一种高压井口液动节流阀,包括阀体,筒状阀座,紧帽,锥台阀芯,阀杆;阀体一侧为阀门出口,阀体上设有筒状阀座作为阀的进口,筒状阀座位于阀体底部,在筒状阀座上方为阀杆,筒状阀座的上端侧部通阀门出口,阀杆下端部固定连接阀芯,阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台阀芯在阀体内筒状阀座上方运动,锥台阀芯在伸入筒状阀座时限流或截止整个阀的流体通路,锥台阀芯在向上离开筒状阀座不同距离时控制流体通路的开度;筒状阀座在阀体上设有密封圈。

Description

一种超高压井口节流阀
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种适用于油田开采等工程的阀门,是一种对油田开采进行节流控制的专用超高压阀门。
背景技术:
随着我国的国民经济的高速发展。需要的原油成倍的增长,用于控制管路的阀门越来越多,同时越来越越多的油田被开发建设,由于油的密度大并且板结,需注入高压的液体开采,同时原油中的硫化物等腐蚀性物质含量高。在井口的阀门就起着关键作用。传统井口的的管路采用平板闸板,流阻大,操作力距大,操作不方便,效率低下。整个管线很长,极不方便,同时设备成本变大。闸板由于不能很好的解决密封圈耐高与长期使用磨损后的补偿。使用寿命极短,不到10个月就需要更换新的阀门,造成极大的浪费,以及更换时停工对生产的影响和需要大量的人力。
高压井口液动节流阀要求较高,要承受极高的压力(如到15MPa),必须增加阀门使用的可靠性,提高自动化程度,降低劳动强度,针对这种工况状况专门设计制造的。尤其是对节流阀的要求更高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的,提出一种高压井口耐极高的压力液动节流阀,降低劳动强度,针对高压工况状况专门设计制造的。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高压井口液动节流阀,包括阀体,筒状阀座,紧帽,锥台阀芯,阀杆;阀体一侧为阀门出口,阀体上设有筒状阀座作为阀的进口,筒状阀座位于阀体底部,在筒状阀座上方为阀杆,筒状阀座的上端侧部通阀门出口,阀杆下端部固定连接阀芯,阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台阀芯在阀体内筒状阀座上方运动,锥台阀芯在伸入筒状阀座时限流或截止整个阀的流体通路,锥台阀芯在向上离开筒状阀座不同距离时控制流体通路的开度;筒状阀座在阀体上设有密封圈。
阀杆头部阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台上设有向锥台尖端方向的流向槽;阀杆在阀体出口的上方也设有组合填料单元,包括填料座,密封挡圈,高压密封圈,组合填料。
有益效果,本发明采用超高压密封圈,保证在超高工况条件下的密封。下进口和左右阀出口结构具有耐高压的性能,尤其是阀杆头部阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台上设有流向槽,利于阀杆头部阀芯平衡结构,保证在超高压工况下的节流稳定与介质的冲蚀。填料采用两层或三层填料的组合结构,保证密封的可靠性。采用硬质合金堆焊技术在阀座或阀内其它密封面设有堆焊层,耐腐蚀,耐冲击,保证阀门的使用寿命。

阀体的底部开孔,底部开孔(阀的进口)内衬筒状阀座,设有下部紧帽将阀座固定,阀座为圆筒形,筒状阀座嵌在阀体上,筒状阀座在阀体嵌入的位置设有密封圈,阀芯通过或螺栓固定在阀杆上,阀体也是一个筒形。阀体一侧面设有阀门出口,阀体上设有筒状阀座作为阀的进口,筒状阀座位于阀体底部,在筒状阀座上方为阀杆,筒状阀座的上端侧部通阀门出口,阀杆下端部固定连接阀芯,阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台阀芯在阀体内筒状阀座上方运动,锥台阀芯在伸入筒状阀座时限流或截止整个阀的流体通路,锥台阀芯在向上离开筒状阀座不同距离时控制流体通路的开度;筒状阀座在阀体上设有密封圈。密封圈为超高压密封圈,阀门具有下进口和左右阀出口结构,采用超高压密封圈;筒状阀座和阀芯耐高压的效果好。阀杆头部阀芯采用多流向槽的平衡结构。采用整体模锻结构,采用不同种类的硬质合金堆焊技术。当通过阀门阀杆向上运动时,调节介质流量变大,压力变小。当阀杆向下运动,调节介质流量变小,压力变高。
阀杆头部阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台上设有向锥台尖端方向的流向槽;阀杆在阀体出口的上方也设有填料密封,包括填料座、密封挡圈、高压密封圈、组合填料。
采用多道密封圈的结构。阀体等采用采用整体模锻结构;采用不同种类的硬质合金堆焊技术。
整个阀体结构耐高压性能好,采用超高压密封圈,保证在超高工况条件下的密封。阀杆头部采用多流向槽的平衡结构,保证在超高压工况下的节流稳定与介质的冲蚀。填料采用组合结构,保证密封的可靠性。

1.一种高压井口液动节流阀,其特征是,包括阀体,筒状阀座,紧帽,锥台阀芯,阀杆;阀体一侧为阀门出口,阀体上设有筒状阀座作为阀的进口,筒状阀座位于阀体底部,在筒状阀座上方为阀杆,筒状阀座的上端侧部通阀门出口,阀杆下端部固定连接阀芯,阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台阀芯在阀体内筒状阀座上方运动,锥台阀芯在伸入筒状阀座时限流或截止整个阀的流体通路,锥台阀芯在向上离开筒状阀座不同距离时控制流体通路的开度;筒状阀座在阀体上设有密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压井口液动节流阀,其特征是,阀杆头部阀芯采用锥台结构,锥台上设有向锥台尖端方向的流向槽;阀杆在阀体出口的上方也设有组合填料单元,包括填料座,密封挡圈,高压密封圈,组合填料。
