本发明公开一种抑制纳米颗粒物生成的润滑油组合物,由基础油和添加剂组成,基础油为α烯烃合成基础油,添加剂由清净剂,分散剂,抗磨剂,抗氧抗腐剂,抗泡剂,降凝剂以及粘度指数改进剂组成。本发明采用聚α烯烃合成基础油,选用抗泡剂、降凝剂和粘度指数改进剂,改善了润滑油的粘温性能,具有蒸发损失小,氧化安定性高的优点,挥发性低,缸内消耗少,参与燃烧生成纳米颗粒物少,且磷硫含量低,对发动机生成的纳米颗粒物贡献少。

一种抑制纳米颗粒物生成的润滑油组合物
技术领域
本发明属于内燃机润滑油领域,具体涉及一种抑制纳米颗粒物生成的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,各种机动车辆的保有量不断增加,截至2015年底,全国机动车保有量已达2.79亿辆。汽车尾气排放会给大气环境造成严重污染,其中一个重要方面就是会导致雾霾天气的产生,同时颗粒物也会严重危害人体健康,尤其是大气可吸入颗粒物中的PM10、PM2.5会导致哮喘和呼吸系统炎症等疾病的发生。尤其是纳米颗粒物对人体的危害尤其严重,发动机是大气颗粒物污染的主要来源之一,同时也是纳米颗粒物的主要来源。发动机排放颗粒物是是由各种组分混合而成,包括碳烟、未燃的可溶性有机组分、燃烧生成的硫酸盐等无机盐、润滑油中的灰分以及金属物质或添加剂等。其中纳米颗粒物,指空气动力学粒径小于50nm的颗粒物,主要是核态颗粒物,虽然质量只占到10%,但其数量浓度却达到80%以上。
目前,颗粒物排放控制技术主要有废气涡轮增压、增压中冷、废气再循环、燃烧室优化、喷射系统优化、多气门可变涡流比、柴油氧化型催化剂、颗粒物捕集器等,但其多针对燃油,使润滑油通过缸内消耗并参与燃烧生成的颗粒物所占比重越来越大。在保证减少摩擦磨损、冷却、清洁、密封等功能的基础上,减少润滑油消耗和降低润滑油参与燃烧生成的颗粒物排放量也显得尤为重要,所以,需要开发一种抑制纳米颗粒物生成的润滑油组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提出一种抑制纳米颗粒物生成的润滑油组合物。在关注润滑油减磨、冷却、清洁、密封、降噪等性能的同时,实现减少润滑油消耗和降低润滑油参与燃烧带来的纳米颗粒物排放。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种抑制纳米颗粒物生成的润滑油组合物,由基础油和添加剂组成,基础油为α烯烃合成基础油,添加剂由清净剂,分散剂,抗磨剂,抗氧抗腐剂,抗泡剂,降凝剂以及粘度指数改进剂组成,按照质量百分比(wt%,即润滑油组合物总质量为100wt%),各个组分如下:
清净剂为合成磺酸钙清净剂,质量百分比为0.5-2.0%;分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂,质量百分比为1.0-3.0%;抗磨剂为二烷基硫代磷酸锌,质量百分比为2.0-4.0%;抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷丁辛基锌盐,质量百分比为1.0-2.0%;抗泡剂为甲基硅油类抗泡剂,质量百分比为0.001-0.002%;降凝剂为聚α烯烃降凝剂,质量百分比为0.3-0.5%;粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物粘度指数改进剂,质量百分比为5.0-10.0%;余量为基础油。
在上述技术方案中,基础油为聚α烯烃合成基础油PAO6。
在上述技术方案中,清净剂为高中低碱值的磺酸钙清净剂,如合成磺酸钙清净剂T106,质量百分比为1-2.0%。
在上述技术方案中,分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂T154,质量百分比为2.0-3.0%。
在上述技术方案中,抗磨剂为ZDDP极压抗磨剂,质量百分比为2.5-3%。
在上述技术方案中,抗氧抗腐剂为抗氧抗腐剂T202,质量百分比为1.5—2%。
在上述技术方案中,抗泡剂为甲基硅油类抗泡剂T901。
在上述技术方案中,降凝剂为聚α烯烃降凝剂T803,质量百分比为0.4-0.5%。
在上述技术方案中,粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物粘度指数改进剂T614,质量百分比为6—8%。
在进行制备时,选择向基础油中加入添加剂并混合均匀即可,按照清净剂,分散剂,抗磨剂,抗氧抗腐剂,抗泡剂,降凝剂以及粘度指数改进剂的顺序进行添加。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1.本发明采用聚α烯烃合成基础油,选用抗泡剂、降凝剂和粘度指数改进剂,改善了润滑油的粘温性能,具有蒸发损失小,氧化安定性高的优点。
2.本发明采用合成磺酸钙作为清净剂,采用聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺作为分散剂,采用二烷基硫代磷酸锌作为抗磨剂,采用硫磷丁辛基锌盐作为抗氧剂,具有优良的清净分散性,可以有效抑制积碳和油泥的产生,延长换油周期。
3.本发明提出的润滑油组合物,挥发性低,缸内消耗少,参与燃烧生成纳米颗粒物少,且磷硫含量低,对发动机生成的纳米颗粒物贡献少。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,本发明并不局限于以下实施例。使用各个组分均购自国内润滑油及添加剂厂商,采用国内通用的代号标准。

本实施所述基础油为聚α烯烃合成基础油,选用粘度指数改进剂、抗泡剂和降凝剂多种非功能型添加剂,增加机油粘度,改善其粘温性能,提高剪切稳定性,减少泡沫存在的时间。本实施选用抗磨剂、抗氧剂、清净剂和分散剂,保证润滑油减磨、冷却、清洁、密封等功能的同时,降低其磷硫含量,减少润滑油缸内消耗参与燃烧从而生成纳米颗粒物。
本实施通过发动机台架试验,使用CAMBUSTION公司生产的粒径分析仪DMS500来测试发动机排放中颗粒物粒径分布的变化,该仪器能测量从5nm到1000nm的颗粒物粒径范围。使用API SL/CF级15W-40通用润滑油和本发明实施例制备的润滑油在一台两缸非增压柴油机的试验结果对比显示,在发动机额定转速和功率下,颗粒物粒径分布的峰值呈现了三峰结构,峰值出现在6.5nm、21nm、100nm附近。使用本发明润滑油后,核态颗粒物粒径分布的峰值明显降低,其在6.5nm和21nm附近的峰值高度远远低于使用15W-40通用润滑油时的峰值高度;在聚集态颗粒物排放方面,使用两种不同润滑油后的颗粒物峰值分布变化不大。数量浓度上,使用本实施例润滑油后发动机排气颗粒物数量浓度在整体上减少了约40%,其主要来自于核态纳米颗粒物的减少,即6.5nm和21nm粒径处峰值的降低。与传统的润滑油产品相比,本发明润滑油具有氧化安定性好、蒸发损失小、低磷硫含量、对发动机排放的纳米颗粒物的贡献少等优点。
根据本发明内容记载方案进行组分和含量的调整,制备的润滑油表现出与上述实施例基本一致的性能。以上对本发明做了示例性的描述,应该说明的是,在不脱离本发明的核心的情况下,任何简单的变形、修改或者其他本领域技术人员能够不花费创造性劳动的等同替换均落入本发明的保护范围。
