本发明涉及一种多功能电磁式涨闸锁,其中:刹车鼓边缘处均匀设有6个锁孔,刹车鼓内安装有安装板,安装板之上安装有固定块,固定块通过弹簧与衔铁连接,衔铁中部固定安装有锁销,锁销上套有导向套,且导向套固定在安装板之上,在安装板之上锁销的两侧安装有铁芯,铁芯之上套有线圈,线圈与触片电性连接,锁芯安装在安装板上,且锁芯末端连接有控制片,且控制片为纯铜材质。本发明采用电磁的结构,其能够解决操作复杂,响应缓慢的问题,而且传动线路非常简单高效,能够确保上锁的时候反应快速、有效,提高锁车效率。

本发明涉及机车锁具部件技术领域,尤其是一种多功能电磁式涨闸锁。
背景技术
涨闸锁是用来锁机车涨闸的锁具,但是目前的涨闸锁由于传动线路过于复杂,导致涨闸锁操作困难,响应较慢的问题,存在不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能电磁式涨闸锁,为克服上述的不足,采用电磁的结构,其能够解决操作复杂,响应缓慢的问题,而且传动线路非常简单高效,能够确保上锁的时候反应快速、有效,提高锁车效率。
本发明的技术方案:
一种多功能电磁式涨闸锁,包括刹车鼓、锁孔、安装板、固定块、弹簧、衔铁、铁芯、线圈、锁销、导向套、锁芯、控制片、触片;其中:刹车鼓边缘处均匀设有6个锁孔,刹车鼓内安装有安装板,安装板之上安装有固定块,固定块通过弹簧与衔铁连接,衔铁中部固定安装有锁销,锁销上套有导向套,且导向套固定在安装板之上,在安装板之上锁销的两侧安装有铁芯,铁芯之上套有线圈,线圈与触片电性连接,锁芯安装在安装板上,且锁芯末端连接有控制片,且控制片为纯铜材质。
本发明的优点在于:本发明采用电磁的结构,其能够解决操作复杂,响应缓慢的问题,而且传动线路非常简单高效,能够确保上锁的时候反应快速、有效,提高锁车效率。

实施例1、请参阅图1,一种多功能电磁式涨闸锁,包括刹车鼓1、锁孔2、安装板3、固定块4、弹簧5、衔铁6、铁芯7、线圈8、锁销9、导向套10、锁芯11、控制片12、触片13;其中:刹车鼓1边缘处均匀设有6个锁孔2,刹车鼓1内安装有安装板3,安装板3之上安装有固定块4,固定块4通过弹簧5与衔铁6连接,衔铁6中部固定安装有锁销9,锁销9上套有导向套10,且导向套10固定在安装板3之上,在安装板3之上锁销9的两侧安装有铁芯7,铁芯7之上套有线圈8,线圈8与触片13电性连接,锁芯11安装在安装板3上,且锁芯11末端连接有控制片12,且控制片12为纯铜材质,采用电磁的结构,其能够解决操作复杂,响应缓慢的问题,而且传动线路非常简单高效,能够确保上锁的时候反应快速、有效,提高锁车效率。
工作原理:
通过钥匙转动锁芯11,锁芯11就会带动控制片12转动,并进入到触片13之间,接通线圈8的电源,线圈8通电后就会产生电磁场,磁场将衔铁6吸附,使得锁销9穿过导向套10进入到锁孔2内吗,完成锁车,当需要开锁时,通过锁芯11将控制片12转出触片13,进而使得线圈8断电,磁力消失,在弹簧5的弹力作用下,锁销9就会退出锁孔2,完成开锁。

1.一种多功能电磁式涨闸锁,包括刹车鼓(1)、锁孔(2)、安装板(3)、固定块(4)、弹簧(5)、衔铁(6)、铁芯(7)、线圈(8)、锁销(9)、导向套(10)、锁芯(11)、控制片(12)、触片(13);其特征在于:刹车鼓(1)边缘处均匀设有6个锁孔(2),刹车鼓(1)内安装有安装板(3),安装板(3)之上安装有固定块(4),固定块(4)通过弹簧(5)与衔铁(6)连接,衔铁(6)中部固定安装有锁销(9),锁销(9)上套有导向套(10),且导向套(10)固定在安装板(3)之上,在安装板(3)之上锁销(9)的两侧安装有铁芯(7),铁芯(7)之上套有线圈(8),线圈(8)与触片(13)电性连接,锁芯(11)安装在安装板(3)上,且锁芯(11)末端连接有控制片(12),且控制片(12)为纯铜材质。
