at this time, the battery cell accommodating tray 530 is located at the top of the tray descending conveying chain 521, and the battery cell is clamped and placed in the battery cell accommodating tray 530 by the relevant manipulator;
when the battery cell accommodating tray 530 is full of battery cells, the tray descending driving part drives the tray descending conveying chain 521 to convey, so that the tray descending plate 522 circularly reciprocates to move up and down along the vertical direction, and then the tray descending plate 522 drives the top of the battery cell accommodating tray 530 to descend to the bottom;
the full tray backflow stirring device 550 acts, the backflow stirring driving part 551 drives the backflow stirring rod 552, and the backflow stirring rod 552 stirs the battery cell accommodating tray 530, so that the battery cell accommodating tray 530 reaches the tray lifting plate 512 from the tray descending plate 522;
then, the tray lifting drive part drives the tray lifting transmission chain 511 to transmit, so that the tray lifting plate 512 circularly reciprocates to move up and down along the vertical direction, and then the battery cell accommodating tray 530 full of battery cells returns to the original position again, and the whole battery cell accommodating tray 530 is taken out by the relevant device;
after the battery cell accommodating tray 530 with the full battery cells is taken out, the empty battery cell accommodating tray 530 is placed, and preparation is made for next battery cell tray loading.
Specifically, charging tray promotes drive division includes: the charging tray lifting drive motor drives the charging tray lifting rotating shaft to rotate, and the charging tray lifting rotating shaft is connected with the charging tray lifting conveying chain through a gear; the tray descending drive part comprises: the material tray descending driving motor drives the material tray descending rotating shaft to rotate, and the material tray descending rotating shaft is connected with the material tray descending conveying chain through a gear.

The charging tray jacking device comprises a jacking cylinder and a jacking plate, and the jacking cylinder drives the jacking plate to stretch and retract in a reciprocating mode along the vertical direction.
