本发明公开了一种隔热布料,包括隔热层、第一保温层和第二保温层,所述隔热层的底部设有第一保温层,所述第一保温层的底部设有第二保温层,所述隔热层的顶部涂有一层防水层,所述隔热层包括棉线、麻线、绵羊毛线和金属线,其中棉线、麻线、绵羊毛线和金属线交替沉浮编织,其中棉线和麻线沿竖直方向上设置,绵羊毛线和金属线沿水平方向上设置,金属线包括第一金属缝纫线、第二金属缝纫线和棉纤维线,其中,第一金属缝纫线与第二金属缝纫线交叉呈螺旋状结构,且棉纤维线位于第一金属缝纫线与第二金属缝纫线螺旋结构的中部。本发明结构新颖,设计巧妙,结构合理,适合推广。

一种隔热布料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及布料技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔热布料及其制备方法。
背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料。包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料。布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量。大量运用布料进行墙面面饰、隔断、以及背景处理,同样可以形成良好的商业空间展示风格。从织造方式上可以分为:梭织布和针织布二大类。从加工工艺上可以分为:坯布、漂白布、染色布、印花布、色织布、混合工艺布(如在色织布上印花、复合布、植绒布、仿皮毛布)等等。还可以原材料来划分:棉布、化纤布、麻布、毛纺布、丝绸、及混纺织物等等。
在户外运动服饰上,布料对隔热要求非常高,需要其隔热效果好,为此,本发明提出一种隔热布料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种隔热布料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种隔热布料,包括隔热层、第一保温层和第二保温层,所述隔热层的底部设有第一保温层,所述第一保温层的底部设有第二保温层,所述隔热层的顶部涂有一层防水层,所述隔热层包括棉线、麻线、绵羊毛线和金属线,其中棉线、麻线、绵羊毛线和金属线交替沉浮编织,其中棉线和麻线沿竖直方向上设置,绵羊毛线和金属线沿水平方向上设置,金属线包括第一金属缝纫线、第二金属缝纫线和棉纤维线,其中,第一金属缝纫线与第二金属缝纫线交叉呈螺旋状结构,且棉纤维线位于第一金属缝纫线与第二金属缝纫线螺旋结构的中部。
优选的,所述防水层采用纳米涂料。
优选的,所述第一金属缝纫线和第二金属缝纫线均包括内芯和外表面层,其中,内芯采用涤纶纤维或丙纶纤维,外表面层采用隔热粉材料。
优选的,第一保温层采用棉布层,第二保温层采用绒毛层。
一种隔热布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,隔热层的底部通过连接线缝制有第一保温层,并且通过压布机热压成型;
S2,将S1的底部涂有一层热熔胶,再将第二保温层粘接在热熔胶的底部,并通过热压机压制,从而使第二保温层与第一保温层粘接在一起;
S3,将编制好的隔热层的上表面刷制一侧纳米涂层,放置烘箱中,从而使隔热层的表面包裹有一层纳米涂层,进而可以防水。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过隔热层的设计,采用棉线、麻线、绵羊毛线和金属线交替沉浮编织,金属线包括第一金属缝纫线、第二金属缝纫线和棉纤维线,第一金属缝纫线与第二金属缝纫线交叉呈螺旋状结构,且棉纤维线位于第一金属缝纫线与第二金属缝纫线螺旋结构的中部,金属线的表面涂有隔热粉,这样隔热效果好,金属线内设有缝纫线,布料更加结实,风吹雨打都不会撕扯坏布料,绵羊毛线的保温效果好,还设计有第一保温层和第二保温层,保温效果,防水层的设计,使本布料在户外不怕雨淋,本发明结构新颖,设计巧妙,结构合理,适合推广。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种隔热布料,包括隔热层1、第一保温层2和第二保温层3,隔热层1的底部设有第一保温层2,第一保温层2的底部设有第二保温层3,隔热层1的顶部涂有一层防水层4,隔热层1包括棉线7、麻线8、绵羊毛线9和金属线10,其中棉线7、麻线8、绵羊毛线9和金属线10交替沉浮编织,其中棉线7和麻线8沿竖直方向上设置,绵羊毛线9和金属线10沿水平方向上设置,金属线10包括第一金属缝纫线11、第二金属缝纫线12和棉纤维线5,其中,第一金属缝纫线11与第二金属缝纫线12交叉呈螺旋状结构,且棉纤维线5位于第一金属缝纫线11与第二金属缝纫线12螺旋结构的中部。
本发明中,防水层4采用纳米涂料,第一金属缝纫线11和第二金属缝纫线12均包括内芯和外表面层,其中,内芯采用涤纶纤维或丙纶纤维,外表面层采用隔热粉材料,第一保温层2采用棉布层,第二保温层3采用绒毛层。
一种隔热布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,隔热层1的底部通过连接线缝制有第一保温层2,并且通过压布机热压成型;
S2,将S1的底部涂有一层热熔胶6,再将第二保温层3粘接在热熔胶6的底部,并通过热压机压制,从而使第二保温层3与第一保温层3粘接在一起;
S3,将编制好的隔热层1的上表面刷制一侧纳米涂层,放置烘箱中,从而使隔热层1的表面包裹有一层纳米涂层,进而可以防水。
本发明中,通过隔热层1的设计,采用棉线7、麻线8、绵羊毛线9和金属线10交替沉浮编织,金属线10包括第一金属缝纫线11、第二金属缝纫线12和棉纤维线5,第一金属缝纫线11与第二金属缝纫线12交叉呈螺旋状结构,且棉纤维线5位于第一金属缝纫线11与第二金属缝纫线12螺旋结构的中部,金属线10的表面涂有隔热粉,这样隔热效果好,金属线10内设有缝纫线,布料更加结实,风吹雨打都不会撕扯坏布料,绵羊毛线9的保温效果好,还设计有第一保温层2和第二保温层3,保温效果,防水层4的设计,使本布料在户外不怕雨淋,本发明结构新颖,设计巧妙,结构合理,适合推广。
本发明在使用时,通过隔热层1的设计,采用棉线7、麻线8、绵羊毛线9和金属线10交替沉浮编织,金属线10包括第一金属缝纫线11、第二金属缝纫线12和棉纤维线5,第一金属缝纫线11与第二金属缝纫线12交叉呈螺旋状结构,且棉纤维线5位于第一金属缝纫线11与第二金属缝纫线12螺旋结构的中部,金属线10的表面涂有隔热粉,这样隔热效果好,金属线10内设有缝纫线,布料更加结实,风吹雨打都不会撕扯坏布料,绵羊毛线9的保温效果好,还设计有第一保温层2和第二保温层3,保温效果,防水层4的设计,使本布料在户外不怕雨淋。

1.一种隔热布料,包括隔热层(1)、第一保温层(2)和第二保温层(3),其特征在于,所述隔热层(1)的底部设有第一保温层(2),所述第一保温层(2)的底部设有第二保温层(3),所述隔热层(1)的顶部涂有一层防水层(4),所述隔热层(1)包括棉线(7)、麻线(8)、绵羊毛线(9)和金属线(10),其中棉线(7)、麻线(8)、绵羊毛线(9)和金属线(10)交替沉浮编织,其中棉线(7)和麻线(8)沿竖直方向上设置,绵羊毛线(9)和金属线(10)沿水平方向上设置,金属线(10)包括第一金属缝纫线(11)、第二金属缝纫线(12)和棉纤维线(5),其中,第一金属缝纫线(11)与第二金属缝纫线(12)交叉呈螺旋状结构,且棉纤维线(5)位于第一金属缝纫线(11)与第二金属缝纫线(12)螺旋结构的中部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于,所述防水层(4)采用纳米涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于,所述第一金属缝纫线(11)和第二金属缝纫线(12)均包括内芯和外表面层,其中,内芯采用涤纶纤维或丙纶纤维,外表面层采用隔热粉材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热布料,其特征在于,第一保温层(2)采用棉布层,第二保温层(3)采用绒毛层。
5.一种隔热布料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
S1,隔热层(1)的底部通过连接线缝制有第一保温层(2),并且通过压布机热压成型;
S2,将S1的底部涂有一层热熔胶(6),再将第二保温层(3)粘接在热熔胶(6)的底部,并通过热压机压制,从而使第二保温层(3)与第一保温层(3)粘接在一起;
S3,将编制好的隔热层(1)的上表面刷制一侧纳米涂层,放置烘箱中,从而使隔热层(1)的表面包裹有一层纳米涂层,进而可以防水。
