本发明提供一种人工皮脂膜及其制造方法，人工皮脂膜包括：原料成分及相对质量比例为78.4％～2％的三酸甘油脂、1％～15％的蜡酯类、20％～35％的角鲨烷、0.1％～7％的游离脂肪酸、0.1％～6％的磷脂质、0.1％～10％的胆固醇酯、0.1％～10％的胆固醇、0.1％～10％的抗氧化物及0.1％～5％的细胞活性物。本发明主要是通过修改人工皮脂膜的原料组成比例以减少其氧化所产的负面作用，并增加角鲨烷的比例，使得处于高污染下的肌肤可以恢复到正常的平衡状态，且更添加有抗氧化物与细胞活性物成分，以延长人工皮脂膜的氧化时间与补充细胞的三磷酸腺苷。

技术领域
本发明为一种人工皮脂膜及其制造方法，尤是指用于制造具高抗氧化性及高渗透性的皮脂膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有人工皮脂膜，则普遍存在有以下缺点：第一、所含的三酸甘油脂容易氧化，长期存放后容易造成颜色与气味上的变化，且容易分解出游离脂肪酸而导致pH下降。第二、若是置放于低温环境下，则容易冻结或是造成特定熔点较高的成分释出而导致在组成成分上出现变化。再者，由于现在污染的程度日益严重(包含PM2.5悬浮微粒、紫外线、高温等因素)，造成高污染地区(如人口较多的都市)居民的皮脂层屏障能力普遍不足。
综合以上内容，目前的人造皮脂可能存在容易氧化与安定性不佳的缺点，另外面对环境逆境日益增加的状况，现行的皮脂组成将会因为与污染物作用后，造成屏障程度降低，无法有效防御肌肤，因此本发明主要开发出改良的人工皮脂膜，针对上述缺点进行改善与渗透性的补强。
发明内容
本发明主要是通过修改人工皮脂膜的原料组成比例以减少其氧化所产的负面作用，并增加角鲨烷的比例，使得处于高污染下的肌肤可以恢复到正常的平衡状态，且更添加有抗氧化物与细胞活性物成分，以延长人工皮脂膜的氧化时间与补充细胞的三磷酸腺苷。

于一实施例中，抗氧化物包含：苦茶油、维他命E类、维他命C类、小麦胚芽油或不饱和脂肪酸中的任意一种或者两种以上的组合；其中，维他命 E类是指维他命E或其衍生物；维他命C类是指维他命C或其衍生物；细胞活性物包含三磷酸腺苷或藻类萃取物中的任意一种或者两种的组合。三酸甘油脂是指三酸甘油脂或其衍生物，角鲨烷是指角鲨烷或其衍生物，胆固醇酯是指胆固醇酯或其衍生物。
于一实施例中，抗氧化物中的苦茶油，则尤是指中国台湾苦茶油。
本发明提供一种上述人工皮脂膜的制造方法，包含以下步骤：(1)分别将该三酸甘油脂、该角鲨烷及该抗氧化物，以60℃～90℃进行加热混合至完全溶解，而制成第一混合原料；(2)将该蜡酯类、该游离脂肪酸、该磷脂质、该胆固醇酯及该胆固醇，以60℃～90℃进行加热混合至完全溶解，而制成第二混合原料；(3)将该第一混合原料与该第二混合原料，进行均匀混合搅拌并降温冷却至40℃～50℃时加入该细胞活性物，再进行均匀混合搅拌并降温冷却至常温，即为人工皮脂膜。
为了对本发明的技术特征进行更进一步的了解，以下谨以一具体实施例作详细说明。
具体实施方式
实施例一，一种人工皮脂膜及其制造方法，人工皮脂膜包括：原料成分及相对比例为78.4％～2％的三酸甘油脂、1％～15％的蜡酯类、20％～35％的角鲨烷、0.1％～7％的游离脂肪酸、0.1％～6％的磷脂质、0.1％～10％的胆固醇酯、0.1％～10％的胆固醇、0.1％～10％的抗氧化物及0.1％～5％的细胞活性物，上述相对比例均指质量比。
一种制造上述人工皮脂膜的方法：分别将该三酸甘油脂、该角鲨烷及该抗氧化物，以70℃进行加热混合至完全溶解，而制成第一混合原料；将该蜡酯类、该游离脂肪酸、该磷脂质、该胆固醇酯及该胆固醇，以摄氏70℃进行加热混合至完全溶解，而制成第二混合原料；将该第一混合原料与该第二混合原料，进行均匀混合搅拌并降温冷却至40～50℃时加入该细胞活性物，再进行均匀混合搅拌并降温冷却至常温，即为人工皮脂膜。其中，加热温度亦可设定于60℃～90℃之间。
而该三酸甘油脂，则是使用三酸甘油脂，在使用上亦可以用三酸甘油脂衍生物来替代。该角鲨烷，则是使用角鲨烷，在使用上亦可以用角鲨烷衍生物来替代。该胆固醇酯，则是使用胆固醇酯，在使用上亦可以用胆固醇酯衍生物来替代。
该蜡酯类，则是使用羊毛脂；该游离脂肪酸，则是使用棕榈酸；该磷脂质，则是使用卵磷脂；该胆固醇酯，则是使用羊毛固醇混合酯；该细胞活性物，则是使用三磷酸腺苷。而该抗氧化物，亦可选用包含：苦茶油、维他命 E类、维他命C类、小麦胚芽油或不饱和脂肪酸中的任意一种或者两种以上的组合；其中，该维他命E类，则是指维他命E或其衍生物；该维他命C类，则是指维他命C或其衍生物。该细胞活性物，亦可选用包含：三磷酸腺苷或藻类萃取物中的任意一种或者两种的组合。另，该抗氧化物中的苦茶油，则是使用中国台湾苦茶油。
本发明的该人工皮脂膜与一般现有技术的差异，主要是在于具有含量较低的该三酸甘油脂以减少氧化的可能与游离脂肪酸释放的负面作用；另外，可通过提高该角鲨烷在组成中的成分比例以平衡于恶劣环境中角鲨烷的快速流失，亦有助于处在高污染环境下的肌肤来恢复到正常平衡的状态；再者，更添加有该卵磷脂来做为该磷脂质以包覆于该人工皮脂膜外围而形成 0.025μm至3.5μm的球体的微脂囊，由以使得该人工皮脂膜得以快速且深入地渗透，进而被传递进入肌肤来达到填补肌肤屏障的效果。
本发明的该人工皮脂膜亦额外添加该苦茶油(使用中国台湾特有种苦茶油)来做为高效的该抗氧化物，由以减少脂质的氧化并有效延长人工皮脂膜的保存期限；其中，在抗氧化的领域上，已有文献指出苦茶油内含丰富抗氧化成分，如茶多酚、叶绿素、甘素、维生素A、维生素E、不饱和脂肪酸等，因此具有清除自由基的功效；且临床医学研究指出苦茶油具有减少血管栓塞的机率、延缓衰老、调节血脂、血糖、通便、保肝等保健功效；在营养学界有“植物黄金”的美誉，且含有角鲨烯0.5％左右，能促进血液循环、活化身体机能细胞、消炎杀菌、修复细胞、加快伤口愈合。本发明的该人工皮脂膜更添加该三磷酸腺苷来做为该细胞活性物，由以诱使细胞自行产生三磷酸腺苷，并可促进细胞呼吸作用进而加强细胞代谢的功能，且有助于处在高污染环境下的肌肤来恢复到正常平衡的状态。
本发明的该人工皮脂膜，除了具有保湿润肤的效果外，更有高抗氧化性、高渗透性与协助处于高污染环境中的肌肤恢复正常皮脂组成的作用；其中，更搭配微脂囊的快速、深度的渗透技术，来达到同时补充细胞间脂质与建构完整皮脂膜系统的优点。

而该三酸甘油脂，则是指三酸甘油脂或其衍生物；该角鲨烷，则是指角鲨烷或其衍生物；该胆固醇酯，则是指胆固醇酯或其衍生物。
2.如权利要求1所述的人工皮脂膜，其特征在于，该抗氧化物中的该苦茶油，则尤是指中国台湾苦茶油。
3.一种制造如权利要求1或2所述的人工皮脂膜的制造方法，其特征在于，包含以下步骤：
(1)分别将该三酸甘油脂、该角鲨烷及该抗氧化物，以60℃～90℃进行加热混合至完全溶解，而制成第一混合原料；
(2)将该蜡酯类、该游离脂肪酸、该磷脂质、该胆固醇酯及该胆固醇，以60℃～90℃进行加热混合至完全溶解，而制成第二混合原料；
(3)将该第一混合原料与该第二混合原料，进行均匀混合搅拌并降温冷却至40℃～50℃时加入该细胞活性物，再进行均匀混合搅拌并降温冷却至常温，即为人工皮脂膜。
