本发明是一种全自动真空干燥生产线,包括充氮气系统、抽真空系统以及控制系统,还包括依次连接的预热炉、缓冲炉、真空干燥炉、冷却炉以及界面箱,所述预热炉外面套有保温层;所述冷却炉外面套有保温层;避免外界环境温度对预热炉和冷却炉造成影响;所述保温层为泡沫层,所述泡沫层外面包有一层布,所述布可保护内部泡沫层。本发明所述的一种全自动真空干燥生产线,预热炉和冷却炉受外界环境温度的影响降到最低,减少了预热和冷却的所用时间,而且浪费了更多的能源。

一种全自动真空干燥生产线
技术领域
本发明涉及真空干燥技术领域,尤其涉及一种全自动真空干燥生产线。
背景技术
真空干燥过程就是将被干燥物料置放在密闭的干燥室内,用真空系统抽真空的同时对被干燥物料不断加热,使物料内部的水分通过压力差或浓度差扩散到表面,水分子在物料表面获得足够的动能,在克服分子间的相互吸引力后,逃逸到真空室的低压空间,从而被真空泵抽走的过程。
真空干燥是制备电极、电容等精密电子器件所必须的工序,干燥工序直接决定这些器件的品质以及性能。干燥工序通常需要预热、缓冲、干燥、冷却等步骤。现有技术通常采用多个单体炉来完成上述各个步骤,这种方式的不足之处在于,预热炉和冷却炉受外界环境温度的影响,造成预热和冷却的所用时间较长,而且浪费了更多的能源。
为此,设计一种全自动真空干燥生产线,解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明为克服以上不足,提供一种全自动真空干燥生产线,包括充氮气系统、抽真空系统以及控制系统,还包括依次连接的预热炉、缓冲炉、真空干燥炉、冷却炉以及界面箱,在所述预热炉的入口、所述界面箱的出口以及上述各种单体炉之间分别设有插板阀,在所述预热炉、缓冲炉、真空干燥炉、冷却炉以及界面箱内还分别设有物料车移动装置,所述物料车移动装置包括物料车和回流轨道,所述物料车在回流轨道上运行;所述冷却炉为冷风循环装置;所述预热炉为热风循环装置;所述预热炉、缓冲炉、真空干燥炉、冷却炉分别密封;
所述预热炉外面套有保温层;所述冷却炉外面套有保温层;避免外界环境温度对预热炉和冷却炉造成影响;所述保温层为泡沫层,所述泡沫层外面包有一层布,所述布可保护内部泡沫层;
所述预热炉的数量为四个,所述缓冲炉的数量为二个、所述真空干燥炉的数量为十个,所述预热炉、缓冲炉、真空干燥炉具有相同的长度。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种全自动真空干燥生产线,预热炉和冷却炉受外界环境温度的影响降到最低,减少了预热和冷却的所用时间,而且浪费了更多的能源。
