As shown in fig. 13, the polishing device 2 is provided with at least one group, each group of polishing devices includes a polishing motor 21, a polishing blade (not shown) and a polishing motor fixing base 22, the polishing motor is fixed on the polishing motor fixing base, the polishing blade is mounted on an end portion of a rotating shaft 211 of the polishing motor, and the polishing motor is electrically connected with the control system.
As shown in fig. 1, the material taking device 3 includes a material taking mechanism and a translational driving mechanism 31 capable of driving the material taking mechanism X to reciprocate axially, the material taking mechanism includes a lifting cylinder 32, a revolving cylinder 33 and a material taking assembly, the lifting cylinder is connected with the revolving cylinder, the lifting cylinder drives the material taking assembly to translate up and down, and the revolving cylinder drives the material taking assembly to rotate.
The translation driving mechanism 31 is driven by a cylinder guide rail or a servo motor. The translation driving mechanism is mounted on the workbench through a translation driving mechanism fixing seat 35.
In this embodiment, the material taking assembly includes a fixed plate 341 and a suction cup 342 connected to the fixed plate, where a push rod of the lifting cylinder is connected to the fixed plate, and the suction cup is externally connected to a vacuum device.
As shown in fig. 1, the system further comprises a vision acquisition unit 4, and the vision acquisition unit is electrically connected with the control system. The visual acquisition unit is arranged at the polishing device and can be a camera.
In this embodiment, the rotary platform, the third workbench, the second workbench, the Y axial driving mechanism, the polishing device and the positioning device are all provided with two groups, so that the processing of two light guide plates can be realized at the same time, and the efficiency is improved.
The working principle and working process of the invention are as follows (taking the polishing process of the mobile phone light guide plate as an example):
the mobile phone light guide plate is placed on the rotary product table and the carrier plate, the mobile phone light guide plate starts to work under the control of a preset control system, and the push rod of the first translation cylinder pushes the third sliding block to slide along the third sliding rail so as to drive the first positioning mechanism to be close to the carrier plate; the push rod of the second translation cylinder pushes the fourth slide block to slide along the fourth slide rail so as to drive the second positioning mechanism to be close to the carrier plate, positioning is realized on the light guide plate, the light guide plate is adsorbed on the carrier plate through a negative pressure vacuum system, then the first positioning mechanism and the second positioning mechanism arranged at the third processing surface return, the positioning mechanism arranged at the third processing surface translates along with the third workbench, then the third workbench translates to a polishing station under the driving of the X axial driving mechanism, the polishing motor drives the polishing knife to polish one processing surface of the light guide plate, then the polishing mechanism rotates by 90 degrees under the driving of the X axial driving mechanism and the Y axial driving mechanism and the rotating driving mechanism, the polishing of the second processing surface and the third processing surface of the light guide plate is realized in sequence, the process polishing device is fixed, the translation driving mechanism does not need to translate or lift, and then the translation driving mechanism drives the X axial translation, the lifting cylinder to drive the component to translate up and down, and the material collecting component rotates under the driving of the revolving cylinder, so that the material taking and intelligent polishing are realized;
the debugging process of the positioning device comprises the steps that after the mobile phone light guide plate is placed and the first translation cylinder and the second translation cylinder are driven in place, the first positioning mechanism is adjusted to be located at the general position of equipment through the first base, the position of the positioning rod is pulled, then the positioning rod passes through a threaded hole of the first fixing block through a bolt and is screwed tightly to be fixed on the first fixing block, finally the first fixing block and the first sliding block are pushed to translate along the first sliding rail through a knob of the rotating micrometer so as to drive the positioning rod to be close to a workpiece, and the first fixing block and the first sliding block are moved backwards through a tension spring so as to drive the positioning rod to be far away from the workpiece; and then adjusting the second positioning mechanism to be positioned at the general position of the equipment, pushing the second fixed block and the second sliding block to translate along the second sliding rail by rotating the fine adjustment nut so as to drive the positioning block and the positioning bearing to be close to the workpiece, at the moment, the outer ring of the positioning bearing is propped against the side surface of the workpiece, the limiting boss extends to the upper surface of the workpiece, sliding friction between the first positioning mechanism and the workpiece is converted into rolling friction by the rotation of the positioning bearing, and friction force is reduced, namely, two opposite side surfaces of the workpiece are accurately positioned by a reference positioning mechanism and a buffer type compensation positioning mechanism.

the rotary platform is connected with a rotation driving mechanism for driving the rotary platform to horizontally rotate, and the workbench is also provided with an X-axis driving mechanism capable of driving the rotary platform to reciprocally translate along the X-axis direction and a Y-axis driving mechanism capable of driving the rotary platform to reciprocally translate along the Y-axis direction;
the polishing machine is also provided with a control system, and the positioning device, the polishing device, the material taking device, the rotation driving mechanism, the X-axis driving mechanism and the Y-axis driving mechanism are all electrically connected with the control system;
the positioning device (1) comprises a first positioning mechanism (10) and a second positioning mechanism (20), wherein the light guide plate is a rectangular sheet-shaped light guide plate with three sides needing to be processed, the sides needing to be processed of the light guide plate are defined to be processed surfaces, the first processed surface, the second processed surface and the third processed surface are respectively, the sides needing not to be processed are non-processed surfaces, one of the first processed surface and the third processed surface is an opposite surface, the first positioning mechanism is arranged on one of the first processed surface and the third processed surface, the second positioning mechanism is arranged on the other one of the first processed surface and the third processed surface, and the second positioning mechanism is arranged on the second processed surface, and the non-processed surface corresponds to the positioning sheet (501); the first positioning mechanism and the positioning sheet are both reference positioning mechanisms, and the second positioning mechanism is a buffer type positioning mechanism;
positioning the first processing surface and the third processing surface of the light guide plate in the direction of the first processing surface and the third processing surface is realized through a first positioning mechanism and a second positioning mechanism; the positioning sheet is fixed on the carrier plate, and the positioning of the second processing surface and the non-processing surface of the light guide plate is realized through the second positioning mechanism and the positioning sheet;
the first positioning mechanism comprises a positioning rod (101), a first fixed block (102), a first sliding block (103), a first sliding rail (104), a tension spring (105), a first base (106) and a micrometer (107), wherein the first sliding rail is fixed on the first base, the positioning rod is installed on the first fixed block, the first fixed block is fixed on the first sliding block, the micrometer is installed on the first base, a micrometer screw of the micrometer abuts against the first fixed block, one end of the tension spring is installed on the first base, the other end of the tension spring is installed on the first fixed block, and the first sliding block can translate along the first sliding rail;
when the positioning device is positioned, the end part of the positioning rod is propped against the side surface of the light guide plate to be positioned, the knob of the micrometer is rotated to push the first fixed block and the first sliding block to translate along the first sliding rail so as to drive the positioning rod to be close to the light guide plate, and the tension spring is used for moving the first fixed block and the first sliding block backwards so as to drive the positioning rod to be far away from the light guide plate;
the second positioning mechanism comprises a positioning bearing (201), a positioning block (202), a second fixed block (203), a second sliding block (204), a second sliding rail (205), an elastic piece (206) and a second fixing seat (207), wherein the positioning bearing is arranged at the end part of the positioning block, the positioning block is arranged on the second fixed block, the second sliding rail is arranged on the second fixing seat, the second sliding block can translate along the second sliding rail, the elastic piece is arranged between the second fixed block and the second fixing seat, and the second sliding block is driven to translate along the second sliding rail through the deformation of the elastic piece so as to drive the positioning block and the positioning bearing to be close to or far away from the light guide plate;
the second positioning mechanism further comprises a fine adjustment nut (208), the fine adjustment nut penetrates through the second fixing seat, and the distance between the second fixing block and the second fixing seat is adjusted by rotating the fine adjustment nut so as to adjust the distance between the positioning bearing and the light guide plate;
