背景技术:
太阳能硅片也称太阳能电池片,主要分为晶硅类和非晶硅类,其中晶硅类电池片又可以分为单晶电池片和多晶电池片;单晶硅的效率较多晶硅也有区别。目前太阳能硅片长时间会产生污垢,如不及时清洗,会影响产品生产,同时大部分清洗剂具有毒物质,容易腐蚀皮肤,而目前并没有具有针对太阳能硅片的高效专用清洗剂。

其中对实施例1至实施例3的太阳能硅片用高效清洗剂与市面上目前在售的普通的清洗剂的清洗效果进行实验对比,而实验结果显示,实施例1至实施例3中的清洗剂的清洗出来的硅片的效果更好,而且不伤手,因而,本实施例中的太阳能硅片用高效清洗剂具有更好的清洗效果。
上述太阳能硅片用高效清洗剂成分组成简单,制作成本低廉,制作工艺简单,而且有效提高硅片的清洗效果,另外还无危害、不伤手,实用性和经济效果高。
