本发明涉及一种用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用，所述组合物包括如下原料：川牛膝、天麻、全蝎、人参、当归、透骨草、川断、黄芪、红花、蜈蚣、马钱子、川芎、熟地、地龙、独活、枯矾、元胡、血竭、甲珠、朱砂、水蛭、菟丝子、木瓜、三七、鸡血藤、沉香、龟板、泽泻、乳没散、细辛、丹参、麝香、骨碎补、鹿角胶、威灵仙、牡丹皮和土鳖。本发明的用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物，各中药配伍合理，具有活血化瘀、祛腐生新、强筋壮骨、拔毒排脓、活血消肿、滋补阴液、疏通经络、补髓生骨、开胃消食之功效，能够很好的治疗股骨头坏死，且疗效显著可靠，药性平和，见效快，具有很好的商业前景。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
股骨头坏死是股骨头血供中断或受损，引起骨细胞及骨髓成分死亡及随后的修复，继而导致股骨头结构改变、股骨头塌陷、关节功能障碍的疾病。股骨头坏死又称股骨头缺血性坏死，是骨科领域常见的难治性疾病。ONFH可分为创伤性和非创伤性两大类，前者主要是由股骨颈骨折、髋关节脱位等髋部外伤引起。
在现有的技术中对股骨头坏死的治疗，西医侧重手术治疗，手术治疗多以截骨术、植骨术或髋关节置换术进行治疗。中医侧重非手术治疗，虽然与前者相比费用低，患者治疗过程无创伤，但目前仍没有一种药物能令人感到十分满意的疗效。

本发明的另一个目的在于提出所述的用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：首先将所述原料混合并烘干，然后按照重量比为1:(2～3)加入水并大火加热至沸腾，保温10min～20min，然后文火煮沸3h～6h，再过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗风湿的中药组合物。
进一步地，在过滤时，所述滤网的孔径为1μm～100μm。
进一步地，在烘干时，烘干温度为60℃～80℃，烘干时间为30min～60min。
本发明的再一个目的在于提出所述的方法在制备用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物中的应用。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例，所述实施例是示例性的，旨在用于解释本发明，而不能理解为对本发明的限制。

下述实施例中所用的试验材料，如无特殊说明，均为自常规试剂商店购买得到的。
下述实施例中所用的川牛膝、天麻、全蝎、人参、当归、透骨草、川断、黄芪、红花、蜈蚣、马钱子、川芎、熟地、地龙、独活、枯矾、元胡、血竭、甲珠、朱砂、水蛭、菟丝子、木瓜、三七、鸡血藤、沉香、龟板、泽泻、乳没散、细辛、丹参、麝香、骨碎补、鹿角胶、威灵仙、牡丹皮和土鳖均符合中国药典(2015年版)一部正文各药材项下的有关规定。投料前，通过鉴定，各味药材实物与名称相符，质量符合标准。
实施例1
实施例1提出了一种用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物，包括如下重量份数的原料：川牛膝20份、天麻40份、全蝎20份、人参20份、当归20份、透骨草20份、川断20份、黄芪20份、红花10份、蜈蚣25份、马钱子25份、川芎30份、熟地20份、地龙40份、独活10份、枯矾15份、元胡25份、血竭30份、甲珠10份、朱砂10份、水蛭30份、菟丝子30份、木瓜20份、三七35份、鸡血藤30份、沉香45份、龟板20份、泽泻15份、乳没散15份、细辛20份、丹参20份、麝香15份、骨碎补20份、鹿角胶10份、威灵仙20份、牡丹皮25份和土鳖10份。
实施例1的用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：首先将所述原料混合后在60℃温度下烘干60min，然后按照重量比为1:2加入水并大火加热至沸腾，保温20min，然后文火煮沸3h，再过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗风湿的中药组合物。其中，在过滤时，所述滤网的孔径为100μm。
实施例2

实施例2的用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：首先将所述原料混合后在80℃温度下烘干30min，然后按照重量比为1:3加入水并大火加热至沸腾，保温10min，然后文火煮沸6h，再过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗风湿的中药组合物。其中，在过滤时，所述滤网的孔径为1μm。
实施例3
实施例3提出了一种用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物，包括如下重量份数的原料：川牛膝25份、天麻35份、全蝎27份、人参18份、当归25份、透骨草15份、川断25份、黄芪15份、红花15份、蜈蚣17份、马钱子27份、川芎25份、熟地25份、地龙35份、独活15份、枯矾13份、元胡27份、血竭25份、甲珠15份、朱砂7份、水蛭37份、菟丝子25份、木瓜25份、三七27份、鸡血藤35份、沉香37份、龟板25份、泽泻13份、乳没散23份、细辛15份、丹参25份、麝香13份、骨碎补25份、鹿角胶7份、威灵仙25份、牡丹皮20份和土鳖15份。
实施例3的用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：首先将所述原料混合后在70℃温度下烘干45min，然后按照重量比为1:2加入水并大火加热至沸腾，保温15min，然后文火煮沸4.5h，再过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗风湿的中药组合物。其中，在过滤时，所述滤网的孔径为50μm。
毒性试验
选体重为18～22份、的小白鼠300只(雌雄各150只)，分为3组，每组雌雄各25只，小白鼠背部去毛露出外表皮，去毛范围2cm×2cm，分别涂抹本发明实施例1至实施例3制备得到的中药组合物，给药剂量为0.5份，连续给药30天。给药期间及停药后1周时，观察白鼠生长状态和活动饮食，鉴定血液学、血液生化学、脏器组织结构以及尿常规等。结果发现所有小白鼠均健康生存，无任何毒副作用；解剖观察血象、肝功能、各脏器组织状态，与正常小白鼠比较无差异。实验证明，本发明提供的中药组合物无毒，用药安全可靠。
综上，本发明的用于治疗股骨头坏死的中药组合物，各中药配伍合理，具有活血化瘀、祛腐生新、强筋壮骨、拔毒排脓、活血消肿、滋补阴液、疏通经络、补髓生骨、开胃消食之功效，能够很好的治疗股骨头坏死，且疗效显著可靠，药性平和，见效快，具有很好的商业前景。
