When the rack vehicle enters the rack section from the wheel-track section, the top tooth phenomenon is possibly caused when the gear is not accurately meshed with the rack, and the running stability and safety of the vehicle are directly affected. In view of this, it is necessary to design a rack rail track-entering device, which can improve the production operation efficiency while ensuring the safety of the operation of the vehicle.
The research on key technologies of the rack rail vehicles in China is limited to the rack rail clamping vehicles for mines at present, and no passenger transport example of rack rail railways exists. In 201410279868.X, 2014, a mining rack guiding device is disclosed, wherein bending deformation of a rack is realized mainly through a four-bar mechanism in the device, and further meshing of pin teeth and the rack is realized. In the initial meshing process of the rack and pinion vehicle, the meshing is realized completely through the mutual adjustment between the rack and pinion, so that the structure of the entry end of the rack and pinion is severely worn. The bottom of the driving side of the rack is not provided with any supporting or buffer device, so that the rack is easy to damage when the acting force is too large, and safety accidents are caused. Meanwhile, the rotating arm mechanism of the device is complex, and the maintenance and repair amount is large.
Therefore, how to effectively solve the problem of engagement between gears and toothed rails when a toothed rail vehicle transits from a wheel rail section to a toothed rail section at a certain running speed and ensure stable and safe running of the vehicle is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the engineering field.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the toothed rail-toothed rail transition device for the toothed rail railway so as to smoothly transition a toothed rail vehicle from a wheel rail section to a toothed rail section and ensure stable and safe running of the vehicle.

The beneficial effects of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects;
1. when the rack vehicle slowly drives into the rack section, the relative rotation of the steel roller and the vertical bending deformation of the rack structure can promote the relative sliding of the steel wheel rail, so that the accurate engagement of the gear and the rack is realized, and the rack vehicle smoothly transits from the wheel rail section to the rack section;
2. the rigid top teeth generated between the driving gear of the rack vehicle and the rack can be effectively avoided, so that the safe and stable transition of the rack vehicle from the wheel track section to the rack section is ensured;
3. simple and reasonable structure, strong stability and easy maintenance.

The hydraulic cylinder 23 can effectively avoid the rigid top teeth generated by the drive gear of the rack vehicle and the excessive section rack 20, and ensure the stable and safe transition of the rack vehicle from the wheel track section to the rack section. After the rack vehicle is driven out of the excessive section of rack 20, the excessive section of rack 20 is restored to the original position under the restoring force of the hydraulic cylinder 23 and the tension spring 24.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the support arm 21, the hydraulic cylinder 23 and the swivel arm 22 are disposed in pairs outside lateral side walls of the transition piece rack 20.
