Abstract
本发明公开了一种运动胶带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,步骤一,先将胶粘剂涂布在离型纸上,在第一光辊处压平,使离型纸沿着预设的烘道运行,烘道的烘干温度沿着基材运行方向逐渐升高,最高温不超过100℃;步骤二,再利用左右往复运动带锯齿的刮刀,将离型纸上涂布的胶粘剂层刮出S状条纹结构的透气纹路,并将刮下的胶粘剂回收利用,经过压花装置的压花处理,在第二光辊处压平成型;步骤三,将成型的粘胶剂层与胶带基材压合,温度控制在40‑55℃,并进行冷却处理后收卷。该运动胶带的生产工艺涂胶均匀,用胶量少,生产的运动胶带黏合力强,透气性好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及体育用品领域,具体是一种运动胶带的生产工艺。
背景技术:
运动胶带涂布的胶层在生产过程中容易涂布不均匀,附上离型纸后容易产生气泡,影响使用,而且整个涂胶面没有气孔或透气条纹,透气性不好,对皮肤的排汗有影响,易引起敷贴部位皮肤的不适;另外整面涂胶,涂胶量相对较多,造成浪费。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种涂布均匀、具有良好透气性并有效节省用胶量的运动胶带的生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种运动胶带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,先将胶粘剂涂布在离型纸上,在第一光辊处压平,使离型纸沿着预设的烘道运行,烘道的烘干温度沿着基材运行方向逐渐升高,最高温不超过100℃;
步骤二,再利用左右往复运动带锯齿的刮刀,将离型纸上涂布的胶粘剂层刮出S状条纹结构的透气纹路,并将刮下的胶粘剂回收利用,经过压花装置的压花处理,在第二光辊处压平成型;
步骤三,将成型的粘胶剂层与胶带基材压合,温度控制在40-55℃,并进行冷却处理后收卷。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本工艺使得运动胶带涂胶均匀,并且透气性好,有效节省用胶量。

一种运动胶带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,先将胶粘剂涂布在离型纸上,在第一光辊处压平,使离型纸沿着预设的烘道运行,烘道的烘干温度沿着基材运行方向逐渐升高,最高温不超过100℃;
步骤二,再利用左右往复运动带锯齿的刮刀,将离型纸上涂布的胶粘剂层刮出S状条纹结构的透气纹路,并将刮下的胶粘剂回收利用,经过压花装置的压花处理,在第二光辊处压平成型;
步骤三,将成型的粘胶剂层与胶带基材压合,温度控制在40-55℃,并进行冷却处理后收卷。
本工艺使得运动胶带涂胶均匀,并且透气性好,有效节省用胶量,黏合力强。

1.一种运动胶带的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,先将胶粘剂涂布在离型纸上,在第一光辊处压平,使离型纸沿着预设的烘道运行,烘道的烘干温度沿着基材运行方向逐渐升高,最高温不超过100℃;
步骤二,再利用左右往复运动带锯齿的刮刀,将离型纸上涂布的胶粘剂层刮出S状条纹结构的透气纹路,并将刮下的胶粘剂回收利用,经过压花装置的压花处理,在第二光辊处压平成型;
步骤三,将成型的粘胶剂层与胶带基材压合,温度控制在40-55℃,并进行冷却处理后收卷。
