背景技术
偏瘫，属中医病名，西医称脑血管意外后遗症，即中风经过救治，神志清醒后，多有后遗症，也叫半身不遂。偏瘫患者多半身不遂、言语不利、口眼歪斜、肢体偏废。传统治疗方法中是依靠针灸配合中药进行治疗，但时间长、疗效慢，给患者带来了极大痛苦，中医在对治疗偏瘫的长期实践中认识到中风后遗症-偏瘫的发病机理，其一般机理是由于中风反复发作后损伤元气、筋骨、经脉和肌肉失养、痰浊凝滞、经脉瘀阻所致。据临床观察，此病多属于年老体衰、饮食失节、劳逸失度、气滞血瘀阻塞脉络所致。表现中经络，主要为络塞血瘀、血行不畅所致。而反复发作的一个主要根源是患者往往伴有高血压症，而高血压、高血脂又往往是患者在治疗后反复发作的基本因素，同时导致机体功能肌肉萎缩而失去功能。目前，国内治疗偏瘫中风后遗症的药品种类较多，在不同程度上都取得了一定的疗效，但治疗效果慢，治疗到一定阶段后想取得重大进展极为不易，则患者产生耐药力，不能达到治愈的目的。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术中偏瘫治疗外敷品的不足，提供一种治疗偏瘫的外敷散及其制备方法，起到舒筋通络、抗血小板聚集、改善微循环、活血化瘀作用，提高治疗的效率。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗偏瘫的外敷散，由以下组分按照所示重量份比例范围配置而成：麻黄36-45份、桂枝95-108份、防风70-90份、白术90-105份、丁香30-45份、肉桂45-55份、黄芪85-95份、天南星92-105份、川芎63-78份、红花62-75份、桃仁65-76份、石菖蒲90-108份、小茴香13-25份、姜黄72-85份、骨碎补52-64份、三棱70-85份、莪术73-83份、伸筋草65-75份、透骨草62-75份、防己91-107份、威灵仙64-75份、千年健62-75份、续断25-35份、徐长卿23-34份、藁本64-75份、荆芥63-75份、钩藤74-85份、丹皮72-85份、赤芍21-35份、秦艽44-55份、海风藤65-75份、天仙藤62-78份、苍耳子14-26份、蛇床子33-45份、地肤子31-45份。

一种治疗偏瘫的外敷散的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1：将桂枝、防风、白术、黄芪、天南星、川芎、红花、桃仁、石菖蒲、姜黄、骨碎补、三棱、莪术、伸筋草、透骨草、防己、威灵仙、千年健、续断、徐长卿、藁本、丹皮、赤芍、秦艽、海风藤、天仙藤、苍耳子、蛇床子、地肤子混合均匀后，得到混合物A；将混合物粉碎至80-100目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-4∶8的蒸馏水，装入灭菌锅内，在0.15-0.35Mpa压力下灭菌30-60min后，将灭菌后的混合物料取出，装入消毒后的接种池，冷却到25-35℃，得混合物B；
S2：将步骤S1中所述混合物B中接种培养好的谢氏丙酸杆菌种，接种量为6-20％，装入发酵罐中，于温度25-38℃下持续发酵12-24h，阴干后得混合物C；
S3：将干燥后的麻黄、丁香、肉桂、荆芥、小茴香、钩藤和混合物C粉碎成粗粉、打包后即可得到所述治疗偏瘫的外敷散。
优选的，步骤S1中将混合物粉碎至90目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-6.5的蒸馏水；在0.2Mpa压力下灭菌45min后，冷却到28℃。
优选的，步骤S2中接种量为14％，于温度35℃下持续发酵18h。
有益效果：
本发明所述疗偏瘫的外敷散，以桂枝、防风、白术、黄芪、天南星、川芎、红花、桃仁、石菖蒲、姜黄、骨碎补、三棱、莪术、伸筋草、透骨草、防己、威灵仙、千年健、续断、徐长卿、藁本、丹皮、赤芍、秦艽、海风藤、天仙藤、苍耳子、蛇床子、地肤子、麻黄、丁香、肉桂、荆芥、小茴香、钩藤等多种中草药为主体，经灭菌、发酵、阴干后制成粉状，起到舒筋通络、活血化瘀、抗血小板聚集、改善微循环等功效，与传统的偏瘫用外敷散相比，每天服用次数少，药效好、周期较短、治疗效率高。
具体实施方式
以下结合下述实施方式进一步说明本发明，下述实施方式仅用于说明本发明，而非限制本发明。
实施例1
s1：桂枝95份、防风70份、白术90份、黄芪85份、天南星92份、川芎63份、红花62份、桃仁65份、石菖蒲90份、姜黄72份、骨碎补52份、三棱70份、莪术73份、伸筋草65份、透骨草62份、防己91份、威灵仙64份、千年健62份、续断25份、徐长卿23份、藁本64份、丹皮72份、赤芍21份、秦艽44份、海风藤65份、天仙藤62份、苍耳子14份、蛇床子33份、地肤子31份混合均匀后，得到混合物A；将混合物粉碎至80目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-4的蒸馏水，装入灭菌锅内，在0.15Mpa压力下灭菌30min后，将灭菌后的混合物料取出，装入消毒后的接种池，冷却到25℃，得混合物B；
S2：将步骤S1中所述混合物B中接种培养好的谢氏丙酸杆菌种，接种量为6％，装入发酵罐中，于温度25℃下持续发酵12h，阴干后得混合物C；
S3：将干燥后的麻黄36份、丁香30份、肉桂45份、荆芥63份、小茴香13份、钩藤74份和混合物C粉碎成粗粉、打包后即可得到所述治疗偏瘫的外敷散。
将上述外敷散以黄酒浸透、加热至38-45℃敷在局部，保鲜膜覆盖后用加热器在局部持续加热外敷1h，一日一次，每30日为一个疗程，一般需3-6个疗程；对病患者使用并临床观察，满足疗程治疗后，总有效率98.0％。
实施例2
S1：桂枝108份、防风90份、白术105份、黄芪95份、天南星105份、川芎78份、红花75份、桃仁76份、石菖蒲108份、姜黄85份、骨碎补64份、三棱85份、莪术83份、伸筋草75份、透骨草75份、防己107份、威灵仙75份、千年健75份、续断35份、徐长卿34份、藁本75份、丹皮85份、赤芍35份、秦艽55份、海风藤75份、天仙藤78份、苍耳子26份、蛇床子45份、地肤子45份混合均匀后，得到混合物A；将混合物粉碎至100目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-8的蒸馏水，装入灭菌锅内，在0.35Mpa压力下灭菌60min后，将灭菌后的混合物料取出，装入消毒后的接种池，冷却到35℃，得混合物B；
S2：将步骤S1中所述混合物B中接种培养好的谢氏丙酸杆菌种，接种量为20％，装入发酵罐中，于温度38℃下持续发酵24h，阴干后得混合物C；
S3：将干燥后的麻黄45份、丁香45份、肉桂55份、荆芥75份、小茴香25份、钩藤85份和混合物C粉碎成粗粉、打包后即可得到所述治疗偏瘫的外敷散。
将上述外敷散以黄酒浸透、加热至38-45℃敷在局部，保鲜膜覆盖后用加热器在局部持续加热外敷1h，一日一次，每30日为一个疗程，一般需3-6个疗程；对病患者使用并临床观察，满足疗程治疗后，总有效率98.5％。
实施例3
S1：将桂枝98份、防风75份、白术95份、黄芪88份、天南星97份、川芎68份、红花66份、桃仁68份、石菖蒲95份、姜黄76份、骨碎补55份、三棱74份、莪术78份、伸筋草67份、透骨草66份、防己96份、威灵仙67份、千年健68份、续断28份、徐长卿29份、藁本69份、丹皮78份、赤芍26份、秦艽46份、海风藤67份、天仙藤66份、苍耳子17份、蛇床子37份、地肤子37份混合均匀后，得到混合物A；将混合物粉碎至80目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-5的蒸馏水，装入灭菌锅内，在0.18Mpa压力下灭菌35min后，将灭菌后的混合物料取出，装入消毒后的接种池，冷却到25℃，得混合物B；
S2：将步骤S1中所述混合物B中接种培养好的谢氏丙酸杆菌种，接种量为13％，装入发酵罐中，于温度28℃下持续发酵15h，阴干后得混合物C；
S3：将干燥后的麻黄38份、丁香35份、肉桂48份、荆芥68份、小茴香17份、钩藤77份和混合物C粉碎成粗粉、打包后即可得到所述治疗偏瘫的外敷散。
将上述外敷散以黄酒浸透、加热至38-45℃敷在局部，保鲜膜覆盖后用加热器在局部持续加热外敷1h，一日一次，每30日为一个疗程，一般需3-6个疗程；对病患者使用并临床观察，满足疗程治疗后，总有效率98.7％。
实施例4
S1：将桂枝103份、防风85份、白术102份、黄芪92份、天南星102份、川芎75份、红花73份、桃仁72份、石菖蒲105份、姜黄83份、骨碎补62份、三棱82份、莪术81份、伸筋草72份、透骨草72份、防己104份、威灵仙73份、千年健71份、续断32份、徐长卿31份、藁本72份、丹皮82份、赤芍33份、秦艽52份、海风藤72份、天仙藤74份、苍耳子22份、蛇床子42份、地肤子43份混合均匀后，得到混合物A；将混合物粉碎至100目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-7的蒸馏水，装入灭菌锅内，在0.30Mpa压力下灭菌55min后，将灭菌后的混合物料取出，装入消毒后的接种池，冷却到30℃，得混合物B；
S2：将步骤S1中所述混合物B中接种培养好的谢氏丙酸杆菌种，接种量为18％，装入发酵罐中，于温度35℃下持续发酵22h，阴干后得混合物C；
s3：将干燥后的麻黄42份、丁香42份、肉桂53份、荆芥72份、小茴香23份、钩藤77-83份和混合物C粉碎成粗粉、打包后即可得到所述治疗偏瘫的外敷散。
将上述外敷散以黄酒浸透、加热至38-45℃敷在局部，保鲜膜覆盖后用加热器在局部持续加热外敷1h，一日一次，每30日为一个疗程，一般需3-6个疗程；对病患者使用并临床观察，满足疗程治疗后，总有效率99.1％。
实施例5
S1：将桂枝100份、防风80份、白术100份、黄芪90份、天南星100份、川芎70份、红花70份、桃仁70份、石菖蒲100份、姜黄80份、骨碎补60份、三棱80份、莪术80份、伸筋草70份、透骨草70份、防己100份、威灵仙70份、千年健70份、续断30份、徐长卿30份、藁本70份、丹皮80份、赤芍30份、秦艽50份、海风藤70份、天仙藤70份、苍耳子20份、蛇床子40份、地肤子40份混合均匀后，得到混合物A；将混合物粉碎至90目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-6.5的蒸馏水，装入灭菌锅内，在0.20Mpa压力下灭菌45min后，将灭菌后的混合物料取出，装入消毒后的接种池，冷却到28℃，得混合物B；
S2：将步骤S1中所述混合物B中接种培养好的谢氏丙酸杆菌种，接种量为14％，装入发酵罐中，于温度35℃下持续发酵18h，阴干后得混合物C；
S3：将干燥后的麻黄40份、丁香40份、肉桂50份、荆芥70份、小茴香20份、钩藤80份和混合物C粉碎成粗粉、打包后即可得到所述治疗偏瘫的外敷散。
将上述外敷散以黄酒浸透、加热至38-45℃敷在局部，保鲜膜覆盖后用加热器在局部持续加热外敷1h，一日一次，每30日为一个疗程，一般需3-6个疗程；对病患者使用并临床观察，满足疗程治疗后，总有效率99.5％。

1.一种治疗偏瘫的外敷散，其特征在于，由以下组分按照所示重量份比例范围配置而成：麻黄36-45份、桂枝95-108份、防风70-90份、白术90-105份、丁香30-45份、肉桂45-55份、黄芪85-95份、天南星92-105份、川芎63-78份、红花62-75份、桃仁65-76份、石菖蒲90-108份、小茴香13-25份、姜黄72-85份、骨碎补52-64份、三棱70-85份、莪术73-83份、伸筋草65-75份、透骨草62-75份、防己91-107份、威灵仙64-75份、千年健62-75份、续断25-35份、徐长卿23-34份、藁本64-75份、荆芥63-75份、钩藤74-85份、丹皮72-85份、赤芍21-35份、秦艽44-55份、海风藤65-75份、天仙藤62-78份、苍耳子14-26份、蛇床子33-45份、地肤子31-45份。

4.一种治疗偏瘫的外敷散的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1：将桂枝、防风、白术、黄芪、天南星、川芎、红花、桃仁、石菖蒲、姜黄、骨碎补、三棱、莪术、伸筋草、透骨草、防己、威灵仙、千年健、续断、徐长卿、藁本、丹皮、赤芍、秦艽、海风藤、天仙藤、苍耳子、蛇床子、地肤子混合均匀后，得到混合物A；将混合物粉碎至80-100目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-4∶8的蒸馏水，装入灭菌锅内，在0.15-0.35Mpa压力下灭菌30-60min后，将灭菌后的混合物料取出，装入消毒后的接种池，冷却到25-35℃，得混合物B；
S2：将步骤S1中所述混合物B中接种培养好的谢氏丙酸杆菌种，接种量为6-20％，装入发酵罐中，于温度25-38℃下持续发酵12-24h，阴干后得混合物C；

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗偏瘫的外敷散的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S1中将混合物粉碎至90目，加入与混合物A成固液比为1-6.5的蒸馏水；在0.2Mpa压力下灭菌45min后，冷却到28℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗偏瘫的外敷散的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S2中接种量为14％，于温度35℃下持续发酵18h。
