Abstract
A toothed rail railway wheel rail-toothed rail transition device ensures that a toothed rail vehicle smoothly transits from a wheel rail section to a toothed rail section, and ensures stable and safe running of the vehicle. The novel steel rail structure comprises a toothed rail arranged between steel rails on two sides, wherein an excessive section of toothed rail is arranged in front of an entering end of the toothed rail, a supporting arm is arranged on the excessive section of toothed rail, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the middle part of the excessive section of toothed rail, a rotating arm is arranged at the entering end of the excessive section of toothed rail, a rotating arm is arranged at the exiting end of the excessive section of toothed rail, the upper ends of the supporting arm, the hydraulic cylinder and the rotating arm are hinged with the excessive section of toothed rail, and the lower ends of the supporting arm, the hydraulic cylinder and the rotating arm are hinged with a foundation under the rail through a hinged support. Background
The toothed rail is a railway with stronger climbing performance, and is different from the common railway in that a special toothed rail is paved in the middle of a track, most of toothed rails are racks, and one or more gears are correspondingly arranged on a locomotive or a motor car bogie running on the toothed rail. When the rack vehicle climbs a slope, the gear can be meshed with the rack to overcome the problem of insufficient adhesive force between the steel wheel and the steel rail. When the rack vehicle enters the rack section from the wheel-track section, the top tooth phenomenon is possibly caused when the gear is not accurately meshed with the rack, and the running stability and safety of the vehicle are directly affected. In view of this, it is necessary to design a rack rail track-entering device, which can improve the production operation efficiency while ensuring the safety of the operation of the vehicle.
The research on key technologies of the rack rail vehicles in China is limited to the rack rail clamping vehicles for mines at present, and no passenger transport example of rack rail railways exists. In 201410279868.X, 2014, a mining rack guiding device is disclosed, wherein bending deformation of a rack is realized mainly through a four-bar mechanism in the device, and further meshing of pin teeth and the rack is realized. In the initial meshing process of the rack and pinion vehicle, the meshing is realized completely through the mutual adjustment between the rack and pinion, so that the structure of the entry end of the rack and pinion is severely worn. The bottom of the driving side of the rack is not provided with any supporting or buffer device, so that the rack is easy to damage when the acting force is too large, and safety accidents are caused. Meanwhile, the rotating arm mechanism of the device is complex, and the maintenance and repair amount is large.
Therefore, how to effectively solve the problem of engagement between gears and toothed rails when a toothed rail vehicle transits from a wheel rail section to a toothed rail section at a certain running speed and ensure stable and safe running of the vehicle is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the engineering field.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the toothed rail-toothed rail transition device for the toothed rail railway so as to smoothly transition a toothed rail vehicle from a wheel rail section to a toothed rail section and ensure stable and safe running of the vehicle.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:

The beneficial effects of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects;
1. when the rack vehicle slowly drives into the rack section, the relative rotation of the steel roller and the vertical bending deformation of the rack structure can promote the relative sliding of the steel wheel rail, so that the accurate engagement of the gear and the rack is realized, and the rack vehicle smoothly transits from the wheel rail section to the rack section;
2. the rigid top teeth generated between the driving gear of the rack vehicle and the rack can be effectively avoided, so that the safe and stable transition of the rack vehicle from the wheel track section to the rack section is ensured;
3. simple and reasonable structure, strong stability and easy maintenance.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a rack rail-to-rack rail transition device of the present invention includes a rack rail installed between both side rails 10. An excessive section toothed rail 20 is arranged in front of the entering end of the toothed rail, a supporting arm 21 is arranged in the middle of the excessive section toothed rail 20, a hydraulic cylinder 23 is arranged at the entering end of the excessive section toothed rail, a rotating arm 22 is arranged at the exiting end of the excessive section toothed rail, the upper ends of the supporting arm 21, the hydraulic cylinder 23 and the rotating arm 22 are hinged with the excessive section toothed rail 20, and the lower ends of the supporting arm 21, the hydraulic cylinder 23 and the rotating arm 22 are hinged with a rail lower foundation through a hinged support; an extension spring 24 is arranged at the hinge joint of the support arm 21 and the transition section toothed rail 20, and two ends of the extension spring 24 respectively act on the transition section toothed rail 20 and the under-rail foundation; the entry end of the transition piece of toothed rail 20 is provided with rollers 25 parallel to the rail teeth.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, when the rack vehicle is driven into the device at a low speed, if the rack vehicle driving gear and the excessive section rack 20 are not in good contact at the initial position, the relative rotation of the roller 25 and the swing of the excessive section rack 20 with the supporting arm 21 as the supporting point can both promote the rack vehicle driving steel wheel to slide relative to the steel rail 10, so that the rack vehicle driving gear and the excessive section rack 20 are accurately meshed. The hydraulic cylinder 23 can effectively avoid the rigid top teeth generated by the drive gear of the rack vehicle and the excessive section rack 20, and ensure the stable and safe transition of the rack vehicle from the wheel track section to the rack section. After the rack vehicle is driven out of the excessive section of rack 20, the excessive section of rack 20 is restored to the original position under the restoring force of the hydraulic cylinder 23 and the tension spring 24.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the support arm 21, the hydraulic cylinder 23 and the swivel arm 22 are disposed in pairs outside lateral side walls of the transition piece rack 20. The inner side of the steel rail 10 is provided with a guard rail 11, and the guard rail 11 is fixedly connected with a foundation under the rail so as to provide more comprehensive safety prevention.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to better mesh the rack vehicle drive gear with the excessive section rack 20, the possibility of top teeth is minimized, and the width of the tooth tops of the excessive section rack 20 is gradually narrowed from the exit end to the entry end. The drive-in end of the transition section rack 20 is fixedly provided with a mounting seat 26, the roller 25 is mounted on the mounting seat 26, and the peripheral surface of the roller 25 is coated with lubricating oil, so that the meshing of the rack vehicle driving gear and the transition section rack 20 is effectively promoted.
