Abstract
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法。将富铋物料和二硫代氨基甲酸盐分别溶于溶剂中,将二硫代氨基甲酸盐溶液逐滴加入到富铋溶液中,产生沉淀;过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到金属元素掺杂的二硫代氨基甲酸铋。将制备的金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋溶解于良溶剂中,加入高分子,进行静电纺丝,得到具有光催化功能的“布”。本发明制备的金属元素掺杂的二硫代氨基甲酸铋形貌和尺寸均匀,分散性好,绿色环保,在空气水和绝大多数溶剂中稳定,耐酸碱,具备工业化量产的潜力,具有优异的光催化污染物降解活性,实现了富铋物料的直接转化再利用,并且光催化“布”能有效防止催化剂粉末的扩散,实现了光催化剂的有效循环利用。

技术领域
本发明属于材料化学和光催化技术领域,具体涉及一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法。
背景技术
由于铋的特殊性质,且无毒、廉价,铋基无机半导体光催化材料,如Bi2O3、BiOCl、BiOBr、BiOI、Bi2S3、BiPO4、BiVO4、Bi2WO6、Bi2MoO6等,具有优异的可见光催化活性,受到广泛的关注。近年来,一些铋配合物半导体,因成本低廉、合成简便、安全环保,并且同样具有优异的光催化活性,非常有潜力应用于实际光催化污染物降解和水分解制氢制氧、抗菌、抗磨等领域,前景非常广阔。
二硫代氨基甲酸盐等具有硫或氮配位功能的化合物,作为工业上应用最为广泛的螯合剂之一,成本低廉、安全环保,是水体重金属清除应用领域中极为重要的材料。然而,目前对二硫代氨基甲酸盐螯合重金属后的产物的研究甚少,如何实现重金属螯合产物的再利用,可为实现资源的重复充分里用变废为宝提供一种新的思路。
1976年,Allan H.White等报道了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋的晶体结构。80年代,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋的氯仿溶液被报道用来萃取海水中低浓度的金、汞、钯和铂元素。2000年后,其他二硫代氨基甲酸铋的晶体结构相继被报道,并作为单源前驱体应用于单分散Bi2S3纳米结构的合成。2007年,Edward R.T.Tiekink等报道了一系列二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸铋的晶体结构,并研究了晶体中Bi和S原子的相互作用,更加深刻地揭示了二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸铋晶体结构的形成。
在实际富铋的工业废料或废水中,还存在着不同含量的各类其他金属元素,如何实现富铋的工业废料或废水的再利用,直接将重金属螯合产物转变为性能优异的半导体光催化剂,并进行形貌调控和性能优化,得到颗粒尺寸均一、分散性好、比表面积大的功能材料,仍是尚待解决的问题。另一方面,微纳米尺度的催化剂粉末直接分散在水体中,导致回收困难造成二次污染,如何防止粉末扩散,实现光催化剂的有效循环利用也是值得思考的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,实现富铋的工业废料或废水的再利用,并直接转换为颗粒形貌,其尺寸均一,比表面积大,分散性好,无毒环保,在空气水和绝大多数溶剂中稳定,耐酸碱,适合大规模廉价合成,具有优异的光催化污染物降解活性的金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋可见光催化剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
1)将含有其他金属元素的富铋物料溶于溶剂中得到铋浓度为0.001-0.1mol/L溶液A,其中其他金属元素占铋质量的0.1-50%;向溶液A中加酸调节pH值小于2或加络合剂防止铋离子水解得到含有少量其他金属元素的富铋溶液B,将3-6倍于铋物质的量的二硫代氨基甲酸盐溶于溶剂中得到浓度为0.001-1mol/L的溶液C,在常温常压下将溶液C逐滴加入到溶液B中,产生沉淀,过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化剂粉末;
或按物质的量比为1:(3-6)将富铋物料和二硫代氨基甲酸盐粉末混合,干磨、加压、加入助研剂研磨或加压得到金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化剂粉末;
2)将金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化剂粉末溶解于良溶剂中得到浓度为10-100mg/mL的溶液D,向溶液D中加入1-3倍于金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋质量的高分子,进行静电纺丝,得到具有光催化功能的“布”。
所述含有其他金属元素的富铋物料为可溶性铋复合物或铋废液;
所述的可溶性铋复合物或铋废液为含有氧化铋、氢氧化铋、氯化铋、溴化铋、碘化铋、氟化铋、硝酸铋、次硝酸铋、磷酸铋、乙酸铋、柠檬酸铋、柠檬酸铋铵、新十二酸铋、二乙酸三苯铋或次水杨酸铋及其混合物;
所述的其他金属元素为可溶性镁、铝、钙、钪、钛、矾、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、锗、锶、钇、锆、铌、钼、锝、钌、铑、钯、银、镉、铟、锡、锑、钡、镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、铪、钽、钨、铼、锇、铱、铂、金、汞、铊、铅离子。
所述的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、丙酮、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜及其混合溶剂。
所述溶剂为溶剂与表面活性剂的混合溶剂,其中溶剂与表面活性剂的物质的量比为1:(0.1-1),所述的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、丙酮、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺或二甲基亚砜;
所述的表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、六亚甲基四胺、柠檬酸三钠、聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物。
所述的络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、酒石酸钠或酒石酸钾钠,其与铋离子的物质的量比为(1-6):1。
所述的二硫代氨基甲酸盐为可溶性二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烯基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二芳基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烷氧基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、杂芳基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸盐、三聚硫氰酸盐、三硫代碳酸盐、对苯二硫代甲酸盐或对萘二硫代甲酸盐。
所述二硫代氨基甲酸盐为可溶性二硫代氨基甲酸钠、二硫代氨基甲酸铵、二硫代氨基甲酸钾或二硫代氨基甲酸二乙铵。
所述助研剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、丙酮、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、乙醚、油胺、油酸、乙腈、三氯甲烷、环己烷、聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物。
所述的良溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、三氯甲烷或丙酮。
所述的高分子为聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚苯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛及其混合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果:
1、本发明通过将含有少量其他金属元素的富铋物料溶于溶剂中或现成的富铋废液,与工业上常用的重金属螯合剂二硫代氨基甲酸盐的简单的化学共沉淀反应或低温固相反应,得到颗粒形貌和尺寸均一,比表面积大,分散性好,无毒环保,在空气水和绝大多数溶剂中稳定,耐酸碱,具有优异的光催化污染物降解活性的金属元素掺杂的二硫代氨基甲酸铋可见光催化剂。本发明克服了传统铋配合物的合成产物无形貌、颗粒尺寸过大的缺点,实现了富铋物料直接转化为半导体光催化剂,实现变废为宝。
2、本发明采用的反应原料在常温常压下即可进行快速反应,同时对反应温度和压强具有普适性,无需复杂设备、操作简便、成本低廉、节能环保、可任意放大反应体系,适合大规模工业量产。克服了传统铋配合物合成过程需要高温高压长时间的缺点。本发明还可以通过简单的替换反应前驱体,直接拓展到其他金属二硫代氨基甲酸盐功能纳米结构的制备。
3、本发明制得的金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋表面干净,无需任何表面修饰和改性,在水中分散性良好,具有可见光吸收性能,在可见光照射下具有优异的光催化污染物降解活性。
4、本发明采用的反应原料之一富铋物料,对所含的其他金属元素的种类和含量具有普适性,基本包含所有可溶性金属离子,以及各种其他金属离子含量总和占50%以下,都可产生有效的光催化剂。
5、本发明利用金属元素掺杂的二硫代氨基甲酸铋可溶于特定溶剂的特点,结合现有的工业静电纺丝工艺,可实现具有光催化功能的“布”的量产。本发明还可以通过结合其他成膜工艺,制备可循环利用的光催化器件,对防止催化剂粉末的扩散,实现光催化剂的有效循环利用提供新的解决方案。

具体实施方式
本发明根据反应原料在不同溶剂中的共沉淀行为和对晶体的成核和生长过程的控制,以可溶性铋盐和其他金属盐的混合物作为富铋物料、以二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸盐为螯合剂,实施例1-7,得到金属元素掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末和“布”。
以下各实施例的光催化测试方法为:采用300W氙灯(PLS-SXE300UV,北京泊菲莱科技有限公司)结合400nm截止滤光片作为可见光源,光源距离反应体系20cm,不断搅拌测试体系。罗丹明B降解测试中,30mg样品超声分散于100mL罗丹明B 水溶液(10mg/L)中,在黑暗中吸附2小时,待达到吸附-脱附平衡后开始光照,间隔一定时间取样,离心分离粉末样品,测试上清液的吸光度,采用比尔-朗伯定律计算降解率。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol氯化铋和0.5mmol氯化钴溶于200mL乙二胺四乙酸二钠水溶液(0.15mol/L)中,将35mmol 二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠三水合物溶于100mL水中,然后逐滴加入到富铋溶液中,逐渐产生沉淀,滴加结束后,过滤,再加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到5%钴掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入500mg聚丙烯腈,施加15kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到5%钴掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
用扫描电镜观察到该粉末产品为表面具有纳米多孔结构的方块,尺寸大小约为10μm(见图1);用紫外-可见光分光光度计检测,该粉末产品具有优异的可见光吸收性能,吸收范围基本涵盖整个紫外-可见光区(见图2);该粉末产品具有优异的可见光催化罗丹明B降解活性(见图3);用扫描电镜观察到该“布”产品能将催化剂稳定附着在布的纤维上(见图4)。
实施例2:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol新十二酸铋、0.5mmol乙酸镍和0.5mmol乙酸锰溶于200mL乙醇中(用盐酸调节pH小于2),将40mmol二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铵溶于100mL乙醇中,然后逐滴加入到富铋溶液中,逐渐产生沉淀,滴加结束后,过滤,再加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到5%镍5%锰掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mL 三氯甲烷中,加入500mg聚苯乙烯,施加20kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到5%镍5%锰掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
实施例3:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol乙酸铋、0.3mmol氯化亚铁、0.1mmol氯化铜和0.1mmol氯化亚铈溶于200mL甲酰胺中(用硫酸调节pH小于2),将35mmol二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸二乙铵溶于100mL甲酰胺中,然后逐滴加入到富铋溶液中,逐渐产生沉淀,滴加结束后,过滤,再加入300mL 水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到3%铁1%铜1%铈掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mLN,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入500mg聚偏氟乙烯,施加15kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到3%铁1%铜1%铈掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。

一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol硝酸铋、0.2mmol硝酸铬、0.2mmol硝酸锌、0.2mmol硝酸银、0.2mmol硝酸钐和0.2mmol硝酸铅溶于200mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中(用硝酸调节pH小于2),将50mmol二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠三水合物溶于100mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后逐滴加入到富铋溶液中,逐渐产生沉淀,滴加结束后,过滤,再加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到2%铬2%锌2%银2%钐2%铅掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入500mg聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,施加20kV 电压进行静电纺丝,得到2%铬2%锌2%银2%钐2%铅掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
实施例5:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol柠檬酸铋、0.4mmol氯化镉、0.4mmol氯化铟、0.4mmol氯化锡、0.1mmol氯化钯、0.1mmol 氯化铕、0.1mmol氯化钆与55mmol二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠三水合物混合于研钵中,充分研磨10分钟,逐渐产生有色粉末,研磨结束后,加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到4%镉4%铟4%锡1%钯1%铕1%钆掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mLN,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入500mg聚乙烯醇,施加 15kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到4%镉4%铟4%锡1%钯1%铕1%钆掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
实施例6:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol柠檬酸铋铵、0.3mmol硫酸亚铁、0.3mmol硫酸钴、0.3mmol硫酸镍、0.3mmol硫酸锰与40mmol 二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铵混合于研钵中,加入10mL聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物作为助研剂,研磨10分钟,逐渐产生有色粉末,研磨结束后,加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到3%铁3%钴3%镍3%锰掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入500mg 聚丙烯腈,施加15kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到3%铁3%钴3%镍3%锰掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
实施例7:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol氯化铋、1mmol氯化亚铁、1mmol氯化钴与40mmol二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠三水合物充分混合,倒入模具,施加10MPa压力进行反应,压片结束后,加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到10%铁10%钴掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末 200mg溶解于5mL三氯甲烷中,加入500mg聚苯乙烯,施加15kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到10%铁10%钴掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
实施例8:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol乙酸铋和0.5mmol乙酸镍溶于200mL水中(用盐酸调节pH小于2),将35mmol吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵溶于100mL水中,然后逐滴加入到富铋溶液中,逐渐产生沉淀,滴加结束后,过滤,再加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到5%镍掺杂的吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入 500mg聚丙烯腈,施加20kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到5%镍掺杂的吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
实施例9:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol次硝酸铋、0.4mmol氯化钙、0.4mmol氯化锑、0.4mmol氯化锶与35mmol二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸铵混合于研钵中,加入10mL丙三醇作为助研剂,充分研磨10分钟,逐渐产生有色粉末,研磨结束后,加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到4%钙4%锑4%锶掺杂的二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末200mg溶解于5mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入500mg聚乙烯醇,施加20kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到4%钙4%锑4%锶掺杂的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化“布”。
实施例10:
一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法为:将10mmol氢氧化铋、0.2mmol硝酸钇、0.2mmol硝酸镧、0.2mmol硝酸铥与15mmol三聚硫氰酸钠混合于研钵中,充分研磨10分钟,逐渐产生有色粉末,研磨结束后,加入300mL水,过滤、洗涤和干燥,得到2%钇2%镧2%铥掺杂的三聚硫氰酸铋粉末。将制备的粉末 200mg溶解于5mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入500mg聚偏氟乙烯,施加20kV电压进行静电纺丝,得到2%钇2%镧2%铥掺杂的三聚硫氰酸铋光催化“布”。
本发明通过简单的化学共沉淀或低温固相反应,使用工业上常用的重金属螯合剂处理富铋物料,直接转变为具有优异光催化性能的半导体催化剂。通过调节反应原料、溶剂、助研剂等参数,实现晶体成核和生长过程的控制,一步可以获得颗粒形貌和尺寸均一,比表面积大,分散性好,无毒环保,在空气水和绝大多数溶剂中稳定,耐酸碱的金属元素掺杂的二硫代氨基甲酸铋可见光催化剂。本发明合成的产物颗粒表面干净,无需任何表面修饰和改性,即可在水中良好分散,具有可见光吸收性能,实现了可见光照射下优异的光催化污染物降解活性,并且为其在固体磷光、抗菌、抗磨、贵金属萃取等方面提供了潜在的应用价值。结合工业静电纺丝或其他成膜工艺,还可实现具有光催化功能器件的量产。这种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和“布”的方法可以直接放大反应,并且对所含的其他金属元素的种类和含量具有普适性,适合大规模廉价工业化生产,而且很容易通过简单的替换反应前驱体,直接拓展到其他金属二硫代氨基甲酸盐功能纳米结构的制备。
Claims (10)
1.一种从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:
1)将含有其他金属元素的富铋物料溶于溶剂中得到铋浓度为0.001-0.1mol/L溶液A,其中其他金属元素占铋质量的0.1-50%;向溶液A中加酸调节pH值小于2或加络合剂防止铋离子水解得到含有少量其他金属元素的富铋溶液B,将3-6倍于铋物质的量的二硫代氨基甲酸盐溶于溶剂中得到浓度为0.001-1mol/L的溶液C,在常温常压下将溶液C逐滴加入到溶液B中,产生沉淀,过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化剂粉末;
或按物质的量比为1:(3-6)将含有其他金属元素的富铋物料和二硫代氨基甲酸盐粉末混合,干磨、加压、加入助研剂研磨或加压得到金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化剂粉末;
2)将金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋光催化剂粉末溶解于良溶剂中得到浓度为10-100mg/mL的溶液D,向溶液D中加入1-3倍于金属元素掺杂二硫代氨基甲酸铋质量的高分子,进行静电纺丝,得到具有光催化功能的布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述含有其他金属元素的富铋物料为可溶性铋复合物或铋废液;
所述的可溶性铋复合物或铋废液为含有氧化铋、氢氧化铋、氯化铋、溴化铋、碘化铋、氟化铋、硝酸铋、次硝酸铋、磷酸铋、乙酸铋、柠檬酸铋、柠檬酸铋铵、新十二酸铋、二乙酸三苯铋或次水杨酸铋及其混合物;
所述的其他金属元素为可溶性镁、铝、钙、钪、钛、矾、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、锗、锶、钇、锆、铌、钼、锝、钌、铑、钯、银、镉、铟、锡、锑、钡、镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、铪、钽、钨、铼、锇、铱、铂、金、汞、铊、铅离子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、丙酮、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜及其混合溶剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为溶剂与表面活性剂的混合溶剂,其中溶剂与表面活性剂的物质的量比为1:(0.1-1),所述的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、丙酮、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺或二甲基亚砜;
所述的表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、六亚甲基四胺、柠檬酸三钠、聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述的络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠、酒石酸钠或酒石酸钾钠,其与铋离子的物质的量比为(1-6):1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述的二硫代氨基甲酸盐为可溶性二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烯基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二芳基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烷氧基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、杂芳基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸盐或吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸盐。
7.根据权利要求6所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述二硫代氨基甲酸盐为可溶性二硫代氨基甲酸钠、二硫代氨基甲酸铵、二硫代氨基甲酸钾或二硫代氨基甲酸二乙铵。
8.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述助研剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、丙酮、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、乙醚、油胺、油酸、乙腈、三氯甲烷、环己烷、聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述的良溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、三氯甲烷或丙酮。
10.根据权利要求1所述的从富铋物料中制备可见光催化剂粉末和布的方法,其特征在于:所述的高分子为聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚苯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛及其混合物。
