定型温度为28~32℃。由于在发泡工序中,注入空气前,先将空气调节到32~38℃,不仅提高了发泡效率,而且还提高了发泡质量。

乳胶海绵的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶海绵的生产工艺。
背景技术
生产加工中,邓禄普法生产乳胶海绵是将所有的原料按照配方输送到一个搅拌缸中,搅拌均匀后进入乳胶发泡工序,发泡完成后,进入注模工序和表面定型工序,在表面定型工序中,注模后的材料在80-90℃热空气中定型10-15min后用热空气硫化成型,然后水洗、冷却、裁剪成型。
由于在发泡工序中所需要的空气,没有对注入的空气进行温控处理,从而影响了乳胶的发泡质量和发泡效率。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡效率高且能提高发泡质量的乳胶海绵的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
乳胶海绵的生产工艺,包括发泡工序,其特征在于:所述发泡工序中,在注入空气前,先将空气调节到32~38℃。
进一步地,所述发泡工序中,在注入空气前,先将空气加热到35℃。
进一步地,所述发泡工序之后,还依次包括注模工序和表面定型工序,所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为3~5分钟,凝胶定型温度为28~32℃。
进一步地,所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为4分钟,凝胶定型温度为30℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:由于在发泡工序中,注入空气前,先将空气调节到32~38℃,不仅提高了发泡效率,而且还提高了发泡质量。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
乳胶海绵的生产工艺,在具体生产过程中,包括以下步骤:
1)将原材料研磨细化工序;
2)通过配料系统按配方自动配料工序,原材料由以下重量份的组分组成:聚醚丙二醇800份,水100份,有机异氰酸酯60份,发泡剂3份,催化剂3份,泡沫稳定剂2份,其中,有机异氰酸酯,最常用的是甲笨二异氰酸酯,简称TDI;所述催化剂:促进聚醚多元醇与异氰酸反应使链增长的催化剂有辛酸亚锡、二丁基锡; 促进交联反应并能促进异氰酸酯与水之间反应放出的二氧化碳气体的催化剂有三乙醇胺、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺等;发泡剂,常用是低沸点氟烃类化合物如一氟三氯甲烷或者二氯甲烷;泡沫稳定剂,常用有机硅泡沫稳定剂,目前主要用硅-键Si-C共聚物;
3)混合,将上述各组份进行混合搅拌,并进行预硫化处理;
4)发泡工序,通过发泡机发泡,在注入空气前,先将空气调节到32℃;
5) 注模工序;
6) 表面定型工序,所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为3分钟,凝胶定型温度为28℃;
7、水洗冷却、烘干、裁剪及收卷得成品。
实施例二:
乳胶海绵的生产工艺,包括发泡工序,其特征在于:所述发泡工序中,在注入空气前,先将空气调节到38℃,所述发泡工序之后,还依次包括注模工序和表面定型工序,所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为5分钟,凝胶定型温度为32℃。
实施例三:
乳胶海绵的生产工艺,包括发泡工序,其特征在于:所述发泡工序中,在注入空气前,先将空气加热到35℃,所述发泡工序之后,还依次包括注模工序和表面定型工序,所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为4分钟,凝胶定型温度为30℃。

1.一种乳胶海绵的生产工艺,包括发泡工序,其特征在于:所述发泡工序中,在注入空气前,先将空气调节到32~38℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶海绵的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡工序中,在注入空气前,先将空气加热到35℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶海绵的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡工序之后,还依次包括注模工序和表面定型工序,所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为3~5分钟,凝胶定型温度为28~32℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的乳胶海绵的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述表面定型工序中,凝胶定型时间为4分钟,凝胶定型温度为30℃。
