本发明通过将各中药原料与红豆进行混合制得外敷中药袋，对中药原料粒径要求较低，制备过程简单且各原料混合性较好。本发明所述原料中含有的红花、当归、川芎、红藤具有活血化瘀、养血补血及调经等效果；怀牛膝、穿山甲、桑枝、杜仲、威灵仙具有通经活络、横走肢壁等效果；附子、桂枝、茯苓具有温中散寒、去湿止痛的效果；秦艽、伸筋草、透骨草、五加皮、蒺藜有祛风湿、强筋骨的效果；红豆不仅具有补血养血的作用，还具有良好的热传导性，对外敷袋加热后可以充分的将热量均匀分散在中药原料中，激发中药原料混合物的综合药效，大大提升了药袋的治疗效果。本发明针对颈、肩、腰、腿风湿，类风湿性关节炎、网球肘、偏头痛或长期偏头痛、失眠、四肢厥冷等风湿疼痛类疾病有显著疗效。

制备及使用方法如下：
按上述配比称取除红豆以外各原料进行粉碎，过6目筛，加入药袋中与红豆混合。
外敷中药袋在每次使用前需进行加热处理。
临床实验观察：
1)治疗方法：
本发明临床收治60名40-60岁风湿头痛患者。其中，20例为颈、肩、腰、腿风湿病使用上述实施例1中配比混合原料；20例为类风湿性关节炎和偏头痛患者使用上述实施例2中配比混合原料；20例为失眠、四肢厥冷患者使用上述实施例3中配比混合原料。
2)治疗结果
患者使用上述实施例中的外敷中药袋2-4个月后，风湿病症、类风湿性关节炎、偏头痛以及失眠、四肢厥冷现象显著消失，有效率高达98％，效果显著。

5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述治疗风湿疼痛的外敷中药袋的制备方法，其特征在于，按所述配比称取除传热介质外的各原料进行粉碎，过3-6目筛，加入药袋中与传热介质混合。
6.根据权利要求5所述治疗风湿疼痛的外敷中药袋的制备方法，其特征在于，所述外敷中药袋在每次使用前需进行加热处理。
