The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition having improved stability and dispersibility using one or two or more co-solvents selected from the group consisting of polyhydric alcohols and C6 to C20 isoparaffins, and isopropyl alcohol.
Background
Recently, women who draw makeup have been rapidly increasing due to the increase in social activities of women, and various requirements for cosmetics have been increased accordingly.
Generally, a color cosmetic is composed of an oil component, a powder component, a wax component, and an aqueous component.

Depending on the kind of powder contained in the makeup cosmetic, there may occur a coagulation phenomenon due to reagglomeration or a problem that the adhesion is poor to deteriorate the durability of the makeup and the moldability of the powder.
In addition, various problems also occur in the process of manufacturing makeup cosmetics.
The pressing process is a compression method using oil and wax as a binder, and the content of the binder is generally limited. This is because when the binder is contained in an excessive amount, the product has a disadvantage that the product is increased in hardness, and the pick-up (payoff) and coatability are lowered, and the powder is not uniformly dispersed. In the product using pearls in an excessive amount, there is a disadvantage that the pearl effect is shown to be low with respect to the content of pearls used, and when an excessive amount of oil is used as a binder in order to secure moldability, the surface of the molded product may be stained or cracked.
On the contrary, in the case of the powder produced by the wet process, there is an advantage that the powder can be uniformly dispersed without causing a caking phenomenon even if the binder is excessively used, but there is a disadvantage that the stability of the formulation is lowered and a cracking phenomenon may occur during drying.
Although korean patent laid-open publication No. 2009-0126031 suggests a method of using a water-in-oil emulsion as a binder in order to simultaneously solve the texture and dusting of a dupont in a conventional compressed dosage form, it is still necessary to study a cosmetic composition that meets various requirements.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition comprising a powder mixture containing powder ingredients, isopropyl alcohol, and a co-solvent.

The isopropyl alcohol and the auxiliary solvent according to an embodiment of the present invention may be 30 to 80% by weight, and the weight ratio of the isopropyl alcohol and the auxiliary solvent may be 7 to 9.5: 3 to 0.5.
The auxiliary solvent according to an embodiment of the present invention may be a mixed solvent of a polyol and a C6-C20 isoparaffin, and the weight ratio of the polyol to the C6-C20 isoparaffin may be 4 to 7: 6 to 3.
The powder components of the powder mixture according to an embodiment of the present invention may be talc, silicon dioxide, organic spherical powder, iron oxide, and pearl, and may further include a binder component.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention has excellent dispersibility and high skin adhesion feeling, touch feeling and gloss.

The cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising a powder mixture containing powder components, isopropyl alcohol and a co-solvent, wherein the co-solvent is any one or more selected from the group consisting of polyhydric alcohols and C6-C20 isoparaffins.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention uses isopropanol as a main solvent and one or more co-cosolvents selected from polyols and C6-C20 isoparaffins, thereby overcoming the low dispersibility and the glossy feeling in the conventional pressing process.
Specifically, in the case where an excessive amount of binder is contained in the pressing step, there are disadvantages that the product is stained due to the increased hardness, the coating property is lowered, and the powder is unevenly dispersed, so that the content of the binder has been limited so far. Even if an excessive amount of pearl is used due to such a limitation of the binder content, pearl effects are reduced, and when an excessive amount of oil is used as a binder in order to ensure moldability, stains or cracks are generated on the surface of the molded product.
Therefore, as a process for improving the disadvantages of the pressing process, a wet process has been proposed, and in the case of a product manufactured by the wet process, the binder is used excessively to uniformly disperse the powder without causing the caking phenomenon, thereby improving the pearl feeling and realizing a smooth texture, but the product has disadvantages of low formulation stability and cracking during drying.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to overcome the disadvantages while maintaining the advantages of the wet process, by using isopropanol as a main solvent and one or more than two solvents selected from polyols and C6-C20 isoparaffins as auxiliary solvents together, thereby overcoming the disadvantages as described above.
The isopropanol is used as the main solvent, so that the advantages of easy evaporation without stain on the surface when the preparation is prepared can be retained, the internal porosity of the powder is reduced, the stability of the preparation is improved, and the powder flying phenomenon when the preparation is dipped can be minimized.
In addition, the present invention uses one or more solvents selected from the group consisting of polyols and C6-C20 isoparaffins as an auxiliary solvent together with isopropanol as a main solvent, thereby remarkably improving the stability of the dosage form and the cracking phenomenon during the drying process caused by the high volatilization rate of isopropanol as a main solvent.
Preferably, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be used in a wet process and an injection molding process.
The cosmetic composition for wet process or injection molding process of the present invention is suitable for wet process and injection molding process, can uniformly disperse powder without agglomeration even if binder is excessively used, has an effect of rearranging powder particles including pearls due to isopropyl alcohol and co-cosolvent, shows a high pearl effect in appearance with respect to the content of the added pearls, and has smooth texture due to voids between powders generated in the moisture absorption process.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention is a volatile solvent, and when hydrophilic isopropyl alcohol and a hydrophobic auxiliary solvent are mixed and used, the gloss, skin adhesion, and form stability are significantly improved, and in this respect, the polyhydric alcohol according to an embodiment of the present invention may be inositol, mannitol, xylitol, glycerol, sorbitol, pentanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, or glycerol, and may preferably be pentanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, propylene glycol, or dipropylene glycol.
The C6-C20 isoparaffin according to an embodiment of the present invention is an isoparaffin having a carbon number of 6 to 20, and specifically, may be C7-C8 isoparaffin, C8-C9 isoparaffin, C9-C11 isoparaffin, C9-C13 isoparaffin, C9-C14 isoparaffin, C10-C11 isoparaffin, C11-C12 isoparaffin, C11-C13 isoparaffin, C12-C14 isoparaffin, C13-C14 isoparaffin, or C13-C16 isoparaffin, and may preferably be C10-C11 isoparaffin, C11-C12 isoparaffin, C11-C13 isoparaffin, C12-C14 isoparaffin, C13-C14 isoparaffin, or C13-C16 isoparaffin.
From the viewpoint of the gloss feeling, the skin adhesion feeling, and the dosage form stability, the weight ratio (wt% ratio) of the isopropyl alcohol and the co-solvent according to an embodiment of the present invention may be 7 to 9.5: 3 to 0.5, and may preferably be 8 to 9: 2 to 1.
The auxiliary solvent according to an embodiment of the present invention may be a mixed solvent of a polyol and an isoparaffin, and the weight ratio of the polyol and the isoparaffin may be 4 to 7: 6 to 3, and may preferably be 5 to 6: 4 to 5.
Preferably, the cosmetic composition according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a powder mixture containing powder components, isopropyl alcohol, polyhydric alcohol, and C6-C20 isoparaffin, and a preferable combination may be a combination in which the polyhydric alcohol is pentanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, or propanediol, and the isoparaffin is C10-C11 isoparaffin, C11-C12 isoparaffin, C11-C13 isoparaffin, or C12-C14 isoparaffin, from the viewpoints of high dispersibility without generating caking even if an excessive amount of binder is used and improving gloss and agent form stability.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may preferably be a makeup cosmetic composition, which is a composition that can be recognized by those skilled in the art to the full extent, and includes, as specific examples, eye shadow blushers and the like.
The isopropyl alcohol and the auxiliary solvent according to an embodiment of the present invention may be included by 30 to 80% by weight with respect to the entire cosmetic composition, and may preferably be included by 40 to 70% by weight from the viewpoint of improving dispersibility and stability.
The powder mixture according to an embodiment of the present invention is a material containing a powder component, specifically, the powder component is a color cosmetic powder, and may contain an extender pigment, a coloring pigment, a pearl pigment, a white pigment, and the like, and may be talc, silica, organic spherical powder, iron oxide, and pearl.
The powder mixture of the present invention may further contain a binder component, and examples thereof include silicone oils, hydrocarbon oils, higher fatty acid oils, ester oils, glyceride oils, and vegetable oils.
The powder mixture according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include additives commonly used in the art, and as additional additives, there are a stabilizer, an emulsifier, a thickener, a humectant, a liquid crystal film enhancer, a pigment, a perfume, and the like.
The method for producing the cosmetic composition of the present invention will be described in detail below.
The method for producing the cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises the steps of: a step of manufacturing a powder mixture containing powder components; and a step of manufacturing a cosmetic composition by dispersing the powder mixture into isopropyl alcohol and a co-solvent.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention is suitable for a wet process in which a slurry-like cosmetic composition is supplied to a molding tray or the like through a nozzle or an injection molding process in which a paste-like cosmetic composition is injection molded, and the cosmetic composition of the present invention uses isopropanol and a co-solvent to prevent the surface of a molded product from being stained or cracked, and a polyol, an isoparaffin, and a mixed solvent thereof as a co-solvent to reduce the volatilization rate of isopropanol to improve the stability of a dosage form, and the co-solvent is applied to a powder to improve the adhesion to the skin and to improve the gloss.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, which are intended to illustrate the present invention and not to limit the scope of the present invention.
Examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 production of eye shadow (powder for shadow) cosmetic composition
Powder components described in table 1 below were mixed to prepare a powder component mixture. Further, the adhesive components described in table 1 were mixed, and then heated to 70 to 80 ℃. Further, it was found that the stability and injection moldability were high, and the skin adhesion feeling and touch feeling were superior to those of the comparative examples.
That is, the cosmetic composition of the present invention has high dispersibility and stability, can be supplied in a slurry state or a paste state, and is easily applicable to a wet process and an injection molding process, and thus can be molded into a three-dimensional pattern to improve the appearance attractiveness.

Claims (6)

1. An eye shadow color cosmetic composition for increasing the adhesive feeling and the gloss feeling comprises a powder mixture containing powder components, isopropanol and an auxiliary solvent, wherein the auxiliary solvent is a mixed solvent of propylene glycol and C6-C20 isoparaffin,
the weight ratio of propylene glycol to C6-C20 isoparaffin is from 4 to 7: 6 to 3.
