技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种舒适抗静电型面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
现有的面料抗静电性能较差,抗静电的实现需要金属线,现有的抗静电面料中加入金属丝,这样就会造成面料粗糙,为此,本发明提出一种舒适抗静电型面料,用来解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种舒适抗静电型面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种舒适抗静电型面料,包括防水层、保温层、透气层和抗静电层,所述防水层的底部设有保温层,所述保温层的底部设有透气层,所述透气层的底部设有抗静电层,其中,所述透气层包括麻线、竹纤维线、碳纤维线和珍珠纤维线,所述麻线、竹纤维线、碳纤维线和珍珠纤维线交替沉浮编织,所述麻线和竹纤维线沿水平方向上设置,碳纤维线和珍珠纤维线沿竖直方向上设置,所述抗静电层包括基布和金属丝,所述金属丝编织在基布的上表面,金属丝包括聚酯纤维线和银纤维线,其中,聚酯纤维线的表面缠绕有银纤维线。
优选的,所述麻线有多根麻纤维线缠绕编织而成。
优选的,所述防水层与保温层通过热熔胶粘接在一起。
优选的,所述保温层、透气层和抗静电层通过连接线缝制在一起。
优选的,所述抗静电层中基布采用棉质材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过透气层的设计,透气层包括麻线、竹纤维线、碳纤维线和珍珠纤维线,麻线的加入,使面料透气性更好,珍珠纤维线既有珍珠养颜护肤功效,又有粘胶纤维吸湿透气、穿着舒适的特性,竹纤维线具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、冬暖夏凉、绿色环保等特点,聚酯纤维线的表面缠绕有银纤维线,银纤维线为金属导电材料,具备抗静电功能,因此面料也具有抗静电功能,本发明结构新颖,设计巧妙,结构合理,适合推广。

本发明中,麻线10有多根麻纤维线缠绕编织而成,防水层1与保温层2通过热熔胶4粘接在一起,保温层2、透气层3和抗静电层5通过连接线6缝制在一起,抗静电层5中基布采用棉质材料。
本发明在使用时,通过透气层3的设计,透气层3包括麻线10、竹纤维线9、碳纤维线7和珍珠纤维线8,麻线10的加入,使面料透气性更好,珍珠纤维线8既有珍珠养颜护肤功效,又有粘胶纤维吸湿透气、穿着舒适的特性,竹纤维线9具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、冬暖夏凉、绿色环保等特点,聚酯纤维线12的表面缠绕有银纤维线13,银纤维线13为金属导电材料,具备抗静电功能,因此面料也具有抗静电功能,本发明结构新颖,设计巧妙,结构合理,适合推广。
