Abstract

本发明提供的一种具有纳米颗粒的复合织物,包括:由外向内依次设置的表层、中间层和里层;表层采用维纶纤维编织制成,所述里层采用棉纤维编织制成;所述中间层采用混合纤维束编织制成,所述混合纤维束包括一根主纤维丝、五根支纤维丝和银丝,五根所述支纤维丝和银丝缠绕在主纤维丝的外侧外层;所述混合纤维束外表面包附有二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层。本发明提高了复合面料的抑菌效果,并提高了复合面料的抗静电效果。

具有纳米颗粒的复合织物
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织复合面料领域,具体涉及一种具有纳米颗粒的复合织物。
背景技术
随着纺织业的飞速发展,织物面料也迎来了它们的新时代,人们对现代织物的要求也越 来越高,对功能方面的特征要求也越来越多。
现有的公开号为CN101125470A的专利文献公开了一种《多层复合面料》 ,将使用棉质或丝质或人造纤维线材质的面层、中间层、底层的叠合,用棉质或丝质或人造纤维线按照规定的线迹进行缝合复合;然后把缝合复合成的面料进行水洗或染色再水洗,但是三者均采取单一的材质或简单的组合,面层、中间层、底层分配不合理,其抑菌性能较差,功能单一。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种具有纳米颗粒的复合织物,解决了现有的复合面料抑菌性能较差的缺陷。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种具有纳米颗粒的复合织物,包括: 由外向内依次设置的表层、中间层和里层;表层采用维纶纤维编织制成,所述里层采用棉纤维编织制成;所述中间层采用混合纤维束编织制成,所述混合纤维束包括一根主纤维丝、五根支纤维丝和银丝,五根所述支纤维丝和银丝缠绕在主纤维丝的外侧外层;所述混合纤维束外表面包附有二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层。本发明分设表层、中间层和里层,其中里层采取吸湿排汗的棉纤维,其与肌肤接触,保证了吸湿排汗性能,表层的维纶纤维,机械性能较好;而中间层采用混合纤维束编织,混合纤维束其纤维直径大于一般的纤维丝,其空隙较大,其透气性较好与里层的吸湿排汗的棉纤维合理搭配,混合纤维束采取支纤维丝和银丝,并在外表面包裹二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层,其中二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层提高了复合面料的抑菌效果,接触二氧化钛纳米颗粒的银丝还提高了复合面料的抗静电效果。
优选的,所述主纤维丝采用棉纤维。
优选的,所述支纤维丝采用涤纶纤维。
优选的,所述支纤维丝表面还有一对对称设置条形的凹槽,一对凹槽分别接触主纤维丝和二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层。本发明中支纤维丝采取凹槽,其中一侧的凹槽方便与主纤维丝抵触起着防滑的作用,另外位于支纤维丝径向另一侧的凹槽增加附着面积,便于固定二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶,另外由于支纤维丝采用涤纶纤加工性能较差,故采用还有一对对称设置条形的凹槽,通过特殊模具可以直接生产出来。
优选的,所述凹槽在剖面上为V形,其中V形的开口朝外设置。
优选的,所述银丝具有外表面具有若干段沿银丝具轴向方向设置的向内凹陷形成的限位槽,所述限位槽在剖面方向上为梯形,其中梯形的宽口接触主纤维丝。
优选的,所述银丝上还设有沿银丝具轴向方向设置的固定槽,所述固定槽在剖面上为V形,其中V形的开口朝外设置。本发明的银丝采取不对称限位槽和固定槽设置,在生产过程便于装配不易出错,由于银材质可加工性能(延展性)较好,设置多段限位槽便于增加银丝与主纤维丝之间的摩擦力不容易移位,设置V形的固定槽便于于固定二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶,增大二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层附着在银丝上的附着力。
优选的,所述限位槽位于银丝径向的一侧表面,所述固定槽位于银丝径向的另一侧的表面。
优选的,所述表层、中间层和里层通过涤纶纤维线缝合至一起。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供的一种具有纳米颗粒的复合织物,其具有以下优点:
1、本发明分设表层、中间层和里层,其中里层采取吸湿排汗的棉纤维,其与肌肤接触,保证了吸湿排汗性能,表层的维纶纤维,机械性能较好;而中间层采用混合纤维束编织,混合纤维束其纤维直径大于一般的纤维丝,其空隙较大,其透气性较好与里层的吸湿排汗的棉纤维合理搭配,混合纤维束采取支纤维丝和银丝,并在外表面包裹二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层,其中二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层提高了复合面料的抑菌效果,接触二氧化钛纳米颗粒的银丝还提高了复合面料的抗静电效果。
2、本发明中支纤维丝采取凹槽,其中一侧的凹槽方便与主纤维丝抵触起着防滑的作用,另外位于支纤维丝径向另一侧的凹槽增加附着面积,便于固定二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶,另外由于支纤维丝采用涤纶纤加工性能较差,故采用还有一对对称设置条形的凹槽,通过特殊模具可以直接生产出来。

实施例1:本发明提供的一种具有纳米颗粒的复合织物,包括: 由外向内依次设置的表层1、中间层2和里层3;表层采用维纶纤维编织制成,所述里层采用棉纤维编织制成;所述中间层采用混合纤维束4编织制成,所述混合纤维束包括一根主纤维丝5、五根支纤维丝6和银丝7,五根所述支纤维丝和银丝缠绕在主纤维丝的外侧外层;所述混合纤维束外表面包附有二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层8。

所述主纤维丝采用棉纤维;
所述支纤维丝采用涤纶纤维;
所述支纤维丝表面还有一对对称设置的条形的凹槽,一对凹槽分别接触主纤维丝和二氧化钛纳米颗粒胶层;
所述银丝外表面具有若干段沿银丝轴向方向设置的向内凹陷形成的限位槽,所述限位槽在剖面方向上为梯形,其中梯形的宽口接触主纤维丝;
所述银丝上还设有沿银丝轴向方向设置的固定槽,固定槽在剖面上为V形,其中V形的开口朝外设置。
