背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
复合面料是由多层面料组合而成的,具有多种功能,现有的复合面料一般透气性较差,为此,本发明提出一种多功能复合面料,用来解决现有技术的不足。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种多功能复合面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种多功能复合面料,包括阻燃层、防水层、中间层、防静电层和网布层,所述阻燃层的底部设有防水层,所述防水层的底部设有中间层,所述中间层的底部设有防静电层,所述防静电层的底部设有网布层,中间层包括麻线、涤纶线、丙纶线和金属线交替沉浮编织,其中,麻线和涤纶线沿垂直方向上设置,丙纶线和金属线沿水平方向上设置,所述金属线包括银纤维线和碳纤维线,且银纤维线和碳纤维线交叉形成螺旋状结构。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过阻燃层的底部设有防水层,使本面料既具备防火功能也具备防水功能,通过中间层的底部设有防静电层,防静电层的底部设有网布层,网布层的设计,使本面料透气功能更好,通过中间层包括麻线、涤纶线、丙纶线和金属线交替沉浮编织,麻线的设计,使中间层拥有良好的透气性能,通过金属线的设计,银纤维线使本面料具备一定的抗菌功能,本发明结构新颖,设计巧妙,结构合理,适合推广。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种多功能复合面料,包括阻燃层1、防水层2、中间层3、防静电层4和网布层6,阻燃层1的底部设有防水层2,防水层2的底部设有中间层3,中间层3的底部设有防静电层4,防静电层4的底部设有网布层6,中间层3包括麻线10、涤纶线11、丙纶线9和金属线8交替沉浮编织,其中,麻线10和涤纶线11沿垂直方向上设置,丙纶线9和金属线8沿水平方向上设置,金属线8包括银纤维线12和碳纤维线13,且银纤维线12和碳纤维线13交叉形成螺旋状结构,通过阻燃层1的底部设有防水层2,使本面料既具备防火功能也具备防水功能,通过中间层3的底部设有防静电层4,防静电层4的底部设有网布层6,网布层6的设计,使本面料透气功能更好,通过中间层3包括麻线10、涤纶线11、丙纶线9和金属线8交替沉浮编织,麻线10的设计,使中间层3拥有良好的透气性能,通过金属线8的设计,银纤维线12使本面料具备一定的抗菌功能,本发明结构新颖,设计巧妙,结构合理,适合推广。
本发明中,阻燃层1采用涤纶编织而成,阻燃层1与防水层2之间通过加强线5绗缝在一起,防水层2的上表面涂有一层纳米材料,且防水层2通过热熔胶7粘接有中间层3,中间层3的底部通过热熔胶7粘接有防静电层4,防静电层4采用棉质材料编织而成,防静电层4的底面热轧有网布层6,且网布层6采用聚丙烯材料制作而成。
本发明在使用时,通过阻燃层1的底部设有防水层2,使本面料既具备防火功能也具备防水功能,通过中间层3的底部设有防静电层4,防静电层4的底部设有网布层6,网布层6的设计,使本面料透气功能更好,通过中间层3包括麻线10、涤纶线11、丙纶线9和金属线8交替沉浮编织,麻线10的设计,使中间层3拥有良好的透气性能,通过金属线8的设计,银纤维线12使本面料具备一定的抗菌功能。

1.一种多功能复合面料,包括阻燃层(1)、防水层(2)、中间层(3)、防静电层(4)和网布层(6),其特征在于,所述阻燃层(1)的底部设有防水层(2),所述防水层(2)的底部设有中间层(3),所述中间层(3)的底部设有防静电层(4),所述防静电层(4)的底部设有网布层(6),中间层(3)包括麻线(10)、涤纶线(11)、丙纶线(9)和金属线(8)交替沉浮编织,其中,麻线(10)和涤纶线(11)沿垂直方向上设置,丙纶线(9)和金属线(8)沿水平方向上设置,所述金属线(8)包括银纤维线(12)和碳纤维线(13),且银纤维线(12)和碳纤维线(13)交叉形成螺旋状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃层(1)采用涤纶编织而成,阻燃层(1)与防水层(2)之间通过加强线(5)绗缝在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于,所述防水层(2)的上表面涂有一层纳米材料,且防水层(2)通过热熔胶(7)粘接有中间层(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于,所述中间层(3)的底部通过热熔胶(7)粘接有防静电层(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于,所述防静电层(4)采用棉质材料编织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于,所述防静电层(4)的底面热轧有网布层(6),且网布层(6)采用聚丙烯材料制作而成。
