Abstract
本发明公开了一种PET膜和PU膜的复合方法,包括以下步骤,步骤一,沿着复合辊方向分别运行PU膜和PET膜,并在靠近复合辊的位置对PU膜进行加热,加热温度为60‑150℃,PU膜和PET膜的运行速度为20‑50m/s;步骤二,使PU膜和PET膜通过复合辊进行复合压实。该PET膜和PU膜的复合方法使得PU膜和PET膜可以直接复合,无需粘胶层,扩大了应用范围,同时复合效果好,不易产生缩皱,气泡等问题。

技术领域:
本发明涉及医疗用品领域,具体是一种PET膜和PU膜的复合方法及应用。
背景技术:
PET膜又名耐高温聚酯薄膜,它具有优异的物理性能、化学性能及尺寸pet膜稳定性、透明性、可回收性,可广泛的应用于磁记录、感光材料、电子、电气绝缘、工业用膜、包装装饰等领域;PU膜即为聚氨酯薄膜,是一种无毒无害的环保材料,对人体皮肤无任何伤害,并广泛应用于服装面料、医疗卫生、皮革等领域。医疗领域种,PU膜常作为防水层使用,而PET膜长作为粘胶层隔离膜使用,但PU膜上涂布夹层,与PET膜复合时容易起皱,气泡,对生产工艺要求极高,良品率一直不是很理想,而且粘胶层在使用时对皮肤有诸多限制。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种方便复合的PET膜和PU膜的复合方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种PET膜和PU膜的复合方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,沿着复合辊方向分别运行PU膜和PET膜,并在靠近复合辊的位置对PU膜进行加热,加热温度为60-150℃,PU膜和PET膜的运行速度为20-50m/s;
步骤二,使PU膜和PET膜通过复合辊进行复合压实。
本发明提供的另一技术方案是,提供一种PET膜和PU膜的应用,热合的PET膜和PU膜应用于防水伤口敷料和婴儿护脐贴。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本工艺使得PU膜和PET膜可以直接复合,无需粘胶层,扩大了应用范围,同时复合效果好,不易产生缩皱,气泡等问题。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种PET膜和PU膜的复合方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,沿着复合辊方向分别运行PU膜和PET膜,并在靠近复合辊的位置对PU膜进行加热,加热温度为60-150℃,PU膜和PET膜的运行速度为20-50m/s;较佳的,加热温度为90℃,运行速度为35m/s,
步骤二,使PU膜和PET膜通过复合辊进行复合压实。
本工艺热合的PET膜和PU膜可应用于防水伤口敷料和婴儿护脐贴。
本工艺使得PU膜和PET膜可以直接复合,无需粘胶层,扩大了应用范围,同时复合效果好,不易产生缩皱,气泡等问题。

1.一种PET膜和PU膜的复合方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,沿着复合辊方向分别运行PU膜和PET膜,并在靠近复合辊的位置对PU膜进行加热,加热温度为60-150℃,PU膜和PET膜的运行速度为20-50m/s;
步骤二,使PU膜和PET膜通过复合辊进行复合压实。
2.一种PET膜和PU膜的应用,其特征在于:热合的PET膜和PU膜应用于防水伤口敷料和婴儿护脐贴。
