本发明提供了一种温灸调理精油，由以下重量份的原料组成:红花精油8～10份，独活精油8～10份，杜仲8～10份，地龙8～10份，桑寄生8～10份，丹参8～10份，赤芍8～10份，乌蛸蛇8～10份，木瓜8～10份，当归8～10份，三七8～10份，白芥子8～10份，血竭8～10份，干姜8～10份以及白酒30～50份等。本发明还提供了一种温灸调理精油的制备方法。本发明所得精油经过与皮肤广泛接触的加热、浸润、渗透，使有效成分透过真皮渗透到肌肉、骨骼及血液中去，直达病灶部位，效果显著且无任何毒副作用，同时施用方法简单，时间快，易掌握。

技术领域
本发明属于精油制品技术领域，具体涉及一种温灸调理精油及其制备方法。
背景技术
精油，是现代社会人们常用的一种保健产品，精油通常是指植物精油，其萃取植物特有的芳香物质，一般取自草本植物的花、叶、根树皮、果实、种子、树脂等，以蒸馏、压榨方式提炼出来挥发油，是芳香植物的高度浓缩提取物，具有植物特有的芳香及药理上的效果。
由于精油挥发性高，且分子小，很容易被人体吸收，并能迅速渗透人体内器官，将多余的成分排除体外，而且植物本身的香味，也直接刺激脑下垂体的分泌，酵素及荷尔蒙分泌等，平衡体内机能，起到美容护肤的作用。目前使用的精油有单方精油和复方精油之分。由于单方精油成分简单，功效单一，不能达到理想的使用效果，难于进行市场推广应用，在使用较多的是混合复方精油，其由多种植物精油组成，功效相对较为全面，使用效果较好，普遍得到使用者的青睐，而复合精油中掌灸精油的应用十分广泛。
人们又用针灸进行治疗或缓解病痛。针灸，是中医文化的瑰宝。但是，针和灸是有很大区别的，不能相互代替。针，就是用针刺皮肤穴位；灸，就是用艾绒或其他药物放置在体表的穴位上烧灼、温熨，借灸火的热力以及药物的作用，通过经络的传导，起到温通气血，扶正祛邪的效果；从而达到治疗疾病和预防保健的目的一种外治方法。古有“灸治百病”的说法。灸法可广泛治疗内，外，妇，儿，五官等各科疾病，对各种急性病，慢性病，常见病，疑难病均可施治。
灸法虽然效果神奇，但是在传统的使用上有两大缺陷；1，用艾绒熏烤穴位时间太长，一般一次治疗需要半个小时以上，一天最少需要两次。2，使用起来专业性强，一般人不容易掌握，这不能符合现代人的生活和工作节奏。
温灸是中国古老的疗法之一，最适宜在夏天进行。不仅有利于养生，也可作为“冬病夏治”的方法之一。它使用艾绒或其他药物放置体表的腧穴或疼痛处烧灼、温熨。借灸火的温和热力及药物作用，通过经络的传导，以温通经脉、调和气血、协调阴阳、扶正祛邪，达到治疗疾病、防病保健、养生美容之功效，《黄帝内经》的《灵枢·官能》说“针所不为，灸之所宜”，《医学入门》亦说：“药之不及，针之不到，必须灸之。”可见灸法很早就被人们所重视，由于其安全性高、无毒副作用、养生保健，因此流传很广。温灸适宜“治未病”
温灸属于针灸范围之中，但不用针刺，而是通过点燃艾绒的热力进行治疗。中医认为，艾叶具有通畅经络、温经止血、散寒止痛、养生保健的作用。而西医分析，艾叶中含有一种主要成份为苦艾醇、酷艾酮的挥发油，有解热、止血、镇痛的作用。艾绒燃烧后生成的抗氧化物质，附着在穴位处的皮肤上，通过灸热渗透进入体内，有清除自由基的效果。
因此,一种用于温灸治疗所用的精油是目前所需。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：针对上述存在的不足，提供一种温灸调理精油及其制备方法，所得精油经过与皮肤广泛接触的加热、浸润、渗透，使有效成分透过真皮渗透到肌肉、骨骼及血液中去，直达病灶部位，效果显著且无任何毒副作用，同时施用方法简单，时间快，易掌握。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：

进一步地，一种温灸调理精油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1) 提取：将所述原料药材投入提取罐内，加入溶剂进行原药提取，提取温度为50～70℃，得到提取液；
2）浓缩：提取结束后，将提取罐的管道阀门按先后顺序打开，把提取液抽入浓缩罐进行低温低压浓缩，过滤，得到浓缩液；
3）冷凝回流提取：将浓缩时产生的二次蒸汽经过冷凝器与冷却器形成的冷凝液回流至提取罐做为新溶剂，新溶剂由上而下通过药材层到提取罐底部，使药材中的可溶性成分溶解于提取罐内的浓缩液,形成新的溶剂回流提取，回流提取2～5次直至提取出澄清的精油，即得到温灸调理精油成品。
进一步地，所述溶剂为水或乙醇、甲醇、丙酮的一种或几种。

综上所述，本发明由于采用了上述方案，具有以下有益效果：
1、本发明依据中医药基础理论，遵循药物的配伍理论，强化了药材的使用量。以红花精油，独活精油，羌活，透骨草，杜仲，三七作为君药，祛风除湿、舒筋活络、活血通经、散瘀止痛；以地龙，桑寄生，丹参，赤芍，乌蛸蛇，木瓜，当归，血竭，鸡血藤，生地，制川乌，制草乌，路路通，防风，荜拔，肉桂，艾叶，续断，土鳖虫，伸筋草，川穹，秦艽，乳香，没药，元胡，白芷，苍耳子，牛膝，青风藤，海风藤，豨莶草，莪术，海桐皮，威灵仙，狗脊，蒲黄，五加皮，全虫，半夏，栀子，苍术，干姜为臣药，开窍、活血、散结、止痛；以蜈蜙，硫黄，冰片，全虫，千年健，大黄，细辛，白芥子，麻黄为佐药，温经、去湿、散寒、消炎，同时使得精油具有一定的安抚舒缓的效果，可以缓解精油给使用者带来的烧灼感，使得精油的使用更加的舒适；以白酒为使药。本发明精油经过与皮肤广泛接触的加热、浸润、渗透，使有效成分透过真皮渗透到肌肉、骨骼及血液中去，直达病灶部位。既可以单独使用，也可以做温灸时配合使用，舒筋活络、活血通经效果显著。可作用于全身各部位，无禁区，作用于全身上百个穴位，无死穴，无任何毒副作用。这不是人们所熟悉的西医和中医，也不同于针灸、按摩、刮 痧、拔罐，但它兼具了它们的优势，是西方科学、中国医学的结晶，集治疗与保健于一身。
2、本发明萃取植物之精华的温灸调理精油不仅具有特殊的香味，而且具有一定的药效，通过沐浴、按摩等方式可以平衡及舒缓身体和精神。精油具有完全的挥发性，能完全溶于酒精和油，对皮肤有很好的渗透性，温暖身体，易于被皮肤吸收，对人体产生间接性的促进、提升，改善人体本身正向功能的加强。
3、采用本发明制备方法制备出的精油质量稳定可控、疗效与现有市售剂型相比显著提高，具有显著的经济和社会效益。制备出的温灸调理精油具有温经散寒、活血化瘀、祛风止痛、疏通经络、强壮筋骨缓解肢体疲劳和运动障碍，改善肌肤微循环的效果，且使用方便，便于储存。
4、制备本发明温灸调理精油的药材有效成分均采用现代工艺被充分提纯，渗透能力强，作用广泛，从而提高了生物利用度；生产工艺简单、环保且成本低，适合于工业化大生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明一种天然丝瓜伤流水美白养肤精华液，作进一步说明。

一种温灸调理精油，由以下重量份的原料组成: 红花精油9份，独活精油10份，杜仲8份，地龙10份，桑寄生9份，丹参9份，赤芍8份，乌蛸蛇8份，木瓜10份，当归10份，三七9份，白芥子10份，血竭8份，鸡血藤9份，蜈蜙5份，生地10份，制川乌10份，制草乌8份，硫黄6份，路路通9份，防风8份，荜拔10份，冰片4.5份，肉桂10份，艾叶10份，白术8份,透骨草16份，续断8份，土鳖虫9份，千年健7份，大黄7份，细辛8份，伸筋草8份，川穹10份，秦艽9份，羌活9份，乳香8份，没药10份，元胡10份，白芷8份，苍耳子10份，麻黄7份，牛膝9份，青风藤8份，海风藤8份，豨莶草10份，莪术10份，海桐皮9份，威灵仙9份，狗脊10份，蒲黄8份，五加皮10份，全虫8份，半夏8份,栀子10份，苍术10份，干姜10份以及白酒50份。
其中，所述温灸调理精油的制备包括以下步骤:

制备方法与实施例1一致。
其中，白酒的酒精度数 为50～60度，溶剂为甲醇。

一种温灸调理精油，由以下重量份的原料组成:红花精油10份，独活精油10份，杜仲10份，地龙10份，桑寄生10份，丹参10份，赤芍10份，乌蛸蛇8份，木瓜8份，当归10份，三七8份，白芥子10份，血竭10份，鸡血藤10份，蜈蜙6份，生地10份，制川乌10份，制草乌10份，硫黄8份，路路通10份，防风10份，荜拔10份，冰片6份，肉桂10份，艾叶10份，白术10份,透骨草20份，续断10份，土鳖虫10份，千年健6份，大黄6份，细辛8份，伸筋草8份，川穹10份，秦艽8份，羌活8份，乳香8～10份，没药8～10份，元胡8份，白芷10份，苍耳子8份，麻黄6份，牛膝10份，青风藤10份，海风藤10份，豨莶草10份，莪术10份，海桐皮10份，威灵仙10份，狗脊10份，蒲黄8份，五加皮8份，全虫8份，半夏10份,栀子10份，苍术10份，干姜10份以及白酒50份。
制备方法与实施例1一致。
其中，白酒的酒精度数 为50～60度，溶剂为水。

1.一种温灸调理精油，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料组成:红花精油8～10份，独活精油8～10份，杜仲8～10份，地龙8～10份，桑寄生8～10份，丹参8～10份，赤芍8～10份，乌蛸蛇8～10份，木瓜8～10份，当归8～10份，三七8～10份，白芥子8～10份，血竭8～10份，鸡血藤8～10份，蜈蜙4～6份，生地8～10份，制川乌8～10份，制草乌8～10份，硫黄5～8份，路路通8～10份，防风8～10份，荜拔8～10份，冰片3～6份，肉桂8～10份，艾叶8～10份，白术8～10份,透骨草10～20份，续断8～10份，土鳖虫8～10份，千年健6～8份，大黄6～8份，细辛6～8份，伸筋草8～10份，川穹8～10份，秦艽8～10份，羌活8～10份，乳香8～10份，没药8～10份，元胡8～10份，白芷8～10份，苍耳子8～10份，麻黄6～8份，牛膝8～10份，青风藤8～10份，海风藤8～10份，豨莶草8～10份，莪术8～10份，海桐皮8～10份，威灵仙8～10份，狗脊8～10份，蒲黄8～10份，五加皮8～10份，全虫8～10份，半夏8～10份,栀子8～10份，苍术8～10份，干姜8～10份以及白酒30～50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温灸调理精油，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料组成:红花精油9份，独活精油10份，杜仲8份，地龙10份，桑寄生9份，丹参9份，赤芍8份，乌蛸蛇8份，木瓜10份，当归10份，三七9份，白芥子10份，血竭8份，鸡血藤9份，蜈蜙5份，生10份，制川乌10份，制草乌8份，硫黄6份，路路通9份，防风8份，荜拔10份，冰片4.5份，肉桂10份，艾叶10份，白术8份,透骨草16份，续断8份，土鳖虫9份，千年健7份，大黄7份，细辛8份，伸筋草8份，川穹10份，秦艽9份，羌活9份，乳香8份，没药10份，元胡10份，白芷8份，苍耳子10份，麻黄7份，牛膝9份，青风藤8份，海风藤8份，豨莶草10份，莪术10份，海桐皮9份，威灵仙9份，狗脊10份，蒲黄8份，五加皮10份，全虫8份，半夏8份,栀子10份，苍术10份，干姜10份以及白酒50份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种温灸调理精油的制备方法，其特征在于：所述白酒的酒精度数 为50～60度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种温灸调理精油的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤:
1) 提取：将所述原料药材投入提取罐内，加入溶剂进行原药提取，提取温度为50～70℃，得到提取液；
2）浓缩：提取结束后，将提取罐的管道阀门按先后顺序打开，把提取液抽入浓缩罐进行低温低压浓缩，过滤，得到浓缩液；
3）冷凝回流提取：将浓缩时产生的二次蒸汽经过冷凝器与冷却器形成的冷凝液回流至提取罐做为新溶剂，新溶剂由上而下通过药材层到提取罐底部，使药材中的可溶性成分溶解于提取罐内的浓缩液,形成新的溶剂回流提取，回流提取2～5次直至提取出澄清的精油，即得到温灸调理精油成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种温灸调理精油的制备方法，其特征在于：所述溶剂为水或乙醇、甲醇、丙酮的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种温灸调理精油的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤2）的真空度保持在-0.05～-0.09MPa。
