And the service process configuration platform completes the development and modification of the service process required by the service function module. The business process configuration platform is developed and completed according to actual requirements based on the existing workflow management function in a factory modeling platform, meets the functions required by the project, completes user-defined all business process configurations, completes the configuration of combining the business process with business forms and reports (the configuration function of calculating, summarizing and confirming the data flow embodied by the forms in the business process), realizes the combination and linkage with an organization and user management, completes the business process early warning, reminding and evaluating functions and the configuration of checking records, has the functions of butting and twisting the business process of an MES business process and other management systems, can realize different process rules, and has the function of cutting the business process.
And the report configuration platform completes the development of the report required by the service function module. The report configuration platform provides a report design scheme, strong report display capability and a flexible deployment mechanism, has a strong filling function, and is a basic platform for developing all reports in the system.

The service server group comprises a plurality of application servers, each application server is connected with the Web server through an interface, and data required by application are obtained from the Web server to realize upper-layer application.

In the invention, the required push information is divided into a plurality of response levels, each response level is distinguished by a label, and the corresponding processing modes of different response levels are different. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the information of the wechat interface server includes, but is not limited to, cooperative office information, production equipment information, production auxiliary information, production process information, various layers of summary reports, and the like. The WeChat interface server pushes the information to the registered user in the form of WeChat, telephone and/or short message according to the response grade of the information to be pushed, judges whether the processing result fed back by the user is present according to the appointed response time, reports the corresponding business function module record for the condition that the processing is not solved by on-time feedback, and distributes the processing result fed back by the user to the corresponding business function module for processing. For example, a production scheduling module may be submitted to intervene in scheduling, a production plan management module may be submitted to intervene in a production plan, and so forth.
In a preferred embodiment, the required push information includes emergency response information and subscription presentation information; setting the response level of the emergency response information according to the emergency degree of the emergency response information and marking a level label; the emergency response information corresponds to a level 1-3 response label, and the subscription display information corresponds to a level 4 response label;
the WeChat interface server comprises a four-level response module; the level 1 response module processes push information corresponding to the level 1 response tag, pushes the push information to a designated user through WeChat, automatically performs voice call reminding at the same time, and requires the user to immediately respond and reply a processing suggestion; the level 2 response module processes the push information corresponding to the level 2 response tag, pushes the push information to a designated user through WeChat, automatically performs voice call reminding at the same time, requires the user to respond within 2 hours, and replies a processing suggestion; the 3-level response module processes the push information corresponding to the 3-level response label, pushes the push information to a designated user through WeChat, automatically reminds the user of the short message, requires the user to respond within 24 hours, and replies a processing suggestion; the 4-level response module processes the push information corresponding to the 4-level response tag, and the push information is pushed to the user in time through the WeChat.
According to the implementation mode, different response levels are designed according to the elements such as the severity and the emergency degree of the event, different response levels have different pushing strategies, the feedback time is limited, the important and urgent event can be guaranteed to reach the user in time, and meanwhile, the emergency event can be guaranteed to be processed within the set time, so that the safety of the dangerous goods production process is reduced.
The embodiment of the invention provides an integral solution of a production management system integrating 'planning' -scheduling '-operating' services, optimizes management service operation, realizes transparent and quantitative management of a production process, reduces various processing losses, ensures the quality of products, controls the production cost and the production quality in the whole production process, and improves the market competitiveness of enterprises to the maximum extent.

Claims (6)

the time service system provides system time for the components of the production execution system;
the collection subsystem includes: the system comprises a data acquisition machine for realizing real-time production data acquisition of equipment in a process control system PCS, single-point data providing equipment for acquiring or receiving single-point production data input and a weighing instrument system for providing weighing instrument data;
the storage server group comprises a real-time database server and a relational database server; the real-time database server comprises a real-time database and a historical database; the real-time database acquires real-time production data from the data acquisition machine, performs data analysis, and stores inflection points of continuous data; moving historical data needing to be filed in the real-time database to a historical database for storage; the relational database server comprises a relational database and an interception database; the relational database acquires single-point production data and weighing machine data from the single-point data providing equipment and the weighing machine system for storage; the interception database intercepts whether the relational database is abnormal in real time, and if the relational database is abnormal, the interception database takes over the relational database to store data;
the Web server comprises a service function module set; the business function module set is combined with the data stored by the storage server group to realize the management of the production process; the process monitoring module in the business function module set acquires real-time production data and single-point production data from the storage server group, processes the data and displays the data; extracting generation time from real-time production data, comparing the generation time with the system time, confirming that the system time is asynchronous if the time difference exceeds a set time threshold, stopping displaying the real-time data of the data acquisition machine with the asynchronous system time in the PCS, informing the corresponding data acquisition machine of time synchronization adjustment through a notification line by the process monitoring module, and simultaneously informing a real-time database to suspend data acquisition and storage;
the service server group comprises a plurality of application servers, each application server is connected with the Web server through an interface, and data required by application are obtained from the Web server;
the service server group comprises a WeChat interface server; the WeChat interface server is connected with the service function module set and other application servers; receiving required push information from a business function module and other application servers, pushing the information to a registered user in the form of WeChat, telephone and/or short message according to the response level of the required push information, judging whether the user feeds back a processing result or not according to the specified response time, and reporting a corresponding business function module record when the processing result is not fed back on time; and distributing the processing result fed back by the user to a corresponding service function module for processing.
2. The manufacturing execution system of claim 1, wherein the notification line comprises a dedicated telephone line and a data communication line; when the process monitoring module confirms that the system time is asynchronous, the asynchronous time information is informed to corresponding operators in the PCS to carry out time synchronization through a special telephone line; or sending the time synchronization quantity to an adjusting module arranged in a corresponding data acquisition machine in the PCS through a data communication line, and adjusting the time by the adjusting module so as to realize the time synchronization of the system.
3. The manufacturing execution system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the storage server farm further comprises a backup database server for storing data contents of the two servers as a backup of the live database server and the relational database server.

The manufacturing execution system of claim 1, wherein the desired push information includes emergency response information and subscription presentation information; setting the response level of the emergency response information according to the emergency degree of the emergency response information and marking a level label; the emergency response information corresponds to a level 1-3 response label, and the subscription display information corresponds to a level 4 response label;

the production plan management module is used for compiling, decomposing, communicating and executing all production related plans and tracking plan execution conditions and completion conditions; the data is from basic information of a factory, a safety and environmental protection management module, an energy management module, an equipment management module, a project management module, a production process management module and a production inventory management module, and an operation plan is formed according to analysis decision information from a production statistics management module and is pushed to a production scheduling module;
the production scheduling module is used for carrying out optimized management on the production process by collecting real-time production data from the process monitoring module according to the operation plan and responding and processing the real-time events; meanwhile, real-time production data of the process monitoring module are combined, the quality management module and the production inventory management module are linked, inventory information is called in real time, working procedures are arranged to be put into production according to the inventory information in time, and finally the data are pushed to the production statistics management module;
the process monitoring module is used for displaying real-time production data and carrying out time synchronization judgment;
the production inventory management module is used for managing inventory information of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products related to production; the production inventory management module is linked with the quality management module, and raw materials are metered by the material metering management module after entering a factory; the quality management module receives the metering result from the material metering management module, receives the semi-finished product information and the finished product information from the production scheduling module, judges whether the semi-finished product information and the finished product information are qualified or not, and sends the qualified information of the raw material, the semi-finished product and the finished product to the production inventory management module for warehousing after the semi-finished product information and the finished product information are qualified;
the batch management module is connected with the production scheduling module and the quality management module, and generates different batch numbers for each procedure in the whole process from the raw materials to finished product warehousing; recording raw material information, production information and quality information of each process according to the batch number for real-time inquiry, historical data tracing and quality tracing;
the production statistics management module automatically generates a report according to various production process data of the system;
the production process management module is used for managing process information according to the configuration of process personnel;
the quality management module is used for performing quality management on the raw materials, the finished products and the semi-finished products according to the requirements of a quality management system and the standards, methods and flows related to the quality;
the equipment management module is used for managing maintenance, maintainance, maintenance and historical information of the equipment;
the energy management module is used for realizing dynamic monitoring and statistical analysis of the whole plant energy based on the measurement of the real-time database on the energy data;
the safety and environment protection management module is used for realizing data monitoring and event management related to safety and environment protection based on the input information of safety management personnel;

the factory modeling platform is a development platform of a factory model, an energy model and a material model;
the business process configuration platform completes the development and modification of the business process required by the business function module;
and the report configuration platform completes the development of the report required by the service function module.
