本发明涉及弹簧生产导热元件设备技术领域,具体为一种弹簧生产用导热硅胶片。
背景技术
弹簧生产时,导热片是常用的导热材料。
目前,传统的弹簧生产用导热硅胶片导热性能差、绝缘性能差、阻燃性能差、防水性能差、柔性差,另外使用时粘接固定复杂,需要借助其他胶水进行粘接,大大的降低了弹簧生产用导热硅胶片的效果,从限制了弹簧生产用导热硅胶片的适用范围,难以满足使用者和市场的需求,同时减缓了弹簧生产用导热硅胶片的发展速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹簧生产用导热硅胶片,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,所具有的有益效果是;多层吸热层、导热层和散热层的设计,可以大大的提高弹簧生产用导热硅胶片的导热效果,增加器件的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种弹簧生产用导热硅胶片,包括防水层、吸热层、散热通风层和快速导热层,所述防水层的上表面上设置有凸台和凹槽,且凸台与凹槽间隔分布,所述凸台和凹槽之间固定安装有温度报警器,所述散热通风层设置在防水层的左右两端,所述防水层的下端粘接有减震缓冲层和一级快速散热层,且一级快速散热层粘接在减震缓冲层的下端,所述一级快速散热层的下端与二级快速散热层通过粘接固定连接,且二级快速散热层的内部安装有微型电源和微型芯片,所述快速导热层和吸热层粘接在二级快速散热层的下端,所述吸热层的下端设置有粘接层和可剥离防尘层,且可剥离防尘层粘接在粘接层底部。
优选的,所述粘接层的表面上设置有温度感应器和导热金属片。
优选的,所述散热通风层的内部设置有散热通风网,且散热通风网开设有散热通风口。
优选的,所述微型芯片分别与温度报警器、微型电源和温度感应器电性连接。
优选的,所述粘接层由耐高温材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该设备多层吸热层、导热层和散热层的设计,可以大大的提高弹簧生产用导热硅胶片的导热效果,增加器件的使用寿命,温度感应器、微型芯片和温度报警器的配合是用,可以在器件温度过高时发出报警,起到提示的作用,散热通风网和散热通风口的使用,可以增加弹簧生产用导热硅胶片的散热效果,粘接层的设计,更加方便弹簧生产用导热硅胶片的固定安装,导热效果显著,可以很好的满足使用者的需求。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种弹簧生产用导热硅胶片,包括防水层3、吸热层10、散热通风层7和快速导热层9,防水层3的上表面上设置有凸台1和凹槽2,且凸台1与凹槽2间隔分布,凸台1和凹槽2之间固定安装有温度报警器5,散热通风层7设置在防水层3的左右两端,防水层3的下端粘接有减震缓冲层4和一级快速散热层6,且一级快速散热层6粘接在减震缓冲层4的下端,一级快速散热层6的下端与二级快速散热层8通过粘接固定连接,且二级快速散热层8的内部安装有微型电源12和微型芯片11,快速导热层9和吸热层10粘接在二级快速散热8层的下端,吸热层10的下端设置有粘接层14和可剥离防尘层13,且可剥离防尘层13粘接在粘接层14底部,粘接层14的表面上设置有温度感应器15和导热金属片16,散热通风层7的内部设置有散热通风网17,且散热通风网17开设有散热通风口18,微型芯片11分别与温度报警器5、微型电源12和温度感应器15电性连接,粘接层14由耐高温材料。
工作原理;使用时,将粘接层14底部的可剥离防尘层13撕开,通过粘接层14的粘接作用将弹簧生产用导热硅胶片粘接在使用器件的表面上,通过弹簧生产用导热硅胶片内部的吸热层、导热层和散热层的作用将器件的温度导出来,实现散热功能,当器件温度过高时温度感应器15将信号传给微型芯片11,微型芯片11再控制温度报警器5发出报警信号,提醒工作人员进行及时处理。
